The Religious Reformers have had enough of waiting for this war to end, they needed to devise a NEW strategy to end it quicker. The Nationalists pushing in the south and the Government pushing in the west. All political figures in the reformers had gone to the capital “Kindupi” and thought of war plans. After what seemed like hundreds of ideas, they finally found a good strategy, encircling the enemy army, they said if the military was encircled they would starve to death and be overrun. The reformers settled on the plan and they gathered their heaviest forces. Then came the day the battle started, in three areas the army had been set up most. They went around the enemy’s army and attacked them from behind. 30,000 government supporters captured at Upiuna, 50,000 Nationalists at Yuqu. 25,000 Government and 34,000 Nationalists at Qinpucu.
