_{| HELM OF DIPLOMACY, MINISTÈRE DES AFFAIRES ÉTRANGÈRES - | The Vth Republic and the Galla have finally concluded a vast bilateral partnership that will see cooperation between both countries increase tenfold. The Galla has long been a valued and trusted partner of Paris, but until recently, interaction and cooperation between the two countries had been minimal. Galla's massive untapped natural resource wealth, large population, and huge economic potential has been the driving force behind the new France-Galla partnership along with Galla's strategic importance and ability to project security over a broad region. Per the agreement, France has sent engineers, development teams, and investors to Galla with plans to invest heavily into Galla's infrastructure development and economy by building solar, hydro, and possibly even nuclear power plants along with new roadways, railways, and bridges. French businesses will also be encouraged to set up shop in the Galla while French mining and exploration teams have also been sent. Initial plans have been approved to expand existing sea ports and build new ones along the coast of Somalia, thereby giving the Galla more import and export capability. It is quite clear that the Galla is now one of France's best partners in Africa, even outweighing the shaky partnership between France and the Arab League. It is expected that the Galla will benefit massively from the new partnership, as will France. |}

_{In the fight against ethnic tensions and violence the Polaikov administration has seen it important to create official state media to provide the truth to the people and instill Central Asian unity. The Central Asia News Agency also known as MOYA would be in full control of Central News now the only approved TV news outlet for Central Asia. International entertainment shows would still be allowed inside of Central Asia, but foreign news would be heavily screened and censored as the Central government sees fit. A system of Regional newspapers would be allowed, but still under the control of MOYA to ensure quality and no fake facts are presented to the people of Central Asia.}

|President Polaikov takes the stage - Президент Полайков сахнаға шығады
President Polaikov was proud of the accomplishment to rid the nation of fake news and sees this as a step towards the right direction, he stated this on the first broadcast of Central News. The first broadcast would be made into a speticale with President Polaikov being the first guest on the show where he gave a 2 hour long speech about Patriotism and the beauty of Central Asia while behind him pictures of the landscape of Central Asia would play behind him. Two Saiga antelopes would be paraded on stage while a baby Saiga antelope was held by President Polaikov for 30 minutes of his speech. It was reported that the broadcast was watched by 90% of the Central Asian populace. At the end of the speech Polaikov was lighting firecrackers to symbolize the “Fight for Central Asian dominance”. The speech would be concluded with Polaikov singing the National Anthem and walking off stage.

{Backstage of Central News 11PM}
|President Polaikov|: “How did I do Yelena? Did I look okay?”
_{*Yelena would walk in behind the president holding his schedule and looking at Polaikov as he took off his mic.*}

|Assistant Yelena|: “You did great Mr.President the energy of the room was incredible, I am sure you inspired many of our citizens tonight.”

|President Polaikov|: “Did I look tall enough? I hope no one saw the box I was standing on, I’ll the assistant killed if I watch the broadcast and see that F***ing box. You know what show me the playback on the broadcast.”

_{*Yelena gulped as she looked at the tablet in her hand showing the broadcast where you can see a sliver of the box Polaikov was standing on. Her mind raced as she wondered if he was being serious about the consequences.*}

|Assistant Yelena|: “Sir, you can see a little, but I don’t think anybody except us would notice.”

_{*Polaikov would snatch the tablet from her and look at the sliver of a wooden box shown. Furious Polaikov would demand the assistant to be shown to him at once. Five mins would pass as the production crew grabbed the assistant responsible for the placement of the box. He would be thrusted into the room where without hesitation President Polaikov would take a handgun from inside his suit and shot the assistant in the head killing him instant as Yelena yelped and covered her ears.*}

|President Polaikov|: “F*** I should of moved the rug first, I liked this rug in here. Have it cleaned and get my security detail in here to get rid of this sack of sh*t. Tell em to put him on the street and make it look like a mugging gone bad. Find some sad sack to take the blame. Im tired and wish to go home so get my ride ready.”

_{*Yelena would nod softly as she began to make phone calls. President Polaikov would nonchalantly walking out of the room as the production crew kept to their duties pretending they did not hear the murder that took place. Polaikov would shake some hands and exit the building into his armored Mercedes-Benz G-Class which he insisted he drive himself and alone.*}

The body of the assistant would be placed blocks away from the news station and the next morning the news would play a story about a mugging gone wrong in Tashkent leading to the murder of a Central News assistnate and the arrest of a 18 year old suspected of commiting the crime.

Ceará State

The states of Ceará and Rio Grande do Norte had their Governors meet for cross state trade, and both proposed a merger as the two have similar goals and values. They also thought that the economy of a single state would be more efficient in the long run if they were unified as barriers would be eliminated and policies would be in alignment. Camilo Santana and Paulo Câmara from Ceará and Rio Grande do Norte respectively held referenda in their state and in Rio Grande do Norte, 65% voted to unify and in Ceará 69% voted yes. As required by law, both states would be made to submit a request to the Congress of Brasil who would approve or disapprove it on a federal level. However, with the size of the proposed state of Ceará, the Chamber of Deputies voted yes to merge the two. The Speaker of the Chamber would submit it to Fernando Haddad for his approval, then onto Emperor João Filipe for his blessing. Paulo Câmara would become governor of the new state and begin to reshuffle the state leadership and begin to form the new delegation to Brasilia. The new stats of the state would be released as well, with it becoming the 2nd largest in population and the 6th largest in area and 15th richest.
