If any of you are World Assembly members (and apologies if you are not) I urge you to vote YES on "Ban On Juvenile Life Sentences Without Parole." I truly believe that if you commit a crime and you are under the age of 16, life without parole is draconian at best. The mind is not fully an adult yet, and the mind does not have the adult thought process yet. In fact there are some studies showing men are not fully an adult mentally until age 23. Women are faster and are adults mentally at 20. Please, join me in voting YES on the ban. No nation should punish juveniles as they do adults.
