Blade recovers consiousness
G: "RAYA!"
This definitely wasn't something he thought through enough, Jericho reaching out for him as he ran past the guards. He stood defiantly in-front of Raya and gazing at the guards with an intent glint in his eyes.
V: "Ark..."
G: "Shut it."
The crowd gasps. They whisper the name of Raya. The crew had made a a name for themselves. The guards angrily walk closer to the two.
Raya: “We can survive the fall.”
Raya reassured Grimace
G: "Alright, you go first. I'm going to buys us some time."
Grimace deeply inhaled as a calm came over him before he spoke again with his voice carrying to all present.
G: "My name is Grimace, to any who wish to know what is happening I advise that you back away and shut up. The war between your lands is irrational, irrelevant, and pointless since it is one of hypocrisy. The call for change has been answered with a harsh negative response, the response of hate against a people who've done little against you. Why do you insist on venting a growing frustration against your comrades? The very people who've done nothing but lived alongside you and suffered for it. Why must you insist on war? Nothing will change, hatred will deepen as promises of a bright future fall into despair. Is that not enough?"
Grimace was highly passionate as he was speaking, stepping forwards as he felt like a spotlight was shining on him.
Guard: "You are nobody to speak, You are helping an assassin get away!"
The guards move forwards very few have the crystal rifles. They point them at Raya and Grimace. Raya hopes for the best and gets Ready to jump.
Guard: "Don't jump! STOP!"
Raya: "I rather die!"
Raya jumps off the edge. The fall was about 50 feet. Raya hits the water. A loud splash is heard... Silence... The guards approach on Grimace.
Guards: "Give up! Or jump off the edge and die like her!"
Luko turns from yelling for Raymon. He grabs Blade by the collar and tackles him, then falls on top of him to keep him on the ground.
Luko: "You work with Raymon, don't you?"
G: "I would rather die a free man than a slave to a broken system. I may be an assassin, but I am wise in the ways of helping the innocent. Shoot me if you may, the general is dead."
He put his arms out and tipped over the edge, falling cleanly into the water with a splash.
Blade: "In a way... Yes. Why do you care? Did he take your girl?"
The water drags him, the waterfall currents were strong and pulled him to all directions, He felt turns and sudden swings. His head would pop out the waters and then suddenly be 10 feet deep. he would hit large rocks or get dragged through them. He would get stuck between rocks for three seconds and then be quickly released. Grimace would end up in a shore... His suit was ripped and destroyed.
He groaned as he rose from the ground, water dripping off of his metal frame. He needed to find Raya before he bothered to try and do anything else. His head felt fuzzy from the violent rapids, being rattled and thrown around like a ragdoll definitely wasn't up there on an ideal path for escaping the guards. He fell and rolled onto his back, feeling exhausted despite being a machine. He gazed down at his suit, making a face at the amount that it cost going down the drain. He felt around for his sword that had become detached during his time in the water, seeing the familiar glint nearby and relaxing at the sight. Grimace started to shuffle over to it, wrapping his hand around the hilt with a smile. He got up quickly, nearly falling over as he still was a bit dizzy.
G: "Raya?"
He called out, twisting his view so that he was looking at where he fell from. He couldn't see anything relating to the balcony from where he fell so he started to wander around, whistling while he looked for Raya. Grimace swore as he lost the vail he had been given to him, unable to help but wonder what it actually was.
Meanwhile:
Jericho watched it all happen, panicking quietly before hastily making his escape. A guard spotted him hustling away as Breccia came striding towards him with a malicious intent in his eyes. He threw aside being subtle, running past man Dok's that were laughing at him. He felt the hand clasp around the back of his neck again, yanking his head to the side with a dull throbbing pain as the claws dug into him. Breccia gave a smirk before the world went dark, a few guards coming over to him to help move the unconscious Dok.
Luko: "Where did he go?"
aight i swapped Deaths back, the new one gone back in time to the start of humanity, and thus, since then death has been being death, etc... until the present day; in the case of recently, slumbering when temporally parallel to an active Death aka previous self. now the previous self gone back in time current self is back to work but those she knew, she knew many millenium ago, so no guarantees she recognises them.
Raya was nowhere to be seen, the waterfall and the river harshly flowed. The city was bright and gloomy.
Meanwhile:
Raya woke up. She gasped for air and coughs water. She didn’t know where the hell the water has taken her. But it sure seemed far. She slowly starts to stand, suddenly a gun is pointed at her. Raymon stands in front of her.
Raymon: “Hey there pretty girl. You lost?”
Raya: “Y-You... what are you doing here?”
Raymon: “Just passing by... Getting away with murder. You know nothing out of the ordinary.”
Raya: “You make me sick...”
Raymon: “That necklace said otherwise.”
Raya: “The necklace doesn’t decide... anything.”
Raymon: “Hey, I’m not that bad looking.”
He jokingly replied
Raya: “Shut- Up...”
Raya slowly gets up
Raymon: “You gonna fight me?”
Raya: “Y-yes...”
She falls forward, Raymon catches her.
Raymon: “You need rest first.”
Raya: “Why... don’t you kill me?”
Raymon: “Because of a deal.”
Blade: “He jumped... to the pond. Is he dead? I hope so... where did his body end up? I don’t know and don’t care...”
He spits
Luko takes a better look and balances some electricity between his fingers for more light. He recognizes who this is.
Luko: "You... You must be that ass from when we last fought Kataith."
Luko gets up and holds Blade close.
Luko: "You failed to judge yourself. As such you let desire control your life, so I will judge you instead!"
Luko tosses him up and pulls his fist back.
Luko: "I judge you unworthy of the health you keep! One punch is all it will take to humble your youth and mind! HURRAH!"
Luko slams his fist into the side of Blade's head. Blade skips across the pond's surface four times like a heavy stone, then starts to sink. Luko turns around and prepares to hop off the mountain.

Blade nearly died by that punch. He somehow survived. Luko sees the city. It had these large like pillar towers.
He gathered his senses and started to walk away from the shore of the pond, clearly fretting over something.
V: "Son-"
G: "What?"
V: "Breathe for a minute."
G: "I should've stayed behind-"
V: "You're being irrationally fearful, just slow down for a second. She's fine, she can take care of herself."
G: "What makes you so sure?"
V: "There's no sense of being watched."
G: ". . .Will Max make it?"
V: "Well you did dig the bullet out and tied it off, he should be fine."
G: "Jericho?"
V: "Just stop, you're overdoing it on the worry."
Grimace stopped for a minute, focusing on his sword as his mind raced. Despite only owning the blade for less than three days the ridges of the hilt were calming and seemed to be calling to him. He drew the weapon out and popped out the small dagger in the pommel, still wandering what this blade was exactly capable of. He caught a glimpse of the Blade skimming across the water's surface. He ignored them, shaking his head as Vergasai disappeared from the air.
V: "There we go. Now, go find Raya."
He started to walk in the general direction that Raya was in, holding his sword by the blade as he walked.
Blade was completely knocked out cold. The night was cold. He can hear strange singing off in a distance

He slows down at hearing the singing, looking around before walking in its direction. This was definitely not advisable in his mind, he was worried about Raya but his intrigue was getting the better of him for now.

It was super clear Raymon wasn't from this place... nor this continent. Raymon held his sniper near by. Raya was laying near by, she seems to be resting in the shore. Raymon sat near her.
G: "Who're you?"
He asks quickly, his hand tightening around the hilt of his weapon. His eyes settles on Raya before switching to Raymon with a small gaze of gratitude. He decided to ease up and took a seat beside Raya, laying down on the ground while keeping an eye on the bounty hunter next to him.
G: "You the sniper that nailed Max?"
