Region: The Hole To Hide In

RP: Scorched
Dmitry hated his job. The security firm that he had been hired by had entered a deal with ZiS, meaning he had to sit out in a freezing booth and protect a political party that was likely the most destabilizing force in Conglagateian politics. Being a staunch Federaly supporter, this made him furious. There wasn't much he could do besides quit, however, and he had been at this job for fifteen years.
As he thought about this, a car parked a few meters down the road. Its occupants piled out. He realized, seconds too late, that one of them was holding a firearm. Before he could react, they put six bullets through the window of his booth, knocking him to the floor. He stuck to the ground, reaching for his own firearm, but paused. His last conscious seconds were spent looking confusedly at a expanding red blotch on his shirt.

RP: Bredak Street
After a series of violent, politically charged murders in the city of Lazko, angered residents took to the streets in protest of ZiS' encouragement of political violence. Counter protesters representing ZiS organized and opposed the protest at Bredak square, shouting racially charged insults and calling their opponents "SerEth Stooges". The situation quickly turned into a brawl when a gunman, allegedly on the ZiS side, shot and fatally injured a woman participating in the protests.
Lazko police violently and aggressively dispersed protesters on both sides, utilizing water cannons and rubber bullets. 25 people were injured as the rioters eventually dispersed, not before several markets and stores were looted. As elections for the Rada and Senate approach however, it is naive to assume the situation regarding political violence will get better.
