The Empire of Moonflower would like to voice its concerns that it is being unfairly discriminated against by the GIC and its members. It wants to make its demands clear to Kynthes especially that The Empire of Moonflower will be an accepted member of the GIC or it will leave and find a more accepting alliance. The Empire of Moonflower also reaches out to Icewindia for a possible alliance if things don’t work out with the GIC.

With Wall Viviane nearing completion the enormous metropolis-sized Grand Manufactory District of the capital will begin construction, serving as the industrial heart of the entire nation it would be innervated with Magius Dynamo roadways and canals to facilitate transport of goods and raw material. However the sheer output of such an area would be more than capable of meeting domestic demand, with the Leadership's eyes turned to external trade Athejia would like the insights of our modern contemporaries.
Much of the international market is a mystery for Athejia, we have little knowledge of what is in demand elsewhere. Of course we can offer specialty products not found elsewhere but the Trade Guild is interested in developing industry in Athejia for the "modern world" with things such as automobile manufacturing. Such an undertaking would not be possible without external guidance.

RP: Is that a giant Lizard?
The citizens of Atlasi in Northern new solingarch were not prepared for a 300 foot tall giant lizard to appear out of nowhere and begin trampling their city. The gigantic lizard is very mad and apparently can shoot fire from its mouth. It also looks very hard to kill.
RP: The Militaristic One, The Warlock, and the King Regent.
Princess-Admiral Catherine while she is busy with The Hyechon War has delegated Imperial Icewindian Shipyard and those Solists running it to manage it for her while she is away. The Head of the Icewindian Shipyard accepts the Contract however asks for details of the Contract on Size of the Carriers as Supercarriers are currently out of reach as Icewindia does not have the infrastructure up yet for Nuclear Powered Ships. Icewindia does have Light to Fleet Carrier (Standard) for its current usage that they can build. Another question asked is if they want to use Coal or Fuel for Engines? These questions answers will affect construction time.
Mr.Kah'rokta the rumored Warlock has accepted the Empress Request and will be arriving soon.
The King Regent Wallace is excited for his 12 Synthetic Refineries that will be built in Moonflower which will take 2 years to finish give or take. As for recent calls for greater economic and military cooperation between the nations King Regent Wallace has agreed that steps should be taken to further increase the ties. For now King Regent Wallace proposes to temporarily station troops into Moonflower until an formal agreement to define the extent of an Economic and Military cooperation between the two countries is decided upon.
RP: Update on the King Regent.
King Regent Wallace upon hearing of escalating situation between Moonflower and Kynthes has thought carefully. He states that Empress Sparkling Snow would have to contact Blayredeshia to join The Nationalist League including obeying charter and all that implies if they wanted to Join Alliance Icewindia is currently in. Which may be a problem depending on how Empress thinks about the TNL Charter. Perhaps there is another way besides negociating to Blayredeshia.
King Regent Wallace does offer an alternative that would allow Icewindia to Protect Moonflower without them joining TNL. That being Empress Sparkling Snow could swear allegiance to The Icewindian Empire itself. This would allow Icewindia to protect the Political Elite that being Sparkling Snow's Monarchy and the Key Government Officials under her. Other solutions can be discussed of course.

Today, an explorer by the name of Rys Usko gathered an expedition to explore the inner most parts of the Great Windardian Forest, the last unmapped area of Windardia. This was after President Lezel expressed interest in perhaps harvesting timber for trade, as Windardian timber is one of the hardest materials on Kalrania to break.

It was a bright and clear day in Atlasi, a typical warm day in the middle of the Skorraviki Spring Season. Kids and Adults alike were outside, many enjoying the pleasant day on walks, or going to parks or pools in the City. Others were on their ways to work, some in their own vehicles or in Trans-Republic Rails to jobs outside the City, others were using Public Transport to travel to their jobs and places within Atlasi itself.
It was a normal day, or so it seemed.
It was around noontime that the sky went white, brighter than the sun itself. The ground shook violently for all of 1 second, before the sky cleared and the shaking stopped. Many looked around in confusion, and were going to write it off as a tremor - except for the fact that the area was not in an earthquake-prone area, nor a tectonically active region at all.
"What was that? Where did it come from? Was that even real?"
It was at that moment, that an unnatural-seeming, a ground-shaking screech was heard across the City, and for miles around it. To the source of the noise, was what could only be described as a 'Giant Lizard' of extreme proportions - almost reaching 300-feet tall, taller than many of the high-rise buildings in Atlasi.
In the shock and confusion of the sight, the creature fired a beam of superheated energy at a nearby highrise building, blowing the upper levels of the building into rubble which rained down below.
Many panicked, their flight instincts taking over and causing them to run to what they assumed was safety. Others recorded the creature as it began to attack downtown Atlasi, their videos spreading rapidly across domestic - and then international - Social Media.
It was 5 minutes after the creature appeared, 5 minutes after the creature's seemingly relentless attack on Atlasi began, that the Skorraviki Government declared a State of Emergency for the Atlasi Metropolitan Area, and officially mobilized its National Guard. Soon, other Republics began to report the same, their Governments pledging support for the Republic of Skorravik.
After 10 minutes from the start of the attack, the Skorraviki Air Force had mobilized and launched Fighter-Bomber Aircraft from several airbases to attempt and attack the creature, to - at the bare least - lure the creature away. In addition, the Skorraviki National Guard had begun to mobilize land assets to evacuate Atlasi, and to attempt to secure the City itself. Soldiers, Trucks, and Tanks were beginning to be seen on highways and trains entering the City, as all branches of the Skorraviki Armed Forces mobilized to deal with the threat.
RP: Carriers and Diplomacy
The Imperial Navy of Moonflower has brought forth specifications for the 2 ordered carriers. They request 2 fleet size carriers capable of carrying 200 carrier borne propellor planes each. The Navy wishes for these carriers to be powered by a top secret Moonflowerian fuel that can be run through Diesel engines so they would like for Diesel engines installed in the carriers. As for the stationing of troops in Moonflower, Empress Sparkling Snow has allowed for 4 Icewindian military bases to be built in Moonflower. As for The Empire joining the TNL Empress Sparkling Snow will give Kynthes a chance to restore relations between our nations before we will open talks with Blayredeshia in order to join the Nationalist League. The Empress and all of The Empire of Moonflower thank Icewindia for their friendship and cooperation.
RP: Carriers?
Icewindia states that they can fit 90 Propeller planes on a Fleet Size Carrier each but thats already pushing it. They could get to 100 VTOL Naval Jet Aircraft on board per Carrier but that would be Max and slightly over safety limit as the Icewindian Naval yards dont have access to Nuclear Reactor Naval Technology yet to even consider building an Super Carrier let alone something that big.
Icewindians Can build the Two Fleet Size Carriers but it would cost 2 Billion each and Extra for Modernization of the ships. However if they dont want to pay for Modernization they can have quality at minimum WW2 Era. It will take 5 Years to construct both of them if everything goes correctly, longer if Modernization Upgrades is payed for. King Regent Wallace is ok to let Moonflower Pay 4 Billion Total over a period of a decade aka 10 Years however under policy that should they default on payment the ships would go under Icewindian Control.
RP: Diplomacy
600 Icewindian Imperial Army Engineers are being flown in to begin the setup of the bases and an additional 2,000 Local Moonflowerians shall be seeked out for hire to help in construction of the bases as it seems to have become a Priority. In meantime 60,000 Imperial Airborne is slowly being flown to Moonflower by Civilian Airliners and Military Transport Planes as the first Icewindian Forces in Moonflower. The 4th Army stationed in Rhine is currently moving to Coastal Cities to take Troop Transport ships to slowly shift over 200,000 4th Army Troops into the region. More troops are expected to arrive in future but are currently limited due to logistical constraints at the moment. King Regent Wallace asks for Moonflower to spare its own Cruise Liners and Troop Transports to aid in moving troops and supplies over.
RP: Gnollish Upheaval
Extensive mining throughout the Middean Mountain range in Basaran unearthed a scientific miracle. Buried under 3,000 Tonnes of rock was a civilization made of humanoid hyenas. These "gnolls" as coined by the internet, are believed to have been a subterranean civilization buried nearly a millennia ago due to volcanic and geological activity. Within their underground pocket was a world of flora and fauna that hasn't existed on the surface in the past couple of centuries. Light-generating vines, populations of ecological stabilizing microbes, prey, and predators. A fresh world underground. However, that suddenly changed. The bursting of the stone pocket disrupted much of the day-to-day life of these subterranean gnolls. They turned on the miners and slaughtered the digging crews. Then they marched to the surface. The mine's proximity to South Peak proved problematic as the horde of two thousand gnolls rushed the military depot, hijacking weapons, and vehicles alike. Very quickly did the situation spiral out of control.
The horde of two thousand marched south, heading towards the industrial center of the Westland Province. Their presence was by now, well documented. News helicopters flew nearby, getting valuable footage of the march. However, several were shot down with guns that the advancing army had stolen.
Then came the Peninsula Defense Force (PDF). Nearly half a million strong from combined city militia's, A counter to the gnolls arrived and with them, they brought the wrath of the Queendom...
Yet, it was not enough. The PDF's raw might was no match for the inherent strength and adrenaline-infused bloodlust rage of the Gnolls...
"As if..." The man laughed at the story. "Underground civilization of gnolls? I think you're playing too many fantasy games, Alex."
Alex, a young Jungpea male barely out of high school, rolled his eyes. "Hardly. You just don't play enough. Imagine, an empire of humanoid hyenas. The world wouldn't know how to handle them."
"Easy solution, missiles. Raw brute strength is not enough to conquer a country."

RP: Allies always help
The Empire of Moonflower would like to pay for the carriers over the 10 year period of them being built. We would like the carriers constructed to WW2 quality. As for the plane limit the Imperial Navy trusts the Icewindian shipyards to do their best and are giving them wiggle room to build them. The Empire of Moonflower is glad to spare troop transports and have civilians hired to build the Icewindian army bases and to transport their troops.
RP: Friend in the North
A diplomatic meeting to Fiercewood by Crown Prince Oliver Robin von Crossfeld. An agreement detailing non-aggression and free trade was created between Concordaia and Fiercewood. The Crown Prince commented on his visit, calling it an enlightening experience and a good sign for stability in the region.

In times of crisis. Military general gastovum huma has promised to solve this problem. He won the election. 2 rp months after this happening he declared himself dictator and began jailing protesters. And opponents. He also added a gun to the flag. In support of the military. He has also closed the borders to the outside world. And has seized all weapons and money from 
Amaabjan soldiers and imprisoned them. Many refugees have fled to more democratic countries. The dictator has also decided to not pay debt to outside country. And has seized all foreign aid for the military
RP: Civil War - July 2145 to April 2146
The Surprinde Uprisings of July 2145 caused major shifts in the civil war and acted to further destabilize the situation. Not soon after organizing into a legitimate movement, the Surprinde Movement re-branded into the Rumanian Freedom Organization (RFO) and formed a military made up of thousands of volunteers and seized/stolen military equipment. The RFO was quickly able to overwhelm the governments of many factions and seized vast swaths of land in the Centre and South of the nation. In reaction to the RFO, the Conservative Faction and the FCoJ officially joined sides, declaring the Provisional Government of the 9th Republic (PGR) in the new interim capital of Galati. However, even the combined forces of the PGR were unable to react to the Surprinde Uprising in time, leading to major disruptions in operations and forcing the newly formed PGR to retract its forces to more defensive positions around Bucuresti and Galati. As PGR forces withdrew from their operations in the south and north, a power vacuum soon appeared, allowing regional and previously small-scale militias and factions to seize land and control. As militias fought for control over the land in the south and north, RFO and PGR forces fought fiercely in the outskirts of major cities such as Bucuresti, Galati, and Targoviste. Bucuresti had remained under control of the PGR during the Surprinde Uprisings, but by November of 2145 was under heavy pressure from RFO forces attacking from all sides. At Galati, PGR forces fought to repel RFO militants from the metro-area cities of Braila and Piscu. Under significant pressure from the RFO and in dire straights as military equipment was being lost at untenable rates, the PGR would call upon 
Schwypia to directly intervene to help in repelling RFO forces from Galati, Bucuresti, and Iasi.
RP: Humanitarian Crisis
The situation in Rumania had been slowly improving as food aide from Schwypia and Icewindia flowed into the nation. Unfortunately, the Surprinde Uprisings saw RFO forces seize control of Iasi, the largest functional harbor in the nation, and forced flights from Bucuresti, Constanta, and Galati airports to halt due to nearby fighting. This cut the entire nation off from it's food chain and once again sent the country spiraling towards famine. The only food reserves in the nation sat in port in Iasi, and as such the RFO now has complete control over all remaining food aide in the nation, cutting all other factions off from receiving food. However, not even the RFO can distribute the food as they lack the ability to reach all their enclaves outside of Iasi. Without a way to distribute the food past Iasi, much of it has sat in harbor warehouses going to waste while millions began to starve once more. The Surprinde Uprising also worsened the refugee crisis, as fighting now focused around many cities across the nation it directly affected much of the nation's urban population. Fleeing violence, paticularly around Bucuresti, Iasi, and Timisoara millions have left their homes and have either become internally displaced peoples or have joined the hundreds of thousands of refugees fleeing towards Dwarf land4. Cenagrad has begun tracking and estimating the impact of the war on the civilian population of Rumania; after two and a half years of conflict fighting has (in rough estimates) caused the deaths of some 700,000 civilians; 400,000 have died from killings, warcrimes, and crimes against humanity; starvation, disease, and other issues have killed some close to 2,000,000. Almost 35,000,000 have been internally displaced and close to 1,000,000 have fled the nation.
RP: Factions
Provisional Government of the 9th Republic (PGR) - The remnants of the Federal Government, led by the Federal Court of Justice (Civilian and Foreign Affairs) and The Joint Military Operations Board (Military Affairs). This faction retains control of major metropolitan areas in the center of the nation and retains control over much of the air forces and some of the limited ground forces. They are currently under significant pressure from the RFO and NSA and are suffering from materiel shortages and famine.
Northern Socialist Alliance (NSA) - The Northern Socialist Alliance is a broad coalition of militias ranging from Social-Democratic to Luccist Socialists (Far-Left). They are led by two councils made up of representatives of the militias and local authorities. They lost control of their capital of Timisoara and several other areas of land to the RFO during the Surprinde Uprisings, but have managed to reorganize and strike back. Similarly to most factions, they are suffering from heavy food shortages and disease outbreaks.
Rumanian Freedom Army (RFO) - The Rumanian Freedom Army is a coalition of militias united under the Surprinde Uprising. They are made up of forces ranging from Christian Leagues, to Republican Volunteers, to Socialists and have targeted the PGR and NSA. Unlike the other factions they do not suffer majorly from food shortages, but they do lack military equipment and are concentrated and isolated in urban pockets around the nation.
Southern Military Junta (SMJ) - The Southern Military Junta is a hardline militarist, Luccist faction concentrated in the south of the nation. It has carried out a brutal, unrelenting culling of "weak and unecassary" populations to cut down on food usage and has interned millions in camps to be used for forced labor and farming. They have suffered the worst from the famine and were under on the brink of collapse until the Surprinde Uprisings forced the PGR to withdraw, allowing the SMJ to regain control of much of it's lost lands.
Workers Liberation Army (WLA) - The WLA is a communist faction in along the eastern coastline, controlling the major city and deepwater port of Sfantu Gheorghe. They began as a small guerilla army but managed to take control over large areas of land after the PGR withdrew from the south.
Deces - Deces is a hardline anti-szekely, anti-federal militant faction in the north of the nation in control of Ploiesti and Chisinau and the surrounding oil fields. They are made up of remnants of the military, MFA veterans, and anti-government militants.
Danubian Workers Union (DWU) - The Danubian Workers Union is the western half of the WLA and operates in isolated mountains of Transylvania. They have waged an effective and highly deadly guerilla war against the PGR since the beginning of the war.
Southern Liberation Army (SLA) - The Southern Liberation Army is a Christian militant group opposed to the rise of socialism and communist thought in Rumania during the civil war. They have received the support of the Ecumenical Church and have been bolstered by thousands of religious volunteers who have called for a holy war against the socialist factions.

RP: Our obligations shall be met
President Mesny, in accordance with the provisions in the Treaty of Mountasier, graciously accepts the proposals of General Karloff and thanks him for his congratulations. The central government has sectioned off a large area in the center valley for the new base, which will be handed over to the Blayredeshians for design and construction. A smaller outpost office for the CIS will be apportioned in the province of Mauvire. As for the Gatisian Free State, recently passed legislation in reaction to the news of the withdrawal will fold their apparatus into a new unnamed internal security administration. In a public address on national TV, Mesny praised both Karloff and Blayredeshia, saying "the glory of our time rests at their feet, all of Gatisia united is the inspiring product of years of dedication from our allies which we may only hope to ever coming close to repay". As well, the day was announced to be a new public holiday to celebrate the withdrawal.
RP: To the Rescue
Hearing the recognized government of the 
Rumanian States is in dire need, Schwypia responds to aid their ally. 80,000 soldiers of the Marine Corp and the Army have started being shipped out to Rumania, as well as 150 warships, several tank battalions, and dozens of fighters and drones. The mobilization plan was passed through Parliament extremely quickly and was completely bipartisan. If the PGR requires more troops, Schwypia assures them that their needs will be met.

Ceron Alkh'en states that Seibalath as of current, is a primarily agrarian nation as industrial society had collapsed during the revolution. They can sell Agricultural products, like rice, vegetables, etc. Raw resources composing of both heavy and rare metals could be exported into the Etrian Kingdom. He makes it clear that the Seibalath Republic is looking to restore it's industrial power after decades of neglect, and mainly requests to contract companies to build factories, loans to be acquired, and formal education to be granted to many of their future experts.
RP: Building An Embassy
Plume of Teal decided to visit the capital of the Holy Coalition to convince the Emperor that war would not be in their favor but instead, a diplomatic approach to peace is a better alternative. The position of the Larsen-Owl is close to an all-out war and enslavement if the violence doesn't stop. During the meeting, the Emperor's son ordered the guards to apprehend the diplomatic party and took advantage that they were "lightly armed" and outnumbered but as a result all soldiers dropped dead from the one-sided gunfight and were only taken down by a single soldier. The last warning is given and an embassy would be built to further diplomatic talks. Guards are placed outside the embassy led by Lady Elenqoire with her right-hand man General Manfredus Falco as a precaution.

From the intelligence network, reports of a war counsel are created by the Holy League to discuss the next plan of attack of South Easthern. Later the counsel erupted and swallowed by fire as secretly the Owl-Poopen Feather 1 flies overhead.

"Today," the spokesperson declared, "the High Council has decided that the Redpeppersian banks have mismanaged their resources. They have been careless with the funds they received, and this has been destabilising for the economy. It is the government's duty to prevent the economy from becoming unstable, and therefore it has been decided that management of the banks will temporarily be transferred to the state."
Sariel watched the reaction of the crowd. The announcement had caused a stir, and with good reason: controlling the banks meant controlling the economy. It had been 27 years since the government had released ownership of the banks to the market, and the government taking it back predictably caused unrest. It was a necessary risk, however; the corporate sector had grown powerful, and the bigger ones had started to use their considerable resources to oppose her decisions by launching media campaigns and dragging their feet on regulations, though they had found to their dismay that the law was on her side and not theirs. They needed to be reined in, and seizing control of the banks gave her leverage over them, not to mention a great deal more control over the nation as a whole.
As the journalists descended upon the spokesperson with their questions, she felt almost sorry for the poor man. The official reasoning had some basis in truth, since the banks had indeed mismanaged their funds (reports of private yachts, which the directors had assured her were necessary for their work but which they had been unable to explain the practical use of, were among the more tame rumours she'd heard), but acting against corruption had historically only been considered an "optional" task for the High Council, a fact which the media was already pointing out. Still, no matter how much the media cried foul, the decision was made.

After full mobilization, fardland is ready for war with 
Saint Shokai the majority of the troops are on the border, with heavy artillery in place and all tanks, planes and humvees are fueled and ready to go.
RP: A Nation On Alert
All regular broadcasting of radio and television signals are interrupted as the Shokai Broadcast Network has activated it's emergency broadcast.
Push notifications are sent to phones across the nation warning citizens of the situation.

Earlier today, a large number of armed soldiers believed to be a part of the Fardland mark 2 military appeared on the Shokaian border with a large amount of militaristic equipment. All residents living within 25 miles of the international border are advised to evacuate. These areas include Southern Seroka. This alert will repeat hourly until more information is available.

Icewindia unfamiliar with far side of this world and its countries hears of a war through Trade Channels and requests to both countries for Military Observers on both sides to study the War.
While this is abrupt and contact has not formally been made between two governments the Icewindians only ask for a Legation for temporary housing for Ambassador so that communications can be started up.
