Just days upon receiving the invitation to a bilateral conference between Indonesia and Sudan in the capital Jakarta, Prime Minister Salva Kiir had graciously accepted the invitation citing that the time has come for Sudan to establish solid a meaningful relationships with a regional power that oversees all of Sudan's trading routes with China and Japan as well as Korea.

Prime Minister Kiir would board a small plane chartered by the Government and departs from Khartoum New International Airport towards Jakarta to meet the High Chancellor.

The plane would then land in Jakarta as Kiir touches down on Indonesian land awaiting the delegation that shall welcome him.

As Sudanese Prime Minister Kiir's plane pulls up on the tarmac, Foreign Minister Reto Marsudi and Vice Chancellor Jokowi Widodo would await his imminent arrival. Military and RAID units are kept close by to ensure the safety of the Prime Minister and his delegation. As Prime Minister Kiir stepped out of his plane, the Indonesian delegation moves forward to meet him.

STATE SPONSORSHIP REGIME, CENTROAMÉRICA'S NEWEST LINK TO THE WORLD

A regime of state and urban sponsorships has been created to further link Centroamérica to the wider world and as a result increase its globalization alongside cultural and tourist ties with foreign states. Sponsorships shall aim create a unique bond between the sponsor and the State/City which will serve to increase relations between the two Countries as a whole as time goes by. As such it is a long term strategy, but one which can actively provide bonuses. Focus is given to major powers as far as state sponsors are concerned, however urban centers are open to be sponsored by any country.

Cultural Attributes

- The State being actively sponsored shall adopt the language of the sponsor in classes as a 3rd language (if the language is English, the time that would be spent teaching said 3rd language shall be switched to cultural teachings).

- Cultural days shall be held celebrating and teaching about the culture of the sponsor, both in schools and other out-of-school groups such as the boy scouts etc.

- Student exchange programs will be organized between the sponsored state and the sponsor, so that students may witness firsthand the life within the sponsor country

- Cultural exchange programs (tourism) shall be organized between the sponsored state and the sponsor, allowing an exchange of values to thrive as well as allowing both nations to sample the others cuisine which would possibly create new interest in said foods.

Economic Attributes

- While no binding pledge for investment exists, a Sponsor informally agrees to make the target state/city its target for investment and economic development.

- The State/City being invested in pledges to actively increase the number of lawyers and advisors fluent in both the local and sponsor language in order to make the flow of goods in and out of the country from the sponsor country easier, as it would be necessary to understand Centroamérican law which historically has been a difficult prospect for foreign States.

- The Sponsored State shall endeavor to increase imports and exports to the Sponsor wherever possible or economically feasible.

- Each Sponsored State and City above 400,000 Inhabitants shall put aside 20 Square Kilometers for the creation of an Economic Zone meant to be inhabited only by Factories or Offices from the Sponsoring Country, such land is to be leased at below-market cost to make it more attractive to said companies, and the Sponsored State/City pledges to increase infrastructural links to said zone.

Military Attributes

- Each State within Centroamérica possesses a "Flagship division", aka a division made up solely of the inhabitants of said State. By sponsoring a State the foreign Nation additionally sponsors the division of said state.

- Joint Training and Maneuvers between the Sponsored Divisions and the Sponsor are expected to take place more often, both within Centroamérica and the Sponsor Country.

- The Sponsored Division shall teach the language of the Sponsor Country, this is meant to make it possible that in the event of the Sponsor being invaded in the future it would be possible for the Division to go to the aid of the Sponsor (Where treaties apply), this would make it easier for the Division to cooperate with the Sponsor Nations Armed Forces.

$850 Million In New Arms As Arab Arms Race Escalates

The Defense Ministry has announced a new arms acquisitions program. As the Arab Arms Race escalates, Baghdad has continued ramping up defense efforts to ensure security for the region and itself. In a comparatively low sum of $850 Million, The Defense Ministry has made two very important acquisitions.

Firstly, it has acquired eight Gowind 1000 class Corvettes from the Naval Group for a sum of $650 Million. 4 Corvettes will be allocated to the Tartus Naval Base in Syria and 4 to the Elath Naval Base in Aqaba. The corvettes, though inexpensive, ride the line between a frigate and corvette designation. They has been considered by defense analysts an informal answer to Egypt’s recently unveiled Alexandria-Class Patrol Boat. The Gowind’s MBDA MM40 Exocet missiles narrowly outrange those installed on the Alexandria and the Gowind has a significantly longer time at sea. While as of now the Arab Navy is dwarfed by any one of its neighbors, its fleet of Gowind’s may be the new basis for an expanding blue-water capability.

Secondly, the Arab Army is pursuing a modernization program for the equipment recently acquired from the former Syrian Army. To start, it has acquired 1,000 B3 Upgrade kits from the Russian Federation for a price of $200 Million. The B3 Upgrade kit effectively makes the T-72 a modern Third Generation tank. First unveiled in 2010, the B3 variant is applied to all current Arab States T-72s. The roughly 1,000 base T-72s hailing from Syria will all be modernized and refurbished with this, vastly expanding Arab armored capability for a relatively low cost.

| In an effort to raise 1.3 trillion reais ($323 billion dollars US) to pay for Brazil's infrastructure projects, President Jair Messias Bolsonaro announced Friday evening that he and his allies in the Partido Social Liberal and Aliança pelo Brasil, were working on a massive privatization effort that would, over the next several years, auction off licenses to operate infrastructure including airports, oil wells, and ports, and also privatize the state-owned companies such as the postal service and the mint. Those sales represent a centerpiece of both Bolsonaro’s economic policy and efforts to boost the private sector and reinvest earnings towards other projects. |

Beirut Bombing

| AL DIMAHSQ — Today there was a bombing in Beirut, taking out the Presidential building during a cabinet meeting, and almost all of its surroundings. Almost the entirety of the Lebanese cabinet was in the building at the time, with there being no survivors left, leading to the deaths of the President, Prime Minister, and many other politicians. Experts have found that there are traces of ammonium nitrate, leading to the conclusion that it was a purposeful bombing caused by specific groups of people, and not a fault in the building itself. The popular belief is that Shia terrorists have caused said bombing as retaliation for the unification, but some conspiracy theories varyingly state that it was caused by President Sisi, by Saudi Arabia, the Arab Federal States as retaliation for the annexation of Lebanon, or even the Mossad. The assailants are yet to be found, but there are heavy investigations into Shia activity.

The Rimana Huñunakuy of Tawantinsuyu

The House of Citizens of Tawantinsuyu (Quechua: Llaqtayuq Huasi), the House of Lords, and the Inkap Rantin of the Empire make up the Parliament of Tawantinsuyu. The current Speaker of the National Assembly is Túpac Yupanqui, who presides over the lower house of 135 members.

The National Assembly of Tanzania was formed as the Legislative Council of Tanzania Mainland – then known as Tanganyika – in 1926. The Council was formed under a law enacted by the British Parliament called the Tanganyika Legislative Council Order and Council. The law was gazetted in Tanganyika on 18 June 1926. The Council consisted of 20 members when it was formed on 7 December 1926 under the Chairmanship of the Governor of Tanganyika, Sir Donald Cameron.

The first Speaker was appointed to replace the Governor as the Chairman of the Council in 1953. The office of Speaker was first occupied on 1 November 1953.

Mandate

The Parliament – the National Assembly and the President of the United Republic - obtains its mandate and functions from Chapter 3 of the Constitution of the United Republic of Tanzania. The Constitution contains Articles that grant for the establishment, composition and functions of the Parliament.
