Chains ? no not chains, they are a shelter, a shelter against anarchy, chaos, terrorism, and the king has no right to be enchained to the will of the people

for the people do not know what is good for them, and must allow the king to decide for them

they should be preoccupied by the idea of fufilling their life goals
