Per the recent change in events within Osivoiii, including continual occupation of Oustani by the Sudanese and the formation of a recognizable government within Chad at the efforts of Metropolitan Francais, it has been deemed within the interests of Kinshasa to increase the tactical and strategic risks for the Sudanese and pro-Arab entities within Osivoiii via the deployment of the following covert and clandestine Kinshasa supported guerrilla groups into Chad to support the new Chadian government and coalition forces:

The emperor wished for them to improve even more by having schools being opened including trade schools. Someone also included building clinics as well in which the emperor approved of. He'd also get State Leader Haddad to raise taxes by a couple percentage points. The Emperor also pledged to visit the largest five cities favelas to get a sense of what life is like and to break grounds on the govt services buildings as well. Khartoum, The Republic of Sudan
November, 2023 - Francophobia In Sudan As Oustani Abandoned

the situations:

Months since the outbreak of the war in Chad as well as the spark of other series of conflicts and attacks in Morocco, Egypt, and other nations as the result of the rising ISF faction and the increasing imperialistic tendencies of European nations like Russia, Spain, and France had garnered a sense of resentment and hate amongst the Sudanese public towards the western world. However in the recent months of the war in Chad as Sudan became ever more present in the region attempting to secure its international borders as well as protecting the Sudanese homeland it has been proven more difficult with the existence of a foreign superpower in west Africa.

To Sudan, it seems that France and Spain are carrying out some sort of agenda of neo-colonialism on the African continent. While Spain played fast and smart with the acquiring of Equatorial Guinea and Morocco into the Iberian Federation it has become somewhat obvious in the eyes of Sudan that the French are playing it too with a long and strategic game to reclaim western Africa under the tri color flag.

With the PGC Coalition enclosing fast on the remaining militias in Chad and onward to Sudanese border along with the risng sense of paranoia and Francophobia in the country. It has turned into a public out cry demanding Sudan to end it all with Chad. After pubic pressure following Sudan's response to Chad's ultimatum. The Sudanese Parliament had met in an emergency session forcing the Sudanese Military to immediately and without delay to withdraw all Sudanese troops from within the pre-war borders of Chad including the region of Oustani effectively returning the region to Chad. Along with the urgent demand for withdrawal from Chad amidst fears of a possibly invasions of the Sudanese mainland the Sudanese Parliament, military and executive command including the office of the Prime Minister have entered into a sense of Paranoia against France and it's coalition forces.

The Withdrawl:

An era of Francophobia had emerged in Sudan. The Sudanese government along with the public support have just expressed a sense of deep resentment and despise not only against France itself but against the French speaking world, most of which are in Africa. The order for withdrawl had been directed toward the 1,000 military units in Oustani have been ordered to retreat past the pre-war borders of Chad and set up entrenchments in the region along with the other 15,000 military units that have sat guarding over the border in Darfur for the last 12 months. Given that Zaire has also chosen to support the French in this crisis the Sudanese Military had also found itself to be in high alert against Both Zaire and their closest ally on the continent the Hallam Empire. The Sudanese Air Force and Navy in the Red Sea have been put on high alert to country any Gallan aggression towards Sudan. An additional 6,000 military units have been deployed into Qedarif. Kassala, and Blue Nile States bordering Galla and have been ordeted to prepare for defensive position past the main cities of the three states. Another 2,000 had been deployed to Bahr Al-Ghazal and West Equatoria by the Zairean border where they too are set up for a defensive position. The Sudanese Air Force had also been ordered to abandon and cease all arial bombardments of Chad. The Sudanese Air Force however has still enforced a no fly zone in Darfur this time however with an emergency approval from Prime Minister Kiir the Sudanese Air Force has ordered a complete no fly zone over the entirety of Sudan's air space forcing all flights above the country passing by or leaving to be grounded with no delay. With the Sudanese Land, Air, and Naval Forces one thing was left to be done as a result of this "French attack" on Sudan.

The Queen's Tongue, Humanitarian Crisis:

With the approval of both the Prime Minister and Parliament despite much protest from liberal MPs. The Sudanese Military had begun carrying out Operation The Queen's Tongue a reference to Sudan's history as an English speaking country. The Sudanese Military will carry out the largest ever recorded case of mass deportation in the history of the country. Sudan has revoked the residency and asylum of all Chadian and French speaking refugees in the country forcing them to leave immideatly. All the refugee camps in Darfur had been forcefully emptied by the Sudanese Military and forced to begin their match west into Chad and Central Africa. Knowing that such actions might cause outrage by the international community as Sudan would be starting a humanitarian crisis, the move had been made with the growth of anti-French sentiment in Sudan and xenophobia towards French speakers. The Refugees in Sudan who are reported to be as many as 280,000 many of whom women and children have been forced out of the country out of nowhere and forced back into Chad and Zaire. other French speakers in the country such as French diaspora in Khartoum or other diasporas from French speaking countries in cities outside of Darfur have also been put on list pending their deportation from Sudan. The move was also made in the hope that such a large influx of refugees into Chad and other countries would suddenly disturb any attempts to invade Sudan.

Though many have expressed concerns over the safety of those refugees being pushed back into the countries the escaped their concerns have been silenced by the overwhelming majority of the country in protests across Sudan that have become afraid of French ambitions and arrogance. With many saying "those who speak French speak violence" and other saying proudly "SUDAN SPEAKS ENGLISH!"

Is this the end of France's influence in Sudan? Will there be violence against French speakers in the country? Has Sudan turned dark as result of growing xenophobia and paranoia against her neighbours? Has this aggressive move against the homeland shift Sudanese politics into the far right? Though unknown what will be the consequences to Sudan's sudden shift of relationship with the People it has taken care of for so long. It is certain Sudan now has a legitimate reason in its fight for survival against the darkness of the continent. Sudan will call on her son's to sacrifice.

INDONESIAN GOVERNMENT, DEFENSE MINISTRY SIGN $2.1 BILLION USD CONSTRUCTION DEAL WITH MAJOR CONTRACTORS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF 15 NEW MULTIPURPOSE MILITARY BASES AND PORTS

As part of the Indonesian military's rapid expansion and reform program, the Indonesian government and the Defense Ministry signed a $2.1 billion USD construction deal with major land development contractors for the development and construction of 15 new 'Multipurpose Military Installations', which include 5 military ports. The installations will be built over a five year period, and will be supplemented by infrastructure projects and will create hundreds of thousands of jobs for the unemployed. The new military base design, known as Multipurpose Military Installations, plans to mix an army base with an air force base, creating a large joint military complex. Port facilities for the navy will also be mixed with air force bases. All bases will be capable of holding up to 20,000 troops, as well as 250 fighter jets and their respective support staff and equipment. The bases will be located nearby military factory complexes as well as rural villages prone to terrorist strikes. The Indonesian government has also allowed Bangladeshi and Philippine contractors in the nation to assist in the construction projects, with the goal of creating up to 250,000 new jobs within the coming months. New, top-of-the-line military ports are also planned, with new shipbuilding facilities as well as the ability to transform into a civilian port in times of crisis. The government is also allotting $350 million USD for the upgrading of civilian naval ports, with plans to give them the ability to accommodate military-grade shipbuilding as well as Navy vessels. The Indonesian Navy is also planning to further reorganize the fleets, planning the creation of at least 8 more smaller fleets to add to the current naval forces. New air force facilities are also being developed to accommodate modern fighters being bought by the military.

      | The activities unfolding in Africa from the Chadian conflict to the emerging state of Zaire, the opportunity to work with the Africans could no longer be ignored. Since the colonial times, the now Republic of Sudan was a part of the British Empire, and since independence the relations between the Sudanese and the British were admittedly stale and unproductive. November, 2023 - Welcome Back

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson would be greeted by Sudanese Prime Minister Salva Kiir himself shortly after he landed at Khartoum New International Airport. He would be warmly greeted by Kiir and the other members of government as the seemed overwhelmingly joyus with the first visit of a British Prime Minister to Sudan just around 60 years since the visit of her Majesty Queen Elisabeth II to Sudan under the rule of the then young nation.

After pictures are taken with both leaders shaking hands want smiling and then standing when the Republican Band plays God Save The Queen, Boris and Kiir will be taken to their motorcade where they are then driven passed the city scenery to the old renovated presidential place, a gift from the British Empire.

There the two nations would begin their first talks since the nation's independence in 1956.

PM Salva Kiir :| "Prime Minister Boris, it's such an honor to welcome you to Sudan. Its great to have you here amidst such troubling times for the nation but don't worry we are mostly friendly."

In response to the actions of the Chadian Air Force, an official statement has been made by the Sudanese Government announcing the Nation's end to supporting the AAFC or the Chadian people in that matter in any way. The Sudanese Government has taken to using $15 million of the $10 billion in previously kept French funds for the construction of a series of better border security, fences, and barricades all along the Chad-Sudan border.

Sudan will not be harbouring militas or allowing them to stay in Sudan. Sudan will also not keep any Chadian civilians in the country as Operation Queen's Tongue moves Chadian refugees including those Ex-ISFC criminals back into Chad. Once all refugees cross the border into Chad the Sudanese - Chad border will be closed indefinitely until the central government in Chad is proven to have stabilized the country.

    | IRANIAN-SUDANESE DEVELOPMENTS |

    December, 2023

    | The developments in Oustani, between Sudan and France has given a new light onto both states and the situation within Africa. According to Tehran Today, "...Africa is currently being raptured by growing forces...forces of Africans and forces of neo-imperialists...Zaire is developing at an amazing rate, Sudan is enriching quickly and Galla has come alive through new investments...but as this happens there is a loom of new imperialists around...such as France..." The harsh review of the situation of Tehran Today has come with an announcement from Prime Minister Nouri.

Prime Minister Kobrina Nouri has announced that Iran and Sudan have come to an agreement over a new military deal that has been described as one of the biggest in Iranian history. Iran will sell Sudan a good chunk of equipment, putting Iranian Military Complex into movement and gearing Sudan up*. ( The equipment can be found down below. ) In addition, Iran and Sudan will establish two joint bases in Sudan, that will host 10,000 Iranian troops each and Iranian military power. Alongside that, the two states will establish a joint Iranian-Sudanese airforce bases, two in total. The bases locations are yet undisclosed to the public but will be ready by the end of February/start of March of 2024.

Prime Minister Nouri has stated that "...we live in peculiar times, and my and Iranian commitment to our allies is strong, and will remain strong. Let this be a warning, with the coming of Iranian troops to Sudan and Iranian equipment for Sudan, that whoever dares to attack Sudan will have Iran to deal with as well...I have little patience when it comes to neo-imperialists, whoever they may be and they know who they are...Africa has to develop, but development that has to be free of threats from attacks and issues...MECO and Iran will and has been providing that security for Sudan for a long time now, and daring to go against Sudan, is a dare against me, a dare against Iran..." |

      OFFICIAL NOTICE
FROM: Kobrina Nouri, Prime Minister of Iran; Prime Minister of Iran and It's Commonwealths
SUBJECT: SUDAN AND THE AFRICAN SITUATION

    Monsieur le Président Emmanuel Macron,

Firstly, I wish to acknowledge the great relations we have built over the past two years as countries, a rebuilding of relations that has come thanks to your good-will and Her Majesty's, now deceased, Empress Noor's good-will. I believe that our relations bettered for good, and that we can now look into each other's eye's with confidence and respect. Iran and France share many similarities, our desire for liberty and democracy, our power status and our involvement in the African region, to some extent of course.

You're a man of courage and nerve, and I mean that with the best of intentions. Rarely do we see leaders as such, but I imagine that you know me by now and how I operate, Mr Macron. I'm sure you understand the position in which Iran has been put due to the developments in Oustani, and more importantly the position it's close ally, just as close as France may I say, was put in, Sudan. I understand that France has their own interests in the region, interests they will protect but Iran also has it's interests to protect, it's allies, such as Sudan. You know that Iran's intention are clear when it comes to Africa and I can only assume that it's the same with France but the recent developments have given us a lot to think about, and a lot to speak about.

I believe that we need to have a meeting, Mr Macron. We need to make things clear, very quickly and very shortly. I believe that underestimation of your ally, of your opponent can be detrimental to both sides in the long run. I'm sure you know what I am talking about, Mr Macron. I do not wish to get too involved in the African matters, but if I see fit, and right now I do, I will have to. As so, I invite you to the city of Baku, Azerbaijan, for an official dinner party with Her Majesty, Empress Soraya Diba and for talks at the Baku Estate about the situation and the future.

      Warmly waiting for your arrival,
      Kobrina Nouri

INDONESIA UNVEILS HORIZON LUNAR LANDER AND ROVER, WHICH PLANS TO COLLECT SOIL SAMPLES FROM THE LUNAR SOUTH POLE

Indonesia has unveiled the Horizon Lunar Lander and Rover (HLLR), with the goal of collecting, but not returning, lunar soil samples from the South Pole of the Moon. The mission's primary goal is to test Indonesia's capability of landing on the Lunar surface in preparation for future missions to the Moon. A secondary goal is to collect Lunar soil samples from the South Pole and attempt to collect water ice. The onboard Liquid-to-Oxygen Laboratory (LOL) will then attempt to convert the water ice to liquid water, then the water to breathable oxygen. The experiment plans to prove the fact that oxygen can be generated on the Moon, which will expand the self-sufficiency of a Lunar base. The HLLR will not be testing Indonesia's lunar launch capabilities as it will be launching on a foreign launch vehicle. The Horizon lander and rover consists of the lander, which serves as the control point, relay, and sample collection device, while the rover sits on top and will take 4K HD photos from the Lunar surface, as well as conducting underground water ice deposit mapping using a downward facing infrared camera. The rover is designed to last up to 120 days on the Moon, but can last longer as most space missions do. The rover is equipped with a sample transport mechanism, an ability to pick up sample tubes from the ground, and transfer them into another vessel. This will be used in a future Horizon Lunar Sample Return (HLSR) mission, which will return the samples for study. The Indonesian government is preparing to discuss opportunities with launch providers (United Launch Alliance, SpaceX from Paramountica; Chinese National Space Administration (CNSA) from Peking Zhongguo; Indian Space Agency from Nosautempopulus; Roscosmos from Victoria Harbor; European Space Agency, Arianespace from Metropolitan Francais; and JAXA from Philanialle) for a possible launch vehicle choice. The Indonesian government requests informal discussions with the aformentioned countries to discuss the launching of the Horizon lunar lander and rover mission. HLLR is currently in development by the Indonesian Space Administration, the University of Jakarta, and the Scientific Institute of Indonesia. It is set for completion in autumn 2024 and will possibly launch by late 2024 to early 2025.

      Khartoum, The Republic of Sudan
December, 2023 - New Roads And New Lessons, Sudan Preserves Its Borders

As hours have turned into days the Sudanese Government has finally realised and found itself at a state of extreme paranoia and fear. A population angered by the ever more increasing foreign threat, a military concerned with the growth of two empires that border Sudan, and a nation that finds itself pushed to the corner of the continent. Prime Minister Salva Kiir had taken note of this in the middle of all the chaos at the Presidential Palace with yelling, screaming, phones ringing, paper flying, and in the distance, the chants of Sudanese protesters. "Death to the imperialist!" "this land is our land. Long live our Sudan!" "One nation! One army!" Salva Kiir had to grab hold of a frightened nation. A nation that did not know what was coming. And so he had decided to appear before national t.v. to address the Republic.

PM Salva Kiir :| "Citizens Of The Republic, I appear before you not to ask you to prepare but to tell you the honest truth as your Prime Minister. The sad reality is there is no one to blame but our own pride. And most of all our own fears. I'm not saying that our fears are illegitimate or unrealistic. There does exist a valid reason for Sudan to feel threatened by its neighbours regardless of who they are. Instability and silence in Uganda. A growing disclosed Empire in Galla, and an increasing growing economically political and geographical nationalist state in Zaire along with the increase of European influence with an uncontrollable flow of refugees into Sudan and frankly it needs to stop. There is a reason France moved directly to risk conflict with Sudan rather than diplomacy and that is because they don't respect this great nation. Sudan can't live in fear. And that is true. From this day onwards the Sudanese state exists to serve its people soley and no other nation gets to take that from you. And the truth is we have allies. Those we can rely on. Those we can trust and those who we do value us with respect. Our great brothers and sisters in Italy, China, Iran, Egypt, And The Arab States are all true partners of Sudan. we are not alone and we cannot act for ourselves when there are those who stand by us. And so from this day onwards I have specifically petitioned Parliament for the creation of an official amendment of the Sudanese constitution that prohibits this country from gaining or losing any more land without the complete consent of the inhabitants of such regions. In other news as your Prime Minister it is my job to keep you safe as well. I will be ordering the Sudanese Military to stand by. The guns will be lowered and we will start backing away. We might be backing up to a corner but at least this corner is our home. And they don't get to take that. In the name of our Lady Mariam may she bless you all and may she bless this great land. Our land."

And so with the conclusion of the speech on television and with the reviving of countless new weaponry and equipment and assistance from Iran against the foreign threat? Prime Minister Kiir signs an executive order demanding The Sudanese Military stands down from its positions near the Zairean and Gallan border and ordered a full retreat. The Sudanese Military on the Chad border had however been kept in position as the threat of Chadian retaliation and aggression is still very possible. Prime Minister Kiir had also issued secretive apologies in the form of letters to the nations of Zaire (Alzarikstan) and Galla (The Galla) for the sudden mount up of troops on the border stating that it was nothing more than "necessary precautions" to insure Sudanese territorial security and means no harm.

In other news the following day the Sudanese Parliament had officially passed the Territorial Preservation Amendment (TPA) with 151 Yes to 28 No in the National Assembly. 28 of which belong to the far right Nationalist Conservative Front Party that believes Sudan must pursuit territorial ambitions or be stomped. And a complete 64 Yes to 0 No in the Council of States as the Sudanese states overwhelmingly agreed to preserve Sudanese's territorial integrity. The TPA is basically as Kiir explained, an Amendment that officially gives the democratic process a direct stake in Sudan's own borders. The TPA basically prohibits and deems it unconstitutional for the Sudanese Republic to annex or cede not a centimetre of land belonging to the Sudan unless provided evidence of overwhelming support. This essentially makes it harder for Sudan to even dream of any expansionist and imperialists ambitions but also means that Sudan will fight to the death to maintain its current borders of which include Hala'ib and Illemi.

It is still unclear on wether Kiir plans to start repairing relations with francophonic nations as anti-french sentiment is still fresh in the minds of the Sudanese People. Another concern was the status of Chadian refugees and it doesn't appear like mass deportations will cease. A statement was made by the Attorney General of the Darfur Region stating "If Chad is stable enough to suddenly flung their turd at Sudan then they are stable enough to get all their citizens back. Sudan is not a babysitter"

Ok back from Easter. New RPs coming soon

      | PROVISIONAL COMMAND COUNCIL ELECTION COMMISSION |

        December, 2023

Zahir Khalil Elected First President of the Federacy
      ______

The first national elections in the Arab Federal States were a surprisingly calm affair. The infant nation had just crushed a not insignificant rebellion through a feat of military cooperation. It’s end signaled the possibility of serious middle eastern stability. The elimination of any serious non-government force diffused social tensions. The Sunni-Shia divide, already eased by a more equal share of power following unification, was increasingly set aside in light of the ISF. Though not unanimous, the nation enjoyed comparative political unity behind Khalil and the ANU. A stable diplomatic situation had emerged for the AS as a part of the Arab League and MECO. Covid was widely eradicated and the economy was doing well. Simply put, things were looking up.

Khalil’s campaign was centered around continued pursuit of his platform based on pro-market economic reform, modernization, international cooperation, and modern military defense. He campaigned well as an everyman, capitalizing on his working class roots as a Basra dock worker. Farmers especially loved him for his successful privatization reforms that had put more money in their pockets. It was a major demographic, comprising about 20% of the country’s population. He made ambitious promises of a free universal healthcare program- something Iraq hadn’t enjoyed since Saddam and Kuwait and Jordan had never enjoyed. He also promised oil privatization, infrastructure programs, and military modernization. The program’s ambition and expense has been justified by the 66% percent increase in government revenue from MECO payouts, giving the government considerably expanded capacity.

A large critic of expanded government programs has been Khalil’s largest opponent, Victory Alliance candidate Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis. He has criticized increased spending plans as chaining the AS to Iran, a charge which Khalil has responded to by saying increased cooperation with Iran is a good thing. Muhandis has campaigned on a national conservative platform, promoting the introduction of islamic law, heavy militarism, and a pro-Arab League policy that opposes increased relations with Iran. His policies have appealed to older Arab nationalists and tribal citizens, especially men, who stand to benefit from Islamic law.

The ANU also faced opposition from a breakaway group, the Progressive Unity Party. The PUP’s candidate was their leader Ahmed Chalabi. Chalabi was a prominent member of the PCC and fought for religious rights and liberalization during the constitutional process. The PUP pushed government economic intervention and a social progressive stance clearly influenced by Iran. They held the support of most of Zoroastrian community, mostly in northern and western Iraq. Chalabi was criticized for his progressivism and decried as a westerner. The only other candidate was King Abudallah III of Jordan, though it was hardly a serious campaign. Abdullah was an ally of Khalil and only ran at the behest of others in the Jordanian royal court who wished to see a Hashemite Kingdom.
      ______

The personal dominance of Zahir Khalil made the Presidential elections pretty straightforward. The Congressional elections were much more contested. The constitution stipulated a multi-seat district system at the governorate level with party-list voting. This meant each governorste was a single district with multiple seats allotted proportional to population. The seats would be be assigned proportional to the percentage of vote each party rechieved. On ballots, voters would select the party they supported then select the candidate from that party they supported. The process was more democratic then majority or plurality voting systems and allowed smaller parties to be represented as well. Therefore the Arab National Congress would likely have no clear majority and likely necessitate cooperation between parties, similar to the coalitions of a parliamentary system.

The Congressional elections were a time of community mobilization and true grass roots engagement as thousands of cnandidates competed for 482 seats in Congress. Hundreds of candidates competed in Baghdad alone which had 72 seats. There the ANU and PUP competed for dominance with the socialist ‘People and Workers’ that attracted the disaffected working class. The Victory Alliance found support among rural tribesmen and wealthy Iraqis. The al-Sabah Party, personally loyal to the ruling family of Kuwait, dominated in their realm and only a few votes went to the ANU and VA. The Kurdish Democratic Party similarly dominated in the Kurdistan Autonomous Republic where its victory wasn’t really ever in question. The Hashemite Restoration Party saw decent support in Jordan, but was regarded more as an extension of Royal influence similar to al-Sabah. The Islamic Brotherhood has a decent base in rural Iraq, but was stained by its association with the SICI and the PMF. Regardless of the location though, the ANU was sure to be a strong element.
      ______

On December 3rd, Arabs went to the polls once more to vote on their leaders. The lack of electronic voting equipment meant that the 4th and 5th were mostly count and recount days. But with confidence the Provisional Command Council Electoral Commision announced the results on December 6th. Zahir Khalil had been elected the first President of the Federacy. The Arab National Union had won a clearly plurality in Congress.

      Zahir Khalil, ANU: 61.5%

      Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, VA: 19.9%

      Ahmed Chalabi, PUP: 13.3%

      King Abdullah III, HRP: 5.3%

      Arab National Union: 173 Seats

      Progressive Unity Party: 63 Seats

      Victory Alliance: 71 Seats

      Kurdish Democratic Party: 53 Seats

      Islamic Brotherhood: 22

      Hashemite Restoration Party: 36

      People and Workers: 15

      al-Sabah Party: 49 Seats

      Arab National Union: 11 Seats

      Progressive Unity Party: 5 Seats

      TO : Paris, Metropolitan Francais

/TOP SECRET/ LEVEL OF CLEARANCE BY THE IRANIAN INTELLIEGENCE SECURITY FORCES FOR PRESIDENCIAL EYES ONLY - HIGHEST LEVEL

        Prime Minister of Iran

        | HELM OF DÈMOCRATIE, PALAIS DE L’ELYSÉE - | It is with great pleasure that we accept the invitation to join Iranian Prime Minister Kobrina Nouri in Baku. We wish to inform the Iranian Foreign Office of His Excellency, President Emmanuel Macron's arrival. The President is eager to sit down with PM Nouri and explain France's stance on the issue regarding Sudan and the rest of Africa, however his excellency has made it quite clear that threats and slander will get the Iranians nowhere in the future and if he had not felt that this meeting was of greater importance, then he would have humbly declined. Despite that, he is most definitely happy to meet and come to a consensus. |

        | ISTANBUL [NOVEMBER 2023] - | It is noon, the head of the house of Osman, Orhan Osmanoğlu drives to a meeting with is
advisor, Tufan Aykan. Orhan reaches his destination, it was a small abandoned apartment building, he entered the building
and headed for the 10th room of the 2nd floor. Once he entered the room there were multiple military generals, political
opponents, and multiple important allies of Erdoğan, such as Binali Yıldırım, but also important enemies such as Gultekin Uysal.

Orhan sits down, looking at everyone else in the room. All sitting on the room's bed, dining room, while Orhan sits infront of
a desk, there was a moment of silence as police and paramilitaries patrolled on their street, once they left Tufan Aykan started.

[Tufan Aykan]: Lets get to the talking shall we?

Orhan stands up, as if he was going to give a speech.

[Orhan Osmanoğlu]: All of us in this room have a plot to overthrow Erdoğan off his dictatorial power, not to kick him
off his rule but to decrease his power, if we do not it will be a danger to turkey and the Turkish people's. The problem
is how are we going to do it? Without the public thinking we are trying to establish another dictatorship?

[Binali Yıldırım]: As an close ally of Erdoğan, I am able to see mostly whatever he does politically, the draft of the
constitution is almost done. And, it makes him effective dictator, I wish I could tell him stop but he has the power to
arrest me if I defy him. If any law enforcement caught us doing this, we could be suspected for a coup and be arrested.

[Gultekin Uysal]: Oh please, he could kill us if he wants to. Besides once he is dictator he will get to kill anyone.
But I have a plan. Only the elites know what's being written in the current constitution. What if...we spread it to the people.

[Defense Minister, Hulusi Akar]: That would be complete chaos, already large riot's, will grow larger than Ankara itslef!

[Gultekin Uysal]: Thats the point! We and the people shall take charge to the parliament and change our constitution!

[Defense Minister, Hulusi Akar]: Great, now we have to make another constitution...

[Tufan Aykan]: Or we can use the latest republics constitution, but maybe edit a few parts. A new government could be
established by the end of December!

[General, Ümit Dündar]: Well, we could just do another coup, after all both top generals and ministers of the army is in
this room, me and Hulusi, all of my Lieutenants agree that Erdogan is bad and must be stopped. The Navy, Airforce, also agree.

It has been more than a month of controversy between these men. Finally on December they have come to an agreement.

        [DECEMBER 2023]

[Orhan Osmanoğlu]: No, full military a coup will just destroy the nation's the morale, and possibly add more chaos.
Massive Riot's could and will be the answer, we must reveal it to the public. Radio and Television Supreme Council is in our side
so we will do it via TV without censorship. The Military will protect us while we announce the broadcast. Possibly only paramilitaries
would be fighting us. Gultekin Uysal, you and me will broadcast at the Küçük Çamlıca TV Radio Tower. Both of you generals will
send troops to protect us from any government threat. Binali Yıldırım you will copy the constitution, Im sure Erdogan is distracted
at the south so there is no need to worry. Soon the people will riot like never before, military personel will protect the roiters as
they storm the parliament. And we shall establish a new, better Turkey. Edrogan will be no loner president of turkey and no longer
chairman of Justice and Development Party, and then all abolished parties will be restored, this will be the the time of returning glory.
As leader of this operation, and due to major support this is the plan! Any questions?

        The room was quiet

[Orhan Osmanoğlu]: We have been planning this for more than a month, GLORY TO TURKEY!

[Others in the room]: GLORY TO TURKEY!

The men leave the room for the last time, leaving 1 hour later after the other, to cause no suspicion if there were any nearby patrollers. |

Vakaga, Bantu People's Republik of Alzarikstan
Undisclosed Location in the Northernmost Mountainous Region of Zaire
      DECEMBER 2023

President Denis N'Guesso Observes Chiamaka-25 IRBM Testing

Arriving in a motorcade of Kia Light Tactical Vehicles (KLTV), President Denis Sassou N'Guesso would be making a publicized inspection and filming of the launching of 2 x Chiamaka-25 Intermediate Range Ballistic Missiles (IRBM). With a smile on his face, N'Guesso and his security entourage would make their way over to three rows of chairs for he and his defense staff to take a seat as the Zairean Strategic Missile Force personnel continued to prepare the missiles for launching. Standing still on their TELs, the Chiamaka-25 IRBMs would be painted a pitch matte black with the Zairean green flag on both sides of the missile body along with the word "Bantu" on both sides as well.

Taking off his glasses, N'Guesso would stand by his chair and salute his generals and military officials as everyone walked to their assigned seatings as the large media cameras would televise this event for the world to see. Standing with his back straight and arms to his side, President N'Guesso would proceed to salute the Zairean flag as it was slowly raised on a golden flagpole while the Zairean national anthem plays in the background. With the conclusion of the national anthem, all cameras would transition slowly from President N'Guesso to the 2x TELs that bore the Chiamaka-25 IRBMs. With the passing of 10 seconds, the two ballistic missiles would launch amid the activation of its engine and rocket propellants. Steadily increasing in speed toward the skies, the two ballistic missiles would appear as two flying balls of white light as the sound of the missiles become more distant.

Vakaga is located on the Northernmost border of Zaire that is shared with both Chad and Sudan. With the successful testing, the two ballistic missiles would travel from Vakaga down to a missile training zone in Rwanda to indicate that the missiles are able to take flight, remain in flight, and possesses an impressive precision that Zaire is planning to increase over time. Nonetheless, with the deployment of the two IRBMs, Zaire seeks to possess the largest ballistic missile arsenal of Afrika.

      | President Macron | "And please, call me Emmanuel. I'm sure you've seen all the headlines that say France kicked the Sudanese out of Chad, but Chad has a reigning government now that is making something for itself and actually manages to unite the people. Chad has long been France's partner and is equal in every aspect just like all of our partners. Its not about wielding influence or having hegemony over former colonial protectorates. We are there to help those previously neglected states flourish and make sure they are provided the proper security that they cannot always afford. The Chadian government requested that the illegal Sudanese forces leave Oustani and Chad altogether which was their sovereign right to do so. Sudan refused, so France acted where Chadian forces could not afford to act. Although I will say this my friend. If I had not ordered those troops to occupy Oustani and push the Sudanese out when I did, those Chadian fighter jets would have done far more than just harass the evacuating Sudanese troops. War was most certainly avoided....at least for the time being. This was never something I wanted to happen though as Sudan and France have had a rather close relationship in recent years with billions of euros in investments and French businesses as well as schools being established in Sudan. I can only hope Sudan will come to it's senses on the issue and we can look forward to continued cooperation and prosperity."

      | IRANIAN-ZAIREAN DEVELOPMENTS |

      December, 2023

      | The Iranian and Zairean leaderships have come to certain agreements over the course of the month as the relations between the two states increase largely and due to the situation within Africa. Firstly, Iranian-Zairean Entertainment Industry Partnership has been established. The partnership will include many things to better and develop the Zairean entertainment industry and promote it on a worldwide scale. Major deals that have been produced out of it are, investments worth $15 Billion into the Zairean Entertainment Industries, Major Iranian Recording labels like Tarina Records, Googoosh Records and Pehstan Labels will establish themselves in Zaire and find and promote talent in music region wide and world wide; Major film production companies like Lesfan and Hanhram Companies will enter Zaire ; Major Iranian cinema chains will establish themselves in Zaire and Empress Soraya will establish a Zaire Cultural Fund which will be worth $10 Billion and help to promote Zairean culture worldwide. The major Iranian boost for Zairean entertainment industry is said to give Iranian companies around $16 Billion and bring Zairean industries to first world level by 2027/2028.

On a more militaristic note, Iran and Zaire have officially established the Military Cooperation Treaty, which will entail Iran and Zaire to enter an alliance that will counter-fit possible conflicts in the future in Africa and to deter exploitism. It will also entail closer military cooperation between the two countries, larger security in the region and larger sale of Iranian equipment to Zairean forces. Many have suggested that Nouri has now led Iran into Africa through her military deals with Zaire and her security developments with Sudan, making Iran a growing helpful force in Africa and creating a new Iranian-African momentum. |
