The Imperial Consitution serves as the building block to the Confederation's Government. To summarise, the region is a vassal possession of the Emperor of The Shadow Cult of Jocospor, who establishes a representative called the Mouth and Will of the Emperor, currently Sir Aleksandr Ivanov HCF of Depackya, to make the Emperor's divine will known. The Emperor serves as the Head of State and Government.

The document describes the two tiers of the government, namely the Imperial Council and Imperial Senate, the former possessing absolute power and the latter possessing limited powers. These two bodies administrate the running of the region and are all answerable to the Emperor Himself. The judicial proceedings of the region are also described here, in the form of Inquisitorial Hearings, a trial headed by the Mouth and Will.

The Constitution also describes the Ministry of State Broadcasting headed by Confederation state broadcasting, which serves as the primary source of news from the region!

The Code of Law describes the laws of the region and lists the punishments that occur when someone breaks these laws. They are enforced by the Imperial Council. The document starts off with a collection of definitions used in the region, a helpful way to know what others are talking about if you are unsure.

In Chapter Two, the code describes all legislation that is enacted into the law. The key document enacted (and the one that most people break when they are new) is the Regional Message Board Act 2020. This document tells nations how to act on the RMB, with important details like all posts must end with the motto 'Hail the Confederation'. We do this to show the unity of the region. If you are not going to read any of the other documents, please read this one. Other important documents for everyone include the Imperial Senate Act 2020 (more on that later) and the Weapons of Mass Destruction Act 2020. The latter describes the rules around WMDs, which must be followed when roleplaying a conflict.

In the region, punishments range from a simple suppressing of a post and a warning to ejection from the region, depending on what level of crime has been committed. The most serious crimes can result in an Inquisitorial Hearing, like breaking any of the legislation listed in the Code. A member guilty of a Hearing cannot take public office unless they are pardoned by the Imperial Council.

The region is anti-WA. We need a voice in the World Assembly, which is why our WA Delegate is Sir Heelain Curronfold HCF of The Empire of ShrewLlamaLand works hard to do that.

The region has a World Assembly Policy where all WA nations are required to endorse our delegate and are encouraged to endorse the Imperial Council. The Delegate generally does not force the region to vote a particular way on any SC or GA proposals, but sometimes they will which must be followed. The endorsement cap is also enforced, set below the second-highest endorsement nation on the Imperial Council.

The Imperial Council is a group of individuals that head certain parts of the Government. Currently, the Councillors are:

• Sir Heelain Curronfold HCF of The Empire of ShrewLlamaLand who is the Lord of Loathing of the Commission to the World Assembly

• Sir Sean Blackwood HCF of The Corporate States of Aeioux who is the Lord Director of the Ministry of Home Affairs

• Dame Anastasia Clarke HCS of Hms nhs who is the Lady Overseer of the Ministry of the Senate

• Sir Hunteth Veredon HCF of The Corporate Conglomerate of Valerox who is the Lord Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
  

The Imperial Council hold the authority of the region and serve the Emperor himself. They each fill out certain important roles like managing the Senate or inter-regional relations.

The Imperial Senate is the primary way nations can get involved within the region. It serves as a body to create motions that enact laws into the region. The head of the Senate is the President of the Imperial Senate who brings in a Cabinet to head Departments within the Senate. The Lord Overseer administrates the body.

The Senate is split into multiple political parties, who all want to get into power. They do this by election, which takes place every three months, and it is where the Imperial Senate votes on who should be the next President. Any senator can create a party, by contacting the Lord Overseer.

The main descriptions of the Senate are found in the Imperial Senate Act 2020 which describes the election process but also how senators can create motions. Creating motions means that a senator could bring a change to how the region is run, or introduce a brand new idea to the rest of us.

The President must approve of motions, and then they are put up to the polls for three days for the Senate to vote on. The Cabinet is split into the Vice-President, Director of the Department of Arts and Communications, Secretary of the Department of Defence and Treasurer of the Department of Finance, who all have different duties as mandated by the Government Act 2020. Any senator can become part of the Cabinet if chosen by the President.

To become an Imperial Senator your nation must be a member of the World Assembly. Once this is done, you have to telegram the Lord Overseer Sir Victor Watson HCS of West heisen the name of your senator. This will be the person that will represent your nation in the Imperial Senate. In this telegram, you can also join a political party. If you do not want to, then you can remain Independent, and not be associated with any political party.

However, if you want to join a party, you must also telegram that party's leader. Details about all the parties can be found here.

Once you have registered a senator, your name will appear on the Registry. Now you can legally vote in polls and start creating motions.

The region has a strong roleplaying aspect to it, as seen by the political structure, and this is constantly improving. So if one day you decide you want to roleplay a conflict, or a terrorist attack or anything you can think of, then start it on the RMB. However, note that we have laws that can be broken, and if they are, punishments will be carried out.

If you want to involve others in your RP, ask around. The Discord Server is especially useful in this, and I am sure there will be people that want to assist you. My only advice is to fully plan something out and to remember that you are in control of the RP.

We also have a lot of other things, for example, there is a Work Production Programme (factbook coming soon) if you are a budding artist, writer or musician. There will be more things created for the region to get involved in, so keep checking the RMB for updates on those things, and ask on the Discord if there is anything that you can get your hands into.

When joining the region you may receive a telegram from the Civil Defence Siren about how we are a bunch of IRL extremists.

This is not true!

The region will not tolerate any OOC extreme ideologies being presented anywhere in the region, whether that may be factbooks, the RMB or Discord Server. The Imperial Council work hard to make sure that any and all derogatory words are punished to the fullest extent of their power e.g. ejection from the region. This has been done before, and it will happen to anyone who is acting in a derogatory manner.

We also do not tolerate regions that are in contact to those that follow heinous OOC ideologies, and the Council have done a good job to cut off ties with those regions.

To summarise, we accept roleplaying as a fascist dictator but we will not accept you IRL wanting to become a fascist dictator. Keep it all strictly to RP.
