!ATTENTION! The Cabinet Election has started so you may now vote with your up to 5 registered nations

I apologise for having to do these last elections quite differently to how the Assembly has decided they should be (i.i doing the Cabinet election more than 7 days after the Presidential elction, or the Early Release of Cabinet Act). I hope that, if activity rises again, things like these can return to normal. Good luck to all parties!

Also, after this election we shall go back to doing them on the 12th of the month, in accordance with

1. The next Slide Countries Cabinet election will take place September 12th 2020 at 12pm BST.
2. Each cabinet election after with will take place on the same date (the 12th), three months after the last.
3. A. The next Slide Countries Assembly election will take place place as soon as this bill is passed, due to the late nature of the election timing as previously defined in the Triumvirate system act 15/05/20.
B. The next Slide Countries Assembly elections will take place exactly 1 and a half months after each Slide Countries Cabinet Election.
4. A. Creates the role "Chief Voting Officer" (CVO).
B. Defines the CVO's roles as:
a. To register voting nations in accordance with the Puppet Nations act 2020 via Telegrams from residents.
b. To ensure no voter fraud is committed, by tallying votes and noting any stricken votes in a telegram, which will be sent to the region. Those who are not happy may bring it to the Slide
Court.
C. Gives the nation Orennica the role of the CVO. Should there be any issues with the nation's performance in the role, and amendment to this act is to be made.
5. Hereby passes the Election Details act.

The Cabinet Election Results are as follows:
Pairti Cle: 48.5%
SCCP: 30.3%
Causal Party: 18.2%
SDP: 3.0%
UPA: 0.0%

Turnout: 94.2%

Congratulations to all who took part. Regrettably, Pairti Cle failed to achieve 50% of the vote share, so the election will be rerun without the UPA and SDP very shortly :)

Right! Next round is up so let's get some more activity this time - it's not too late to register!

i agree - new best vote share for them. I was considering offering a coalition after rnd. 1, but figured we could still win normally

Jealous of my work with George, are we? You're not very experienced Mark, you weren't even Ulrich's PS or anything!

Bingsearching 2 wrote:no longer a WA member?

No, you know this already as I told you when I did it, and I told Aussandries. No need to stir.

I will try and be more active, although I am busy with NSUK and rl these days.

why would I be jealous of your work in another region by offering my services here?

I'm simply trying to increase my activity here, no need to be upitty about it.

I now remember the WA scenario, my apologies.
