King al-Saud:

"It is a pleasure to meet you as well Empress Diba and I would say the same for myself but unfortunately, there are particular situations in the region that deserves a lot of attention that otherwise can no longer be ignored. I am also honored to be here as well with the establishment of your new regime and being the first country to recognize such diplomatically. With that, it is no mistake as to why I am here Empress Diba. Between Saudi Arabia and Iran, there are markets worth over $6 trillion and the familial wealth between our two families are over $2 trillion, bringing absolute total wealth to over $8 trillion. That cannot simply be ignored from numbers alone. Since the dissolution of MECO, the Middle East has begun an interesting morphing of alliances, allegiances, partnerships, and uncovered interests. That is a grave concern to Riyadh and I am sure that is a grave concern to Tehran as well."

| Nodding for a moment she would look up at the large painting of the Middle East on the ceiling before looking down. |

[ Empress Esfir Diba ]: "Yes, the current situation regarding alliances, partnerships and such are very interesting for sure. I am not sure if you're aware of what the Iranian policy was like in the 1960s. It was to charm and dominate, Your Majesty. My vision of Iran is that of the 1960s, what many refer to as the Golden Age. My country tried to give the rest of the Middle East a golden age through MECO but fundamentally, when it collapsed, the rest of the Arab tribes decided to join together, forget about MECO and what it brought. It is a saddening view of what is going on but my policy will be simple and transparent, Your Majesty and I gather that you might have certain proposals regarding the current situation? Proposals which I am very much willing to listen to."

King al-Saud::

"I am proposing that collectively Riyadh and Tehran ensure the establishment of a peaceful, prosperous order in the Middle East. Iran is the economic backbone of the region with Saudi Arabia right behind it. Collectively, we have the most modern military forces in the region with endless capabilities. Saudi Arabia is the world's largest possessor of natural gas and oil deposits as we produce over 14 million barrels a day. Riyadh and Tehran are the sole proprietors of security and stability in one of the most lucrative, and strategically important maritime chokepoints for global trade: The Persian Gulf. Saudi Arabia also possesses the holiest cities for Muslims as you know while Iran operates as a secular political bastion. Saudi Arabia and Iran are two sides of the same coin and that cannot be ignored at all. Granted, Saudi Arabia is Arab; however, the recent actions of countries such as Egypt is quite worrying to Riyadh as we wish not for Arab Nationalists to be in a position to dictate the economic and security arrangements of the Middle East, let alone the Arab World. We are two poles wanting the same thing: enrichment and prosperity. This is the position we have been forced into and this is the avenue of approach I am seeking with Iran. This benefits you as well as myself."

[ Empress Esfir Diba ]: "Two sides of the same coin you say? I agree in that belief. We do have the same goals and Arab Nationalism also worries me, deeply. We could be unstoppable, and not just in the Middle East but the whole of Asia should we...should we unite our cause in a collective pact of some sort. Each side has something the other lacks, something that can bring us closer to what we want. Yes. I believe a pact between Saudi Arabia and Iran should be formed. One that makes sure the Middle East is secure between us and one that allows us to conquer Asia herself, as well."

"Yes absolutely. I think that would be a rather more preferred way of maintaining stability and tensions in the Persian Gulf. The free movement agreement can remain regarding the Gulf States and I would like to see that free movement agreement expanded to include all of Saudi Arabia and all of Iran to ensure productive economic, social, and cultural relations."

MILITARY ALLIANCE WITH THE TURKISH SULTANATE ANNOUNCED!
...AMIDST COMPLETION OF TURKISH-GALLAN SPACEPORT IN GALLAN SOMALIA

ADDIS ABABA,
DECEMBER 2023

    | The Imperial Diplomatic Service has announced a new military alliance with The Turkish Sultanate, following a meeting between Sultan Abdul Hamid III and MERI Mekdella in Addis Ababa. Since the turn of the 21st Century, Turkish presence and investment has been well received in The Galla, and now the nations are drawn ever closer with this new alliance. News of the alliance came on the heels of other important Sultanate-Empire news — the completion of a Spaceport which began construction in 2020. From this port, Turkish & Gallans will be capable of launching rockets for space missions. The spaceport is just one example of the fantastic development that Somalia has seen since it's integration with the Gallan Empire. Simultaneously, domestic and foreign projects have heavily increased the quality of life! |

Khartoum, The Republic of Sudan
March, 2024 - Blessings And Curses, Sudan's Mid-20s Foreign Policy

The fall of the Middle East Co-operation Organization (MECO) with Iran's departure had probably hit Sudan the hardest among its members as the largest form of economic, political, and social development platform to the region and to the country had been dissolved leaving Sudan aimless and blind for its future. For a brief moment under the leadership of Shah Pahlavi, Prime Minister Salva Kiir had attempted to reinstate Sudo-Iranian relations with a visit to Doha only for it to return to a state of uncertainty with the outbreak of the War of Petals in Iran and the take over of Empress Esfir Diba had left the nation stunned once again. However despite the debate and question on which side Sudan should supper Empress Esfir had found herself to be popular among the Sudanese people, especially those who still have the memory of Nageeb's Sudan fresh in the mind remembering the era of women's rights, power, and feminism in the middle east and in Sudan. This increasing public support for the Iranian monarchy had caused many members of the Sudanese Parliament to officially call for supporting the Monarchy and the normalization of relations between Sudan and Iran as Prime Minister Kiir promised.

Other developments in the region had however left a sense of concern and sorry in the Sudanese nation once again. Tensions in the middle east could be felt and sensed by the Sudanese leadership which has then called for an urgent meeting. Iran's fight for its legitimacy, the newly sparked ambitions of the Saudi Monarchy, the daring actions of Turkey, and the desperate need of regional power in Egypt have left the Sudanese nation feel the result of the collapse of a peace loving stable union of nations called MECO.

Sudan has plans to keep the economy rising. Trade agreements will be quickly revived with nations like Japan, China, Galla, and the European Union. As well as the former member states of MECO. The Liberal Party has announced plans and ambitions to expand progressive and social agendas for the Republic. What Sudan however currently lacks in MECO's absence is the security of the nation. The Non-Aggression Pact signed between Sudan and Galla some few Decades ago have proven very useful in maintaining peace a security between Khartoum and Addis Ababa. However other security concerns have poped up with the protection of the organization. Though the situation in Zaire seemed to have calmed down, along woth the end of the War in Chad in sight. The Sudanese leadership had noticed that it is in need of repairing and normalizing relations with the French Republic to which the Prime Minister had protested stating that it might cause him his re-election. However the death of Bashir along with the collapse of MECO seemed to have grabbed the attention of the public away from anti-French sentiment. On the other side of the Red Sea, increasing activity from the Arab kingdom had also concerned the leadership with the annexation of the Gulf States. However Riyadh was not the issue in the eyes of Sudan. It was the warned superiority complex of the Arab race that Sudan had long dreaded for 24 years. The sudden flaring of tensions between Memphis, Riyadh, and Ankara had left Sudan extremely worried for its own national security. Sudan's role with the MEDC along with its personal relationship with its brethren in Egypt had questioned if the curse of being placed right in between of the centers of Islamic and Arab cultures on the Red Sea could be broken. Though Sudan is blessed with being somewhat distant and enforcing the ideology that the Sudanese nation belongs to no "superior" race, the nation is also cursed being on the frontier of the clash of middle eastern giants. A number of Sudanese Parliamentarians had already considered complete isolation from the middle east in favour of adopting its Pre-MECO western foreign policy by building better and close relations with the European Union, United States, Brazil and La Plata.

Either way it is unkown what exactly Sudan's foreign policy game would be in the middle of the 2020s but it is clear that Sudan prefer descalation of tensions as well as maintaing a regional peace. Sudan had called on Egypt and Saudia Arabia to talk their issues out instead of playing a dangerous geo political game that could put us all at harm.

Prime Minister Kiir had also announced that Khartoum would be open for any and all talks of peace and co-operation in region and states that Sudan would look forward to working together with its neighbours. Following the statement Prime Minister Salva Kiir had announced that he would be leaving the nation for an official visit of Empress Esfir Diba of Iran in the hopes that both nations would reach and understanding of their relationships.

SUGA ANNOUNCES SUBSIDIES TO THE AUTOMAKERS TO INCREASE THE PRODUCTION OF ELECTRIC CARS WHICH IS PART OF ONE OF THE CHANGES IN ITS NEW POLICY OF "GREEN JAPAN"

Subsidies for Electric Cars and New Environmental Policy.

    Special to The Asahi Shimbun.

      — —

| TOKYO, Mar 15th — With the Climate Summit held in Tokyo earlier this month, where world leaders pointed out solutions for reducing CO2 — such as increasing the use of renewable energies and reducing polluting energies such as oil, coal, among others. Japan announced during the Climate Summit that it would strongly increase nuclear power along with renewables, something Suga had already said in March 2023, when it was confirmed that the new projection for nuclear power production in Japan would be 28.3% in 2030. The Prime Minister Suga also confirmed subsidies for automakers such as Toyota, Honda, Suzuki, Nissan, Subaru and Mitsubishi to increase the production of electric cars, encouraging the purchase of these cars — as it was also said that the tax on these vehicles will be reduced by 6%. "This change is part of my New Environmental Policy "Green Japan" [...] If we all work together, we will build a sustainable world," said Suga. |

| GOLESTAN PALACE, TEHERAN |

| Once Prime Minister Kiir arrived in Tehran, he would of been escorted quickly to the Golestan Palace for the meeting with Empress Esfir Diba. Once going past the large defended gates of the Golestan Palace, the Prime Minister would be escorted out of the limousine and into the Golestan Palace, going through the golden corridors of the political centre of Iran as of today. Soon after, the aids would guide him to the cabinet. As he entered the doors closed and Empress Esfir would stand up. Wearing a long purple dress, with a white scarf interwoven through it, purple high heels, and her hair in a beautiful bundle with a beautiful golden necklace, she would smile slightly offering her hand for a handshake before gesturing the Prime Minister to take a seat. |

[ Empress Esfir Diba ]: "It's a pleasure to meet you, Mr Kiir."

The Red or the Erythrean Sea is one area of contention, but together we can achieve much more. In my opinion, an actual total war between us is pretty unlikely with my mutual defense treaty with the Paramericans, and same thing with the Saudis. But a cold war between is for certain."

Remaining in his seat, Saudi Minister of Energy Development & Production Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud would appear rather unfazed with the topic of the summit; however, had to attend due to Saudi Arabia possessing the largest oil and natural gas deposits. After listening to the Japanese Prime Minister, Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud would begin to speak:

Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud:

"At the current moment, Riyadh does not see a sincere necessity for Saudi Arabia to adhere to changing our current energy policy. Saudi Arabia has a responsibility to ensure adequate supply of natural gas and oil to global demand and clients. Iran will adjust according when it needs to but in the meantime, until then, we will continue with our productions. Saudi Arabia understands the demand for natural gas is increasing but there are still usages outside of energy for crude oil. Saudi Arabia shall adjust based on market prices and changes. Not human error assumptions. Being as though Saudi Arabia produces over 10.4 million barrels a day, it is very important that Saudi Arabia pays attention to the markets to avoid saturation. Therefore, we will not assume where the markets will be 10-20-30 years from now. As more countries develop especially in the Global South, they too will need adequate supply of oil and gas if they do not have any deposits or the tech to retrieve their own. That too must be taken into consideration. We cannot just simply make a massive leap like this without thinking of global implications to global development and alleviation of poverty. Riyadh does support the notion of positive, civilian usage of nuclear energy; however, Saudi Arabia will not change its current production nor emphasis on natural gas and crude oil usages."

The Prime Minister as always Wears a black suit with a blue shirt and a red tie and his iconic black cowboy hat gifted to him by former U.S. President George W. Bush. He never leaves Sudan without it. However he would take it off as a sign of respect when meeting the Empress before putting it back on as he extends his smile with biggest of smiles

PM Salva Kiir :| "You look wonderful your majesty it is my pleasure to meet you as well. Technically I am the first Sudanese Prime Minister in office to step foot on Tehran so really the pleasure is all mine"

    Climate Summit

MINISTRY OF FOREIGN RELATIONS, TOKYO METROPOLIS, Philanialle — MORNING
MEETING ROOM, GOVERNMENT BUILDING

| At the sound of shoe soles on the floor of the Ministry of Foreign Relations, the PRIME MINISTER SUGA along with the MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS, Mr. TOSHIMITSU MOTEGI, both wearing a mask and with adequate distance, the two entered the MEETING ROOM — in front of where they are sitting is the television where world leaders will be online. |

GOVERNMENT TECHNICIAN, Ministry of Foreign Relations | “Everything is connected, Mr. Prime Minister—”

| The PRIME MINISTER straightened his tie and was going to speak . . . |

YOSHIHIDE SUGA, The Prime Minister | “First of all, good morning to all, Japan officially opens the Climate Summit — I would like to start the subject on the environmental issues of the People's Republic of China, USP, India, Russian Federation and Saudi Arabia, what are the Government's objectives for reducing CO2 emissions? . . . I take this opportunity to add that Japan is strongly encouraging the increase of nuclear energy production, of course, with the highest level of security, together with the growth of renewable energies and soon we will subsidize automakers to increase the production of electric cars, which it does part of my New Environmental Policy.—”

After the Saudi prince's opening comments, the chief Indonesian delegate to the conference, a surprisingly young girl who now headed the National Climate Commission, straightened her posture and would begin to speak.

First Daughter Christina Cross-Komarudin

"Good day to you all. Before I start with my comments on climate change, I'd like to address an important issue we have. As many of you know and see, I am many years and even decades younger than every person in this Summit. I am here because I have no underlying interests or political allegiance and because I am not a politician, but instead a person who will be affected by the outcome of this Summit. Regarding the Summit, Prince Abdulaziz al-Saud's comments, in two words, he's right. Drastically changing crude oil and fossil fuel production will not be beneficial for the time being due to the world's strong dependency on them. We can, however, slowly begin reducing demand for these fossil fuels by slowly turning to renewable, and as Prime Minister Suga stated, nuclear energy. I personally believe the development of nuclear energy as well as renewable power sources will benefit the world in the short term, as well as the long term. We should not focus on cutting the source of climate change, being fossil fuel and greenhouse gas production, but instead, we should prioritize reducing our own dependency on these fossil fuels, which will eventually eliminate the production of these planet-killing sources of energy. We have to focus on ourselves and our energy sources rather than on others and their exports."
