Thought you meant liking the most posts. But yeah, you have a pretty good shot at it, I'd say.

Because we reached the required goal of 325 endorsements for XKI's April Endorsement Drive, 15 legendary cards and 150 epic cards have been gifted out from 10ki card center and Flp epic storage 1 by me. You were the lucky winner of the second most expensive card in the giveaway, Frisbeeteria! Congrats!

Aeslann wrote:Well, that would indeed make sense. I wonder if they'll do something for most overall likes on a post this month. It's probably the only one I'd have a good chance at winning xD

I used to record who got the most likes and made the most posts every month, but business got the best of me. Seeing as there was quite a lot of interest when I did those, and this could be a good opportunity to attach a card prize, I will consider - just maybe not this month!

What was the most expensive one?

Aeslann wrote:What was the most expensive one?

S2 Testlandia. S2 Nervun would've been the most expensive card, but I opted to remove it from the selection due to the fact that we only have one copy of it. Fris and Testy, on the other hand, we had enough copies of to give away.

Just as she will outlive us all she will outlive our children and their children and their chilren's children, then she will be here long after the sun burns out and after the heat death of the universe.

For a more sad answer however, the passing of her husband could be a heavy hit to her health and well-being, since many elderly couples tend to pass away soon one after the other, so... Who knows, we might see a change in the words of "God Save the Queen" very soon, unfortunately.

What difference does it make who sits the throne? It's a symbolic position. Royals don't actually DO anything except attend ceremonies and pose for pictures.

Probably not the best day to say that

At this point, they aren't so much as the family 'chosen by God' as they are the family 'chosen by tabloids to gossip about'

but respect for the queen and the late prince

At the end of the day, the head of state (the person sitting on the throne, in this case), even if only a figurehead, can still be a unifying force and a sign of stability and consistency for a country like the UK. Queen Elizabeth has lived through the rise and fall of fascism, WWII, and has reigned through the dissolution of the British Empire, the Cold War, the rise and fall of the Berlin Wall and the Soviet Union and has reigned for longer than most of us have been alive. So long as the royals aren't absolute assholes and the king/queen is generally not disliked, having a single person in a position of (theoretical) power can be of great use during times of instability (such as during WWII), and Queen Elizabeth has played that role very well over the past 70 years.

Nowadays the royal family isn't as liked as it might have been in the 1950's (especially considering Prince Andrew's ties to Epstein [Who didn't kill himself] and Prince Harry and Megan's recent allegations portraying them as possibly racist and highly out of touch with reality) but it will still be a tragedy for the world in general and the UK in particular once the queen dies, and since her son is much, MUCH less liked than she is, well, nobody wants to see Charles on the throne...

Frankly, I don't want to see anyone on the throne. I am sympathetic, but it's time to move on.

Maybe, but since the monarchy is a symbol of national identity and unity, it would help if that national symbol was likeable.

Having no royal is better than a charismatic royal, but a charismatic royal is better than one that hides in the UAE to avoid prosecution for his corrupt activities. Totally not a real story.

And yet they are the face of the nation somehow. I think it's time to have a republic. We won't leave our culture back, as we won't 'bulldoze Buckingham Palace'.

You people all realize that there are three nations that Queen Elizabeth doesn't even rule over that accept her as their sovereign monarch. What else could tell you how cool a person is?
