The People's Federal Republic of Lukania has officially joined it's second alliance, the Astrana Convention. The nation was welcomed into the convention by [nation]Cereskia[nation]. Grand Premier Xiang Guanyu is in big thanks for being able to represent the country more in international hands!We are happily volunteering to build a bigger headquarters with Odessite Marble (glows light blue when in the dark), a crystal dome with a chandelier as a gift. We will send building plans as soon as we can to the nation.

The nation has expanded east and northward, a population boom of 5 million more, making it 42 million residents. However, and upcoming threat is coming to our expansion, Fusean communes. Therefore, for a strong claim for our expansion we are sending 1 millions soldiers to claim our land with 40 planes to back them up. We are sending 3 warships to claim our coastal extension. We are bordering a small stretch of the nation and are devoting our budget for a border wall with them.
