Well, my inspiration was actually PoLiet, believe it or not. As you likely know, I am very interested in Polish history, culture, language, and lore. I happened upon PoLiet when looking through the Poland nations one day and thought: "Hey, I should make a Polish nation!" Then I started thinking. I've always said that Kaliningrad should probably go to Poland, and I already had a map of an 'ideal Polish state' combining its 1939 and modern territories with Kaliningrad, so that's what I based my nation on. The rest is history.

Edit: This isn't how I joined NS, but it was the birth of Poli-Kali, which is what you know me as. I still refuse to leak my primary.

I created my nation with actually not much purpose. In fact, I only came up with the meaning for my nation name a few days after founding it. I was very active when I first joined, and at the time the history of my nation was non existent. When I first made my factbook, I knew exactly what my nation was founded from. And I'll tell you right now.

United Engiresco is basically a nation that succeeded the United Kingdom after a civil war that destroyed the UK. So there you have it, what I'm really from

I am going to make a bit of a documentary on my nation soon as a bit of a factbook, but custom made, and not with all this extra stuff that's unnecessary.

Scratch that, I might just make a new factbook entirely lol

And yes, I do have my own variation of INGSOC known as MOSSOC (Monarchist Socialist Party) as the only party in my nation. And no it is not literally the government itself, that would be completely insane. But we are also slightly democratic as leaders can be elected, but only those within the party. The Premier or our leader stays the same, only the General Secretary is elected lol

So no, I'm not 1984, just very close to it.
