“I would like for our two nations to work together to develop autonomous weapons. Since the 60s, the National Weapons Corporation of Congo (NWCC) has been well supported by the government and so when we were working with Western powers against communism we developed competent military scientists & engineers. I see the future turning towards AI, and I believe the Muslim world should not be left behind. If we can work on joint projects to develop these I believe in a good position on the global geopolitical stage.

You must understand that Uganda and Galla are at war and Sudan is fighting the war for them. Fighting the war for the soul of the Nile. If those troops weren't there to protect Uganda, then Gallan troops would have been marching on Kampala by now while Khartoum considers looking up for other ways to fill Sudan's thirst for water."

“In that case may God bless Arabia & Congo, give us increased prosperity & strength and give us long-lasting benevolence towards our people and our brothers & sisters in faith. The alliance we’ve formed today and the agreements we’ve made will be formalised and boost our nation’s in education, military, technology & business. Today is the beginning of a strong friendship with mutual interests and I hope that once the situation in Oman & Yemen are solved, the Arabian Navy will be able to begin... “expanding” further into Indian Ocean in order to ensure the peace and stability of trade & commerce. I look forward to meeting you again, stay healthy Your Majesty”

When Abu Roma said expanding he smirked slightly as if to signal to King Talal that he hoped Arabia would be ambitious enough to want to protect not just the Middle East but parts of Asia & the seas around it too. For him, the US was a country that would be looking further inward in the coming decades & with China’s rise, a Muslim power capable of projecting great power in this new multipolar world order would benefit all Muslim nations.

THE PRESIDENTIAL PALACE, KRAKOWSKIE PRZEDMIESCIE 48/50, WARSAW, Drully — AFTERNOON

| The Presidential Palace, the Official Residence of the President of Poland — the PRESIDENT TUSK was looking out his office window as he spoke to MINISTER OF THE INTERIOR JACEK CICHOCKI beside CICHOCKI, sitting in the chair was PRIME MINISTER EWA KOPACZ — the PRESIDENT TUSK walked away from the window with the glass of whiskey in his hand and sat on the chair . . . |

    | DONALD TUSK, The President | “. . . Well, uh, I think it was a smart idea to restrict immigration in Poland.”—

| Both the PRIME MINISTER and the MINISTER OF THE INTERIOR shook their heads in agreement with the PRESIDENT. |

    | EWA KOPACZ, The Prime Minister | “Yes, Mr. President. We had no choice if we wanted you to be re-elected President of Poland next year, but of course that does NOT stop you from changing that in the future.”

| The PRESIDENT with a doubtful expression on his face as he looked at the PRIME MINISTER before taking another sip of his whiskey. |

    | DONALD TUSK, The President | “Hmm, what do you mean, can we change that in the future?”

| The PRIME MINISTER, after adjusting her glasses, gives the PRESIDENT a newspaper with news about Japan. |

    | EWA KOPACZ, The Prime Minister | “We can use the same excuses that the Prime Minister of Japan is using to increase immigration in the country . . . It would be the lack of labor in the labor market, the aging of the population, the low birth rate — which the Japanese have already solved, putting in place policies to encourage an increase in birth rates.”

    | DONALD TUSK, The President | “Unlike Japan, Poland does not suffer from a shortage of workers, as our country approves more visas for foreign workers than any other European nation, especially for Ukrainians. but the Polish population is aging due to the low birth rate and the emigration of Poles abroad — The Fmr. Administrations gave salary incentives to the Poles to return to Poland and this continued under my Administration.”

    | EWA KOPACZ, The Prime Minister | “That may change, Mr. President, as we further restrict the entry of immigrants into the country, the number of immigrant workers will certainly decrease . . . and we can also use the aging population and low birth rates to encourage an increase in immigrants in the future.”

| The MINISTER OF THE INTERIOR just listening to the PRESIDENT and PRIME MINISTER, he says . . . |

    | JACEK CICHOCKI, The Minister of the Interior | “Well . . . It will certainly work.”

    | DONALD TUSK, The President | “In addition, in order to increase our birth rate, I will create a maternal aid program to help poor Polish youth have children, creating a new profession in Poland "Polish Mother," such as Iran's maternal care program.”

    | EWA KOPACZ, The Prime Minister | “Indeed, Mr. President!”

| The three continued talking until the end of the meeting. |

POLAND — A PEOPLE AGAINST IMMIGRANTS — PRESIDENT TUSK UNDER POPULAR PRESSURE INCREASES IMMIGRATION RESTRICTIONS IN THE COUNTRY

    June 7, 2024

        | WARSAW, POLAND — Unlike the Party of Law and Justice, which is far-right and anti-immigration, the current ruling party, which is the Civic Platform, is not anti-immigration, which certainly raises doubts among Poles. With the 2025 Polish Presidential Elections, Tusk says that he does not intend to focus on the issue of immigration at this time — but on other issues, such as one of them is climate change, which is a hotly debated topic in the world, especially in Europe — where even he announced recently a new environmental project.

The anti-immigration sentiment is creating a headache for the Tusk's party (Civic Platform), as the Polish people are pressuring the Tusk Administration to do something against immigrants and Tusk needs the support of his voters to be re-elected next year, he says, "Poland is not going to be an anti-immigration country [...] But we are going to make it harder for immigrants to enter the country." — With that said, Tusk publicly announced the day after his declaration that restrictions on immigrants' entry into Poland would be tightened. |

ISLAMIC FEDERATION OF CONGO ON POLISH IMMIGRATION ISSUE

This is an official statement on behalf of President Abu Roma himself from the Islamic Congress of Congo. It has been brought to our attention that many Muslim immigrants most likely suffer large amounts of discrimination due to the intolerance of the general Polish population. In effort to help these Muslim immigrants it is our hope that we can work together with the Polish government to relocate several hundred Muslim immigrants to the IFC over the next few years.

“First of all, if the Ugandans want to be Sudanese, then Congo will recognise & support it. Even if they don’t want it, we advise that Sudan stays in Uganda because the government has clearly collapsed and there is no better alternative. Sudan is a stable and more developed country than Uganda & is the only country in the region other Congo that is capable of undertaking such a large project and willing to do so. We however want no parts. Uganda as a whole has little to do with Pax Congo. With all due respect, we do not want a majority Christian country under our administration. However, there are three towns on the border with Lake Albert between Congo & Uganda. These towns are Butiaba, Masindi & Hoima. There will be no Congolese military presence anywhere else in Uganda & no attempts to claim Uganda at all. For our peace of mind we would like to set up military bases in those three towns only. Furthermore, in the event that Galla invades Uganda or Sudan, if these bases are agreed to, Congo will defend Sudan. In addition, we would like permission to set up mosques & schools for Ugandan Muslims and be able to conduct business freely in Uganda once it stabilises.”

“They shouldn’t be a problem as we will be allies. We simply can’t allow Sudan to have an unchecked military presence in Uganda. Our border with the South of Sudan is blocked by the dense & harsh Ituri rainforest and rigged with landmines set up by isolationist president Maryama Ibada in the 90s, so that is no issue but Uganda is another matter. Those three towns are only several kilometers from the Congolese border. It is not an unreasonable request that we have bases there. So, we’ll need to agree today that Congo can set up bases in those towns. As for the other programs, we are sure that when Sudan fully takes control of Uganda and the Ugandan government decides to unify with you, which I am certain they will... eventually, I am sure that Sudan wouldn’t be opposed to that. See, we don’t have much faith that the Ugandan government will continue to survive in its current form and we infact want it to be under Sudanese administration.

Unfortunate but I assumed it’d be easier said than done

| It is the IFC’s hope that Muslim immigrants in Poland will be protected by the Polish authorities and real action will be taken by the European Union to ensure their full rights are respected. The EU is a respectable organisation that the IFC trusts & believes will handle the issue much better than the IFC would be able to.
