Article I: The Head of State
Section I:
The President shall have the power to eject and ban any citizen that the Greater Court, requests to be banned or ejected from the region.
Section II:
The President shall be the only nation to have the power to start the election of the new President.
Clause I: In the case of a Tyrannical leader, the Prime minister may have the power to oust said leader from office and start an election to find a new replacement.
Clause II: If the President is ousted from office, anyone may call for an investigation, if said, a second would be needed, more information can be found under article III.
Section III:
The President will have the power to raise an army and defend NIU, and the power to form and break alliances, and declare war, against regions who seek to threaten NIU.
Section IV:
The President shall have the power to in an emergency situation, shall declare a state of emergency, Marshal law, and can have the power to execute executive actions.
Section V:
The President shall have the power to change the REDCON, when both the Greater Court and the Prime minister agree it is appropriate.
Section VI:
The President shall have the power to send international messages without stamps.

Article II: The Head of Government

The Prime minister shall have the power to nominate the prime foreman for the Greater Court.
Clause I: With of course the High Chairman's support, if not a new candidate will have to be chosen for prime foreman.
Section II:
The Prime minister shall be the World Assembly delegate for NIU and vote on its behalf.
Parameter I: The Chief of Staff will vote with the majority of WA delegates in NIU.
Section III:
The Prime minister shall have the power to send international messages without stamps.

Article III: The Greater Court
In place of a formal parliament, the Greater Court may be formed for referendums or creating new legislation, ousting of government officials, and public trials/war trials.
Section I:
For Referendums particularly on redrafting or retiring bills, laws, amendments, and legislation, a council of three, five, or nine members shall be formed depending on the effect the referendum will have.
Parameter I: No Puppets or affiliated nations joined by alliances with said bill writer shall be part of the council, if so a trial will be held against said nation.
Parameter II: According to the chain of command for judicial reasons the highest officer, in order from the prime foreman, President, then Prime minister, that is not aligned to said bill writer will organize said council, who may set the parameters for the council members.
Parameter III: In minor cases a public vote can be held, majority rule.
Parameter IV: If all three highest officers are not trusted by a majority of the public, then a public vote on the prime foreman shall be had.
Parameter V: In order to initiate a referendum vote or council, any nation must propose a formal complaint for a rewrite or retirement of said legislation, and then a second from any member of government.
Section II:
For special councils particularly on ousting government officials a council of five members will be formed by highest in the judicial chain of command the highest officer, in order from prime foreman, President, then Prime minister will set the parameters for council members.
Parameter I: The first step in beginning the ousting of any government official shall be any nation providing legitimate evidence for any crime they may present it to the public, then any member of government must second the proposal for the ousting.
Parameter II: A public vote on the ousting also may be held if a decision can not be presented in six days a public vote can be held to make the final decision.
Section III:
For public trials, on nations who have violated NIU legislation, a jury will be formed by the prime foreman of five nations will make the final decision on the consequences said nation will face.

Section II:
The Prime Foreman may be the first in power to form a jury and council in more formal or needed occasions.
Section III:

Parameter I: But needs to present the courts decision to the President and get their approval, if the President rejects the decision formal evidence must be given and if not, a trial on corruption will be held.

Article V: Bill of Rights
Section I:
All citizens can join the World Assembly
Section II:
All citizens can hold a public office not including Prime Foreman as that office is not elected but rather appointed.
Section III:
All Citizens of the NIU will be able to have the right to speak freely in the RMB without consequence of differing with any other nation including members of the government.
Clause I: As this is an online game, their are rules that every nation must comply with.
Regulation I: "Hate speech", or "Offensive speech" that will be defined as intolerance against any race, religion, and gender, will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Regulation II: Spammers, and raiders speech will not be tolerated in the RMB.
Section IV:
All citizens can hold any ideology* and beliefs about controversial topics, and not be discriminated against.
Clause I: Any ideology excluding fascism, shall be tolerated as long as said nation supports a free market and a free people.

Of course I think some of the lesser positions can be appointed ones, and I believe future elections will not be overseen by one person, rather a court or possibly a chief justice
