Here’s some history for you:
Celtia was founded by me on the 11th of December 2020, initially intended to be a member of the now-defunct Loranian Union (Which explains the Loranian Members). Our first Head Minister was Atronapolia (a puppet of Devionsa), but they were replaced in the first election (15th of January 2021) by Sailiopia (who at that time was Home Officer). Anyway, when the Loranian Union was made void, Celtia became independant (Lorania also stopped officially endorsing it due to this). Celtia then started recruiting, this brought it’s population from 8 to 25. However after a while, this fell to 16, and then increased (through more recruitment) to it’s current population now (this is also when Vereichyle and 
Sergagon joined).
Recruitment, to increase our population and increasing RMB activity, through creating regional polls and activities (such as asking questions of the day and posting fun facts). This will increase our retention of new nations and will increase our population of active nations.
Establishing closer diplomatic ties with embassy regions - I will ensure that we become closer with other communities by frequently posting on the RMBs of embassy regions.
Reforms including RMB regulations, a legal code detailing what is illegal in the region, and ranked voting for elections.
To increase the efficiency of the government, and to improve decision making and organisation, I will appoint a cabinet rather than run the government by myself.

I know that this isn't big, but here's my dispatch with my promises for if I get re-elected as Head Minister.
It isn't always possible to carry out a long list of promises, and really running a government involves making the right decisions for the particular time. We must be focused on regional growth and establishing the basic legal framework of the region. My focus after that will be on building a regional community, with of focus on activity and more participation among citizens.

As the peregrine falcon is Tai Pei's national animal, the penguin is a good national animal for New Tai Pei, because it is a frigid Antarctic colony.

My first action will be passing the RMB regulations. I will give them a check over again and then send it to the Druidic Council. I also intend to work on making this place a little more active and passing some reforms.

We're starting to get more active nations, which is really good. Me and Harkagrad (Ogliacia) both have multiple roles, as well as Vereichyle, but if this trend continues, some of will have space to give up some of our roles next election (I'll probably stand down from either the Druidic Council or from the position of Head Minister next election), so that others can have them.

English is my main language, but I know a little French. Took French in secondary school (we call it a high school where I come from). But my French teacher was from Cameroon.
Harkagrad and Sergagon
I can speak some Welsh. To me, the majority of the Surviving Languages of the Brythonic (P-Celtic) Branch seem heavily contaminated, especially Cornish (Kernewek/Kernowek) with heavy English influences, and Breton (Brezhoneg) with heavy French Influences. However, Welsh (Cymraeg) has stayed relitively uncontaminated, and is the most succesful Celtic Language today. Though, I’m not quite sure about Revived Cumbric (Cumbraek/Cymbraek), which wasn’t very successful.
Though, I’m not sure about the Goidelic (Q-Celtic) Branch, which include Irish (Gaelige), Scottish Geaelic (Gàidhlig) and Manx (Gaelg). If you think that Welsh is bad (it’s actually the easiest Celtic Language to learn), you should have a look at those languages, they seem very strange to me.

As the government of the Tai Peian National Party nervously awaits the 1920 elections, protests coordinated by the Alliance of Free Tai Pei, a group of pro-democracy parties, have intensified, and police officers have either done nothing or are actively participating in the demonstrations.
While the TPNP has no intent to rig the elections, they planned to gain the the king, Taishou III's, support, which severely backfired.
In a leaked audio recording inside the Tai Peian Royal Palace in Xinhai, the king made the following remarks to Ren Zhanduo, head of the Tai Peian Police Service.
Zhanduo: These protestors are armed and dangerous, another incident and we'll be seeing them throwing rocks at our men!
Taishou: Just how dangerous are these protestors?
Zhanduo: Thanks to a few military units voicing their support for their cause, hey have access to modern weaponry! They're more of a threat than you realize!
Taishou: To the regime, yes. Not to democracy...
With the king openly giving the AFTP his blessing, this has only given the protestors more reason to fight, and police have been ordered to holster their weapons in order to prevent an incident. Unless a miracle is provided, the AFTP is poised to enact their vision over Tai Pei, whether the establishment likes it or not.
