من السلطة المخولة لي كملك للمملكة العربية السعودية بموجب الدستور والقوانين الموروثة عبر الأجيال منذ إمارة الدرعية ، فقد أمرت بما يلي:

لتأييد من قبل المحاكم ، الدستورية والعليا ، ومعترف بها من قبل مجلس الشورى السعودي ورئيس هيئة الأركان المشتركة للقوات المسلحة السعودية ، فقد وجد أنه من المناسب والضروري إعلان توسيع القيادة السعودية للبحر الأحمر كأمر ضروري ل التمسك بالأمن القومي السعودي. مع تعزيز الشراكات الاستراتيجية وطويلة الأمد مع طهران ، إيران ، تحولت أولوية الأمن من الخليج الفارسي إلى البحر الأحمر وبحر العرب.

من خلال الالتزام بالسلام والازدهار والكياسة في شبه الجزيرة العربية وحماية أقدس مدن الإسلام ، فقد تم تحديد أفضل مسار للعمل والسياسة لزيادة القدرات البحرية السعودية من خلال إعادة البناء الدقيق للمواقف والقدرة البحرية.

تشمل التوسعة النهائية لقيادة البحر الأحمر تنفيذ 6 بطاريات جديدة لنظام الدفاع الساحلي KN19 على طول البحر الأحمر لضمان دفاع كامل مضاد للطائرات والصواريخ الباليستية ضمن مدى 240 كم من الساحل. علاوة على ذلك ، فقد وافقت على بدء تطوير مجموعة جناح البحر الأحمر الجديدة التي تضم وحدات جديدة من مشتريات حديثة من حلفاء وشركاء أمنيين دوليين للمملكة العربية السعودية. من المفترض أن تكون المملكة العربية السعودية في طليعة الأمن الموثوق به في البحر الأحمر وبحر العرب. من الضروري أن تتمسك الرياض بعباءة الاستراتيجية الأمنية الناجحة والدفاع عن العالم العربي.

By the authority vested in me as King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by the Constitution and the laws inherited through generations since the Emirate of Diriyah, it is hereby ordered as follows:

To be upheld by the Courts, both Constitutional and Supreme, and recognized by the Saudi Consultative Assembly and the Joint Chiefs of the Saudi Armed Forces, it has been found appropriate and essential to declare the expansion of the Saudi Red Sea Command as essential to the upholding of Saudi national security. With the fostering of strategic and long-term partnerships with Tehran, Iran, the prioritization of security has shifted from the Persian Gulf to the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea.

Through a commitment of peace, prosperity, and civility upon the Arabian Peninsula and the protection of Islam's most holiest cities, it has been determined the best course of action and policy to increase the Saudi maritime capabilities through careful reconstruction of naval posturing and capacity.

It is with this understanding that I, King Alwaleed bin Talal Al Saud, hereby approve the relocation of Saudi's maritime security imperatives from the Persian Gulf to the Red Sea. With recent purchases from the United States in a $1.2 billion military deal, the Red Sea Command has acquired 10 x Oliver Hazard Perry-class Guided Missile Frigates in addition to a $5,571,000,000 military deal with the United States for the acquiring of 135 military aircraft (F-15s, F-16s, and F-18s).

In addition, with proper acquisition of the Dokdo-class amphibious assault ships, I hereby authorize for an increased production for said amphibious assault ships in addition to the testing of converting said AAS toward small aircraft carrier operations as the deck resembles a catapult system and enough space to operate 20-30 F-18s and/or other acquired carrier-capable multirole fighter aircraft. The Saudi Royal Family shall commit a $4.3 billion investment to this initiative to provide Saudi Arabia with an enhanced force projection capacity encompassing the Arabian Peninsula in its totality and to defend Saudi Arabia from all threats, both foreign and domestic.

The final expansion of the Red Sea Command includes the implementation of 6 new KN19 Coastal Defense System batteries along the Red Sea to ensure full anti-air/anti-ballistic defense within a 240 km range of the coast. Furthermore, I have approved the beginning development of a new Red Sea Wing group comprising new units from recent procurements from Saudi Arabian international security allies and partners. It is intended for Saudi Arabia to be at the forefront of reliable security in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea. It is imperative for Riyadh to uphold the mantle of successful security strategy and the defense of the Arab World.
