Yes... I am a citizen of Estados Unidos, I assume you're from another country in the Americas?

Yes that's exactly what I mean.... Again, I'm not entirely sure what the rest of the world calls people from the United States

So can anyone answer that question, I'm really curious. If you are from any country besides the United States, what do you call people from the U.S.? And please tell me which country you are from

Nope, I live in the U.S. Upon miscellaneous discovery, many South American countries call the United States "Los Estados Unidos", because they conjoin South America and North America as simply "America". It makes them particularly irate when one refers The United States as "America", meaning to them that the United States encompasses the whole of the continents. Quite fascinating.

Cong ress poland

I was banned from the west pacific because apparently quoting Polandballs is trolling

I kinda knew that... I took Spanish classes but failed miserably. I also knew that when an 'American' calls themselves an 'American' I knew that offended pretty much all of the other countries in North and South America. But I'm honestly not sure what the proper denoym is for citizens of the United States. That's why I'm asking everybody who is from a different country what they call people from the United States

Why did you fail Spanish? Is it because you never took an interest? Bad teacher? Just awful at academia?

Ciudadano de los Estados Unidos, and estadounidense . "American" is basically the only official demonym for a citizen of the United States recognized worldwide.

Well I failed Spanish not because I'm a bad student, my GPA is a 3.23 and my ACT score is a 27, but it was online Spanish Classes, and basically the highest grade in my class was a 60

Oh. I'm Not gonna even CONSIDER going to Spanish class.

I understand a little bit of Spanish. Whatever little I learned in Spanish class plus Dora the Explorer and Go! Diego Go

I like languages .
So I can speak/ read/ understand 4 languages fairly fluent, absolutely no native level.

I can decipher 3 languages but not really speak
And Spanish is inbetween those levels.

I love learning about other countries... It's really interesting. Especially the cultural 'why we do what we do' is very interesting. And of course the language is a part of it. One language I want to learn would be Greek, German, or Italian

I'm kinda weird in the fact that I'm a straight American male, but I would probably fit more in Europe. Simply because straight American males typically don't take care of their apperence. Whereas European males do. In America I'm what we call a Metrosexual, in Europe, that's an average male... As such, I would LOVE to go to Europe. And maybe knowing the culture of European countries would make me not look so much like a foolish American tourist
