RP: Engagement While the influx of modern fighters would initially inflict sizable casualties; the veteran fighters who had been prepared for the possibility of foreign aid flooding into North hyechon; would soon adapt to the new conditions and have reportedly stabilized their casualty rates, and have continued their drive to control the northern skies while their bombers attempt to unload firebombs on any towns, farms, or vulnerable infastructure below, and other contingents of bombers risk a possible higher casualty rate to target the supply lines and actual equipment and troops of the North Hyechon soldiers below. Meanwhile, hoping to gain an advantage to disuade Hemlock from pursuing peace with the Hyechonese; General Hill’s Army along with its Icewindian allies has begun to engage the North hyechon army by forming his Army into a defensive position and bombarding the Noth Hyechonese with a tidal wave of artillery shells and rockets from rocket trucks as he hopes to bait the North Hyechon Army into coming to him. Meanwhile out on the east coast, Grand Admiral Horn’s fleet has sustained sizable casualties with 2 warships reportedly being sunk and another 6 being heavily damaged, currently the Grand Admiral Horn has directed his total force of 450 multirole fighters to target the North Hyechon Easy Coast as he waits for the Werewolf Islands next move.
RP: Buying a way Out (Secret to all except [nation]schwypia.[/nation]) Given Icewindia’s recent peace efforts, General Hill and the High Command have become unsure of the Icewindian commitment to the War and even expressed fears that they believe that should the North Hyechonese refuse Hemlock’s peace offer and push on with the War then Hemlock will withdraw his forces from North Hyechon regardless. In order to have a withdrawal option the Blayredeshian Ministry of War has reached out to the Schwypian government and has requested permission to possibly march General Hill’s entire army into northern Schwypia in order to use airfields to withdraw the Blayredeshian Army back to Blayredeshia. The effort would not be short and as such the War Ministry has offered to cover the operating fees of the airfields in addition to other payments to the Schwypians for them granting military access to their lands for the hypothetical withdrawal.
RP: Defensive Stance With Catherine’s disappearance from radio contact and Hemlock’s arrival coinciding with each other; the Emperor’s rebuttal to Hemlock was on of accusal as he stated that Catherine had already headed east and was probably captured by Hemlock’s forces; because of this the Emperor has demanded Hemlock release both Catherine and the contents of Wallace’s Will. In the meantime, the 5th Army which numbers around 300,000 infantry, 500 tanks, 70 rocket trucks, and 80 artillery pieces and is largely made up of hardened veterans from Gatisland’s Civil War under the command of the experienced General Andreas Karloff has taken up a defensive position in front of the city as word is the combined 2nd and 3rd Armies under the command of Lieutenant General Rudolf Breit which number a total of 476,000 Infantry, 400 tanks, 50 rocket trucks, and 68 Artillery pieces, has begun moving east with the intent of crossing the border and joining up with the Emperor. Meanwhile a force of 235 fighter jets and 128 bombers are being mustered at Fort Suid in preparation for taking off in a possible conflict. It is estimated that both armies and the airforce will require three weeks and one week respectively to be ready as the 2nd Army is stationed in western Blayredeshia and most bombers are in the central-south-west at Fort Bonnet. The Emperor has also reportedly issued a decree to the Sovereign of Woleve Atraland requesting additional troops.
RP: Preparations (Secret to all except tje ZiS) With the CIS encouraging the ZiS to act as quickly as possible; 1.5 million Tengerina Marks (the new currency in circulation in Blayredeshia and Woleve Atraland backed by the gold standard) have been forwarded to the ZiS while the CIS has begun organizing militias of Cross of Fire Paramilitaries to be prepared to be airdropped into Conglagateia to help the ZiS once their coup is underway. The Cross of Fire are a zealous and far-right Christian militia in Blayredeshia with its roots dating back to the Nationalist-Accord War comprised mostly of veterans, zealots, and foreign and domestic mercenaries.
RP: Far South Diplomacy After returning from The Ansalonian States, Deputy-Minister Ribbentrop would coordinate with the Ministry of State and the Ministry of Trade to begin establishing the agreed upon trade deals with the Ansalonians as well as setting up contracting deals with construction companies for both the Ansalonians to construct an embassy in Salis, Blayredeshia, and for Blayredeshia to construct an embassy in Ansalonia.
RP: Purifying Democracy (secret to all) Meanwhile, the CIS has dispatched a team of agents led by Colonel Washington Isaacs to establish a base in The Ansalonian States in preparation for the assassination of high profile leftist politicians while the CIS prepares a small battalion of Cross of Fire militants to act as death squads and target leftist dissidents within Ansalonia as well as possibly begin attempting to convert the populace to Christianity.
