FOREIGN MINISTRY: RETO MARSUDI DEPARTS JAKARTA TO ATTEND BAGHDAD CONFERENCE AS AN OBSERVER

_{The Foreign Ministry has announced the rapid departure of Foreign Minister Reto Marsudi in order to attend the Baghdad Conference regarding the Chadian Civil War. Foreign Minister Marsudi will be attending as the representative of Indonesia, but will only be an observer as Indonesia is not militarily involved in Chad. Reto Marsudi is expected to focus on supporting humanitarian efforts and not much else. Majority Leader Marina Al Anshori has directed the Foreign Minister to focus on 'helping the Chadian locals, and not on helping foreign powers gain control and influence'. Reto Marsudi will land in Baghdad in a few hours.}

Alharih Offensive Put into Action, Victory will be around the corner

The Seize of Qais Ibn Zuhair street was an Ultimate victory for the National Guard capturing 600 rebels and 200 civilans
that were in hostage, what is even better is that Qais Ibn Zuhair is one the main streets to the rebelion's HQ. But the Radicals
had a different plan, Immediately they captured the Al Ajwad Intersection, a vital center for transporting troops to the area.
Massive Vandalism has occurred in rebel occupied territory, with massive damage to residential homes. But there is a plan to
counter this unacceptable attack. The Alharih Offensive plans on to retake all main streets of rebel occupied
territory, there is a first phase which will take on the encirclements and cut offs of the territory then an assault
on the trapped areas.

Saudi Arabia sends Saudi diplomat and the 11th ambassador to the united states, Princess Reema bint Bandar Al Saud
to observe the meeting, Saudi Arabia hopes that this conflict will soon end and and nations can work together to
reconstruct chad.

Over 94% of Filipino Population Now Vaccinated

Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic in the Philippines which has mostly subsided, over 94% of the population (including children) is now vaccinated.

A return to 2018 economic growth levels is expected this year. Flights have mostly resumed, restaurants are busy as they were before the pandemic, and mask-wearing is mandatory in most public places.

Major restaurant chains, such as Jolibee, McDonalds Philippines, Mang Inasal, Chowking, and much more still continue to sanitize regularly. Temperature checks are still commonplace; showing the nation's people and businesses aren’t joking around when it comes to Covid-19 safety.

In rare cases; some restaurant branches require janitors cleaning clogged toilets to suit up with a hazmat suit.

The Philippine government has also stated that mask-wearing will no longer be mandatory starting February 1, 2023, but still recommends wearing masks past February 1, 2023. Aside from that, life is mostly normal now in the Philippines.

SGRI Responds to Turkish Black Sea Militarization With Modernized Caucasus-Black Sea Defense Network Connected With Western Defense Network!!

With SGRI GEOINT and SIGINT operations in the Black Sea and Caucasus, Turkish naval build up would be brought to the attention of the SGRI National Security Council. With the recent deployments of Ranponian and Quebec republic to OsivoII and The ottoman national state, SGRI defense policy analysts have declared in their observations that Western aligned nations could be gearing for a potential pre-emptive strike against Moscow or particular SGRI member-states. Understanding the potential severity of the situation that has exacerbated a security dilemma now in the Caucasus, Vladimir Putin has approved Minister of Defense General Sergey Shoygu's Caucasus-Black Sea Defense Network.

The CBSDN is a comprehensive anti-ship, anti-air integrated system that looks to ensure adversarial naval and air assets are not able to enter the airspace of the SGRI or target strategic infrastructure in Russia proper via strategic implementation of modern weapon systems and radar programs in the Caucasus and Black Sea region. The CBSDN includes the following installations:

With this installations, the SGRI would be able to strike anywhere in Lemlar at hypersonic speeds of Mach 9 in addition to the Bastion-P Coastal Defense Systems being able to target not only Turkish naval vessels in the Black Sea but also the newly constructing bases that are close to the Republic of Georgia. To further reinforce these systems, for medium and short ranges, the following systems have been tasked for incorporation into the CBSDN in Sevastopol, Sochi, Yerevan, Batumi, and Yerevan:

9K317M 'Buk-M3'  self-propelled, medium-range surface-to-air missile systems
Tor-M1-2U all-weather low to medium altitude, short-range surface-to-air missile systems
S-300V4 Long-range SAM systems
2K22M Tunguska tracked self-propelled anti-aircraft weapon system

These additions are specifically intended to destroy airplanes, helicopters, cruise missiles, precision guided munitions, unmanned aerial vehicles and short-range ballistic threats

As my previous speakers have said, an international response is now crucial. The situation has been escalating to dangerous levels in all areas of the conflict. Numerous militias could be running out of control despite our best efforts.

According to certain reports we have gathered, the number of refugees is increasing daily. Many have lost their homes and family. At this rate, the country will be even harder to save.

Our objective, as General Gerasimov said, is to restore the sovreignty of Chad and the etablishment of the conditions of a stable Government. For that, we need to pacify the country. Find ways to bring at least the conditions of a ceasefire that we, as an international force, can maintain.

That is the first objective Germany wants to reach. A ceasefire or at best, a truce that we, as an international force, will maintain.


We cannot build Chad while people are dying and the guns still firing.


The second objective is to maintain the territorial integrity of Chad. It must be guaranteed by this international force.

The third objective is to establish a new and elected Government that will benefit from a temporary international protection. the details, which Germany has been working in our current area -judicial reform, civil administration reform, fight against corruption and organised cirme- are things which I can explain later. The same goes for the creation of the INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL TRIBUNAL FOR CHAD under the UN CHARTER for which we believe is necessary.

I hope we can all agree to this 3 step plan.

This civil war has gotten out of control, with countries who should not be here at all bombing and costing lives of Chadians who shouldn't have even been killed. We must agree on a ceasefire here and now between foreign forces, or just decide which side we will support, as clearly different countries supporting different groups is not a prime strategy for Chadian stability.
