May 17th WA Endotarting Initiative Update

Greetings folks,

I've just fully updated the WA Endotarting Initiative and here are our Current Medalists and how their rank changed! :3

🏅 Gold Medalists:
Ardeyn, Endille, Fey and co, Lotarmy, Partisan Italy, Pupperton, Tim Hortonia, Tychovo, United islands of the sea, and Yodle!

In the May 17th Official Update to the WA Endotarting Initiative, the Gold Medalists here were very on top of their game and had to both check the Dispatch from around 3 days ago AND actively endorse new WA nations not added into the list as well! A lot of the Silver Medalists barely missed the 90% endorsement rate cusp, but can easily gain back the Gold! The continued activity, commitment, and effort being put forward by these nations is the exact model for nations that will keep this region thriving! :D Two brand new additions to the Gold Medalist (and Initiative in general) category are Lotarmy and Ardeyn! Partisan Italy came from a previous Bronze Medal to become a Gold Medalist! The rest of the Gold Medalists maintained their current Medal from the last Initiative Update, demonstrating their continued vigilance when it comes to keeping up with the Initiative!

Silver Medalists:
Alvnhiem, America the Greater, Aya democratic republic, Based communes, Burikat, Hamz, Lkandria, Republic of dario, Sanomycromony, and The Washington Federation!

The Silver Medalists in this Initiative Update consist almost entirely of previous Gold Medalists who fell below the 90% mark, which means they're all very close to getting back to the Gold Medal! Telegrams will be sent to all the Silver Medalists with the nations they need to endorse! :3 The exception to the previous Gold Medalists is Hamz, who came from a previous Bronze Medal! They are very close to become a Gold Medalist but fell just short of the 90% mark!

Bronze Medalists:
Kittlay jam and Valley of lys

The Bronze Medalists from this Update are previous Silver Medalists who fell below 75% endorsed nations! This just means that they haven't checked back up on the Initiative in a little over a week and can rise back up to Silver/Gold Medalist status by endorsing all the new WA nations! To make this process easier, a telegram will be sent to all Bronze Medalists of the nations left to endorse! :)

All in all, still a very solid showing from all our Medalists! WA Endotarting Initiative

WA Endotarting is the process in which WA Members make an effort to endorse one another to help themselves gain influence faster, help the region gain a higher Regional Power faster (we're currently a Medium Regional Power), and help increase our worldwide regional influence statistic! Residents who complete this program and endorse all the WA Nations on the list will get a mention on every new edition of The Social Reformer (making a comeback very soon)! If you're interested in partaking in the program, endorse all the nations on the list and contact Yodle via Telegram or through our Discord Server, and he will add your name onto the nations who have completed this program and allow you to be eligible for the incentives which completing the program grants (more incentives to come)! Make sure to check the list at least once a week to stay up to date on any new WA Nations added to it!

Gold Medalists

Gold Medalists are nations who have endorsed 90% or more of the WA Nations on the list. These medalists may be dropped down to the Silver or Bronze Medal if they fall below the 90% mark, but can easily regain their Gold Medal status by endorsing all the new nations on the list. Gold Medalists will be featured on the WFE, in occasional RMB posts, in weekly telegrams, and in new additions to The Social Reformer (our regional newspaper) as new editions come out! Achieving and maintaining the Gold Medal requires checking this dispatch at least two to three times a week, as it is updated over time. Nations who achieve this medal should be proud of the work they're putting into this region.

Silver Medalists

Silver Medalists are nations who have endorsed 75% or more of the WA Nations on the list. These medalists will mostly consist of nations who initially completed the Initiative, but have not checked back on the dispatch in around a week (or more). Nations who are Silver Medalists have done nearly as much work as Gold Medalists and should be applauded for their work in helping the region become stronger and more influential on the world stage. Silver Medalists should strive to reach back up to a Gold Medal, as the benefits and incentives are well worth the upkeep of endorsing nations. Silver Medalists will have their nations featured in occasional RMB posts, in weekly telegrams, and in new editions of The Social Reformer as they are released.

Bronze Medalists

Bronze Medalists are nations who have endorsed 50% or more of the WA Nations on the list. These medalists will likely consist of nations who began the endorsement process but stopped mid-way through, as well as nations who initially completed the Initiative when they arrived, but have not checked the dispatch since. Bronze Medalists have contributed much to this region and should be applauded for their work, as well as should be encouraged to strive for Silver Medal or Gold Medal status. Bronze Medalists will have their nations featured in new editions of The Social Reformer as they are released.
