I pulled the Ambassador of Topid's card and was curious about this region... I like to take a look at NS history (and do so by sending puppets to places like Belgium and Space Sector RPRA).

If it's not too much of a bother for you, I'd be curious about your take on trends in the SC (like the recent wave of symbolic resolutions), and why you think Rule 4 was implemented since it has caused so much damage.
