Ah! You tease us with your return, only to abandon us once again! :P
Good luck with your new region. Do you have ideas for it yet?
Sky of Stars, Earthbound immortal squad, Ecotopia2, and GoodKingWenceslas
Indeed! I am laying down complex planning for the organization of it
I'll need to also develop a list as well
So I'll stay here until I am finished
Greetings everyone, I’m happy to announce The Amethyst Accord‘s return to activity after this long down period. We likely have a new member joining soon and I will be real easing the draft of the new legislation soon as well, I hope all are doing well!

Hello again, voting on the draft amendment in now open! Ambassadors lease go to The Amethyst Accord and vote! Thank you!
You may find the draft here:
Draft Version 1:
1.1: Upon obtaining signatory status, the ambassadors must telegram Glorious Ascension with the name of a puppet nation run solely by them. Glorious Ascension must then send them the regional password and they will move their puppet into The Amethyst Accord region.
1.2: All ambassadors must have a puppet nation in The Amethyst Accord.
1.3: The password is confidential and to be given only to ambassadors. If the password is shared with non-ambassadors without express permission given by way of majority vote by the other ambassadors, the person who shared it by be expelled from the accord if it is deemed necessary by the other ambassadors.
1.4: If the password is ever changed, it is the duty of Glorious Ascension to notify all the ambassadors of the update via telegram.
1.5: An up-to-date list of all ambassadors and who their puppets are will be kept and made publicly available by Glorious Ascension.
1.6: Voting rights will then be transferred from the ambassadors to the puppets themselves, who will take on all the ambassadors’ duties in the region as far as they are able.

I am sure glad that the Sec-Gen election is over and I can reclaim my Inbox after the flood of campaign TG's.

I may have to upgrade to postmaster general. The inbox holds an unlimited amount to TGs
Sky of Stars, Cindy lou who, and Yuletide Yggdrasil
Yeah. That was quite irritating..I'm still deleting telegrams on my many puppets.
Sky of Stars and Cindy lou who
I'd be happy to send a nation to help support a new region if you create one.
You can adjust the settings in your 'preferences' to exclude WA telegrams.
While I always suggest that long-term players support the game by making a small donation to Max Barry for his efforts, I'd like to point out that while your in-box may hold a finite number of incoming telegrams your 'sent' telegrams seem to last forever. Some of you who have interacted with me via my various nation/characters may have noticed that I have a habit of including part of the received message in my reply. This is so that there is some context to the out-going messages that will be there even if the original telegram has been deleted due to a lack of space.
I have two accounts with the Postmaster General upgrade and both were gifted to me by other friendly players. That's a super-nice thing to do for somebody that you like and with whom you enjoy interacting.

Most of the TG's that I receive I delete. I would go nuts trying to find something that I specifically want were I to have everything that I've received in the course of my tenure in the game.
Ah good point. I have a few important ones in my archive folder. but yea key word few.
Deck the Halls with Boughs of Holly, fa, la, la, la la,la la la la
Code of the elf 3) "The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear."
Ohh, I wasn't aware of that. Good to know that outboxes may contain context to telegrams that have been lost.
Also, I always assumed your habit of including a portion of the message in your response was simply for the sake of clarity...at least, it functioned that way, too. Good tip, though.

The oldest TG's that I still have are from 13 years ago, before Inboxes were raised to 20 TG's and the Archive were added to the game mechanics and before there was the the Site Supporters option.
Cindy lou who and GoodKingWenceslas
That's true as well. But when I found out that 'sent' telegrams stayed on your account forever I started doing it more as it was a good way to know what the heck was being discussed if the original incoming telegram were deleted.
That's cool. How fun to have messages that old to look back through, lol.

I apologize for the withdrawing of embassies from Narnia. I was sleeping on my job & allowed a raider to take over. Thankfully there are more active people than I.
& general note, I hope people are doing well in isolation.

No problem, Frosty!
Sky of Stars, Cindy lou who, GoodKingWenceslas, and Yuletide Yggdrasil
To a certain point. There are many that don't exist from years ago.
Especially from those who are still in the game.
Cindy lou who and Yuletide Yggdrasil
Doesn't the sent messages inbox go as far back as the start of each nation? I have stuff from 5 years ago.
Sky of Stars, Cindy lou who, and Yuletide Yggdrasil
No, this Nation was founded 7/27/2005 and my oldest sent message is from 9˝ years ago
Cindy lou who and Yuletide Yggdrasil
Maybe it was an update after a certain time? I've worked it out and my oldest send was nearly 6 years ago asking for the password to join my friends region who was the person who introduced me to NS.

A day early but
Happy Passover
Sky of Stars, Cindy lou who, and Yuletide Yggdrasil
That would depend on when you created the account.
I started playing in January 2005 and the oldest sent message on that account is from 13 years 85 days ago, hee-hee. It amuses me that the message is older than some of the players in the game.
Thank you. Isolation is an everyday thing for me but I do appreciate the sentiment.
Hey, you should probably remove the 'Invader' tag from Narnia.
There are quite a few of us oldtimers still in the game. Many whose main nations are pushing 40 Billion and are listed as being founded in Antiquity. I started playing in March 2003. ;)

Out of curiosity, after so long what keeps you in the game?
