RP: Wishing to Invite
We ask Moonflower and Sapy if we are able to invite the nations of Serlain States, Weccandia, and Qatamar. The Empire wishes to hold a vote with the council on whether or not the nations can be invited. If the vote succeeds, they will be officially invited. If the vote does not wish to invite them, they will not be invited.
The Parliament has a vote, and required a minimum of a 51% majority.
RP: The war of ordinance: A cost paid in people's blood
The following is an excerpt from the diary of Yaman Fox-eyes, marked "Sometime in spring, 2142":
In the war of the ordinance there was a small village by the name of Aden, it used to be mine. They were in their spring cycle, year 2142 when it happened, crop had just been sown and we'd gone to bed expecting a day of relative leisure. We were so wrong, though we'd paid our tribute we'd not know that there would be a battalion which hadn't enough supply to go on that alone. My morning was not one a teenage boy such as myself should ever see, the gods above surely wept. I woke up and smelled burning, though I only thought it was a mishap with breakfast. Upon coming to the kitchen I saw the pantry was empty. And there was blood. To much to be from butchering the hunt. Way too much. It made me feel ill and I had not yet allowed what happened to fully hit me. Upon looking through the living room I saw yet more of it, I opened the door and saw, as if they were prey my mother and sister were being dragged off by two soldiers for their corpses to be buried without any sacrifice being made for their late souls.
That was when I really came to understood what mother meant about the war. The men had a cost to pay, but they were not willing to allow their own to bear it. In their minds they made us animals so they could somehow feel righteous to shrug it off to another. The cost paid in people's blood.
With no sacrifice to lift up their spirits they were not only dead, but going to hell, both of them! I saw no other soldiers around, no other possible course of action, and grabbed my father's ax. Things became red and hazy, the next thing I remember is being behind with them hold it in my hand. The only political tool which really matters in the end. They were making themselves busy putting the bodies in their graves so I acted, taking the ax to the nape of the neck at the soldier on the left. It sunk in, he simply fell limp. My arms felt as if they became twice as heavy in that moment, but all I could do is bear it, the soldier on the right yelled out in surprise. He asked me the worst question I'd ever heard in my life.
"Why are you tribesmen so persistent? Those two laid down their lives for nothing, they knew the village was burning. They knew it wouldn't be saved by their actions. Agents of destruction defending nothing! You do the same as they did! Seeing them dead and having no recourse you act in violence and kill. They downed two of my comrades. You downed another. You have no idea what is going on act like a beast, pure impulse. Nothing more. Directionless."
He was right. He was also my enemy though. I scolded him in response.
"Quiet yourself, you cur, you'll be the next to pay!"
Everything in me strained. This man, speaking to me. He was right. He was right. He was right. I knew he was right and it was driving me mad! Nothing I said could be backed up with an act! I was no longer blind with rage, It was coming to cognition, I killed a man! Lurching over and throwing up I saw him in the corner of my eye. He'd lunged forward at me and by sheer reflex I knocked away his spear with the ax, taking a few steps back. I'm trying to kill him. It was nothing like the hunts I was accustomed to. I felt chills, verging on tears, crying out.
"Get away from me!"
He didn't listen, lurched forward once again. I could see him going for the kill, as clear as day. There was something in him I lacked... I fought the anxious petrification and tried knocking his spear away once again. Missed narrowly, leaving a deep cut in my side. Agony. The next few seconds felt like ages. I felt my heart and several pulses thudding within me, gushing out the wound and making me feel a bit light headed. It hit me then, I am indeed like a beast, this is a contest of survival. I looked closely, he lost his footing in that last thrust. My chance to live.
I stepped forward as quickly as a could, grabbing his shoulder with my free hand. He was loosing his balance now. Raising my ax I felt a jolt travel up my leg, he stabbed me in the lower thigh. My eyes flickered a bit. My knees buckled. Everything was starting to tint white. My arms... they were so tired. Everything burned. Gripping the ax as tight as I could and clenching my teeth I exhaled, steeling myself. I looked at the man as clearly as I could. He was terrified too, but something in his eyes was missing. I hated it. I pushed him to the ground and brought down the ax on his head as hard as I could muster the force for. Thank the Gods his face was beyond recognition, I couldn't bear to see it even once more. His eyes were empty. I threw up again and fell down on my back, clenching my side with both hands.
It must have been a few hours later when I came to, the flames had died down and the sun was in the middle of the sky. 'The other plunderers had escaped with their lives, lucky curs.' I thought. I smiled at my own joke, faintly. Sitting up, I saw no-one else around. Somehow I'd not bled out, the spear still being in my leg and my hands being over my side. Pain jolted up my leg again, then my side began to sting like the devil. I lazed around for who knows how long and then decided to bury my family properly, though no sacrifice was present for the Gods. I pleaded to them.
"Yikon! I dedicate to you the glory of this triumph! Please, have mercy on my loved ones."
Nothing came back. There was no material for producing magic fumes for me to convene with Yikon either, so I only gave a staggered bow to the burial site before slowly making my way over to one of the dying flames with my father's ax in hand. I tentatively held it to the flame as I lifted the other hand off my side. By the color of it I could tell it was engendered with sickness. Over the next five minutes I repeatedly brought the heated blunt side of the ax to the wound, continuing until the sick had been burned away. Another few minutes was spent removing the spear from my leg and burning it until the bleeding ceased. Finally, I felt somewhat better. I limped over to the grave and investigated the soldiers. Surely enough they had food and water on them, all of which I consumed greedily. One also had the diary I write this in, packed alongside a bottle of liquidous and black chalk. That is how I've recorded this happening. Now, I must rest.

rp: ping
everyone in wecandia was sundenly pinged and they all were mad. people died. cities burned. it was the worst riot in weccandian history.
Vennos is humbled by the generous request made by Kynthes and we accept, may our future bring many opportunities to the people of both our nations!
The Purple Party representative has personally appointed a few experts in marine environment and biology to work together with Basaran and solve the overfishing problem in the region, and hopefully come to find ways to make fishing more efficient. Hopefully Vennos will one day recover the industry to the size it used to be, without damaging the environment like we did this time. For now Vennosians are learning to adapt to having less seafood in their diet.
RP: Stagnation
The Vennos Inc. is currently facing public backlash with accusations of stagnating Vennos and halting progress, as new data shows that Vennosian Dollars per capita have been stagnant for yet another year. Currently the party seems powerless to do anything about it, and the only hope for redemption is by doing better before the election year comes around. The Purple Party leader Kaldis Raulis has publically mentioned that he is disappointed that he agreed to form a coalition with Vennos Inc. and will not do so again in 2144. With their poor reputation, the representative of Vennos Inc. Carla Petersone is doing her best to clear her name and the name of her political party and has pledged to redeem herself and her party within a year.
RP: A Defeat in Detail
Shortly after discovering the Nationalist decoy cavalry, General Conrad Branridge orders the bulk of the Concordean forces to be split into 4 battle groups in order to cover more distance and provide tactical flexibility. His plan was to locate the scout cavalry and try to bait Nationalist forces into attacking a single battle ground whilst the rest of the Concordean forces would rapidly encircle during the battle. However, due to poor logistical support due to the quick advance into the south as well as poor communications, the Concordean forces were cut off by the Nationalistsa and were quickly encircled. While the Concordean forces attempted to make a break out, the Nationalists were clear to make way for the now exposed Socialist army. The Concordean Guardsmen suffered heavy casualties but a sizable contingent were able to break through the encirclement and allow for the retreat of some Guardsmen.
Overwhelmingly, however, the Concordean forces were decimated by the attack. While some were able to retreat back to allied territory, many Concordeans were ensnared by Hill’s trap and were forced to surrender. General Branridge was among those captured after an infantry battalion led by Prince Blayre von Krieg stormed deep into the Concordean mass and were able to capture the General and his staff. As of current, Concordean military leadership in Windardia is in shambles with the General captured and the future of the Concordean Guardsmen in Windardia is uncertain.

RP: Airline 238 Incident. Part 1
On a Civilian Airliner Foreign Minister Molotov is being sent to Salis on 1st Civilian Route from Wolfengrad to Salis Direct as a means to connect countries further and economies. He has a meeting scheduled to discuss the future of the continent. However after crossing into Blayredeshian Airspace Tower Control hears from Airline 238 radio. However Pilot sounds deeply concerned and stressed.
Pilot Captain:"Mayday Mayday- Depressurization Mask on!"
They lose Flight 238 from Radar after a rapid Decent however radio is still live.
Pilot Captain:"Mayday Mayday this is Flight 238 we are running on one engine..... we are only going to be in air..... for 15 minutes need emergency landing strip ASAP."
RP: Off you go
With the civil war dealt with and the CKG slowly demobilizing and returning to policing and border guard duties, the Grand Matriarch Stormberg has sent an official request to any occupying TNL forces to leave the country as they would no longer be needed. She would also remind the Icewindians specifically that the kings and local governments of the Demiran Federation who are not even put in power yet are only responsible of local matters and do not have the right to conduct foreign diplomacy as this is not Rekken, this is the Demiran Federation. On that note it would also be stressed that although likely a mistake in their declaration, a Demiri nation does not exist and will not exist.
(For context; the Demiri are a people group who mostly work as diplomats, Demira is a desert and the Demiran Federation is the nation. Demiria would imply a nation of the Demiri people)
RP: "Matters of Religion..."
"...are not matters of the state."
~Karita Stormberg
As a reminder of what she fought for and this being one of the founding policies of the Demiran Federation, Grand Matriarch Stormberg states she will not care of what the shinist church does regarding the "schism" of her former enemy, Mrs. Molotow. All she would care of is order. Those who would find themselves committing crimes no matter what for would be sentenced accordingly.
With this statement the local temples across the Demiran Federation would stay on their course seeing Sievi as a demigod regardless of her loss in the war. No major worship would be had of her as she would still be but a small even if recent thing within the legend of the religion but due to pressure by his peers and subordinates in Silver Walley along with the majority of the Demiran temples, the Arch Pope would yield and give a statement solidifying Sievi's position in the religion at least within Demiran Federation.
This would also give Stormberg quite some bragging rights, after all she had just defeated a demigod..

RP: The Battle of The Circle
The Battle of the Circle as it is known now; the name is taken from the circle formation the Blayredeshians and Nationalists were able to achieve while firing into the Concordaians and Socialists, would lead to a great victory and would cement General Hill as a top Blayredeshian General and would even see Prince Blayre von Krieg given various awards for valor and promoted to the rank of Colonel for his actions on the battlefield which not only critically crippled the Socialists but also captured the Concordaian leader. Meanwhile General Hill would agree to meet with General Branridge in a Blayredeshian Prison Camp to negotiate with him Concordaia’s withdrawal from the Windardian Civil War. Many suspect the General is eager to eliminate Concordaian involvement as his forces sustained sizable casualties and would like to win the war easier against outnumbered Socialist militias.
RP: Emergency Landing
An Military Air Traffic Control tower in Fort Suid would pick up on the Icewindian Jet and would immediately begin telling them to fly towards the Suid Regional Airport in Suid, Blayredeshia. The ATC officer would recommend the Icewindians try and angle their jet to gain altitude if possible in any form and to be prepared to glide the jet down into the air port as everyone is unsure if the Icewindian Jet will make it.”
RP: Victory
With the War won; Blayredeshian jets en mass would flood back over to border to return to their respective forts while General Dresden began organizing the 6th Army to withdraw from Demira and fall back into Blayredeshia. The Imperial Ministry of State has also offered to send proper diplomats such as Minister of State Joachim von Krupp or the Emperor himself should he finish his business in Liranaholm in time; to meet with the Grand Matriarch to deepen ties between the Confederacy and Federation.
RP: Religious Crusade Contin- Has Ended.
Situation between Stormberg and Icewindia was tense as Inquisition began to move into Fokkenia. Stormberg had made a big mistake with what she said and it seemed Icewindian Crusade was about to continue against her however with Arch Pope decision King Wallace pulls back the Inquisition and Army back across the border. The Crusade has been won but with great controversy. Icewindia Drops the title as Defender of the Faith due to that controversy.
Regent King Wallace states that Stormberg is a bad Shinist but is an member of TNL therefore Icewindians honor there deals and will treat Stormberg like an TNL Member. Yet the matters of religion are important... even more so then TNL obligations.... and Regent King Wallace has sent forth Icewindian Shinist Branch to discuss with Archpope to.... discuss peacefully the other disputed matters beyond Sievi regarding Esol and Lyca. He has warned Stormberg to not interrupt this meeting and furthermore not to lay a finger on Archpope or "Hellfire will rain".
Yet the War is not over.... there is still Nonadia to deal with. Icewindians have assured Stormberg that the mighty Imperial Navy will be enough to finish this war. Regent King Wallace despite heavy tension in the air has signed an Construction Plan to Rebuild War-torn areas of the Demiran Federation post-war. While Wallace may not like Stormberg for sake of Stability in Holy Land he must cooperate however has laid out as before there are lines and if Stormberg crosses them he will be forced to act.
RP: Emergency Landing Part 2
The Pilot refuses stating that cabin has depressurized and he can only fly at a safe breathable altitude. Eventually however the plane makes an Emergency landing at Suid Regional Airport in Suid, Blayredeshia and touches down safely. Yet an Gaping hope is spotted plane mid section with Plane Engine Damaged heavily and wing cut up but intact barely by air-frame. After Crew and Foreign Minister Molotov along with Passengers get off safely an investigation is started. With Icewindian ISS on Scene with CIS support asked to come as they think they have something worrying....
RP: Victory
After the defeat of Rekken, the troops have returned home victorious, and with war with Nonadia seeming unlikely, the deepwater fleet has been ordered to leave the sea of Helandriel and return to port in Sol Vitorri. The air force has begun flights to return to airbases in Atraland, and the army has begun the slow process of demobilization.
RP: Heyo friendo...
With Schwypia seeing some recovery over the years, the Republic offers to improve trade by offering to build ports on the coastline, as well as possibility of building a highway to connect any ports from one coast to the other. The Republic also offers to lower prices on energy being sold and any other resources. The Republic also suggests to sell more resourses to the Republic for better trade on both sides, particularly steel for building.
RP: Heyo friendo numerous dos
Seeing how valuable resources maybe in Icewindia, the Republic offers to build numerous power stations in the Rhineland like Wind, Solar, and Hydropower plants to create renewable energy to export back to the Republic, and to also sell it to Icewindia as well so that way it doesn't seem like they aren't getting anything out of it.
RP: Emerging Friendship
The Schwypian government agrees to the proposition of increased trade and the construction of a highway between Schwypia and the Werewolf Islands.
RP: Withdrawal
The disastrous Battle of the Circle coupled with the capture of General Branridge has drastically changed public perception of the War in Windardia. Massive demonstrations have called for the withdrawal of Concordean influence in Windardia. In response, Chief Castellan Arthorpe has made a press conference announcing a plan for the withdrawal of Concordean troops from Windardia by the end of the year. While plan was still within draft stages upon its announcement, it was finished quickly and the details of which sent to the remaining command force in Windardia. The reaction of the Concordean guardsmen was that of dissaproval, with many within Concordean command in Windardia calling it a strategically unsound move. General Branridge, upon receiving the news, has agreed to negotiate with General Hill regarding the terms of surrender. This, however, would be seen as a ceremonial fashion with most actual terms being sent over to the uncaptured Concordean commanders led in by Colonel Albrecht Reith, Major General Oswald Clarkson, and Brigadier General Valery Artemievna to be approved.

Re: Inactivity in the Office?
I've been hearing "rumours" that some nations may or may not be at risk of being removed from the map following inactivity this last quarter. While I'm sure none of this is true, a reminder to the following nations:
If you are unable to reach your bi-weekly quota of in-character posts within 48 hours, you are at risk of being laid off. As for everyone else, do not be expecting a bonus this holiday season.

RP : Dotivijas railway constructions
The Ministry of Infrastructure and Construction has announced a tender to build a railway network in the country. The Ministry would like all foreign companies to apply for bids for the construction of the railway network.
RP: She, Who Politicians Fear
After weeks of attempting to avoid the Schismian Empire's presses, Kowenian Congressman Pak Hyeon-Jun's mistress has been revealed to be Ejólei Spereinśei, a nun found residing at Sanctuary City's main Acheinceolvist Monastery. After being confronted by a group of her friends, Ejólei revealed that following the affair becoming public, she entered the monastery as a way to hide from the press. Her location, however, was quickly revealed after her now former friends reported to the "Daily Trumpet," and the monastery was swarmed with paparazzi. After being forcefully ejected by the other monks and nuns, Ejólei fled into the city, where she is reportedly still being hunted down to this day.
RP: Community News! Censorship Laws Passed in the Theocracy!
While the affair's story has made its rounds across the whole of the Atomic Schism's nations, the frenzy surrounding it has been very unusual for the Atomic Schism as a whole. As such, it is widely believed by sociologists in the United Community that the Schismian paparazzi has been massively influenced by outside newscasts and media, specifically from Evve Terre, Kemonomica, and Schwypia. Once more, the question of the effects of foreign internet and television on the Schismian youth has been raised across the Community. As a result, Ecumenical Matriarch Edłeaerdei of the Orthodoxy Theocracy has taken measures into limiting foreign media, passing laws to effectively define it as "for mature audiences," thus blocking access to internet sites and television channels hosted outside the Theocracy.
As for the deeply spiritual Schismian Empire, Emperor Śeręn IX, in a public broadcast, made a point to remind the nation of the Empire's "right to be undisturbed." Originally a law passed to prevent interruptions to meditation and debate research, the Schismian right to be undisturbed has recently been expanded in the Empire to include a variety of reasons. With several dozen reporters on the lookout for Ejólei, Emperor Śeręn has asked the media to respect her privacy.
RP: Accepted.
Given Wind and Solar are not going to work due to Cold Conditions and areas they can work are very inefficient. The Use of Hydro-power is accepted in which a Single Dam is allowed an Pre-Given Name is given the Prince Wolfen Dam. There is however interest about Wind Power at Sea....
The Location has yet to be determined as Icewindian State is allowing Wolfinites to work with Department of Energy to locate an Site to build an Hydro Electric Dam.
Wallace however wishes to come to Werewolf Islands to discuss as a Family about two Nations Future.
Werewolf Islands and Blayredeshia
RP: That's not exactly true but they got the spirit
The possibility for off shore wind farms are taken into consideration but supplies are readied to begin the construction of a dam in the Rhineland, equipment handling temperatures below -20 Celsius is prepared as well as extra energy to keep the dam going in the Icewindian winter. Geothermal energy is brought up as a possibility as a more powerful and reliable way to generate electricity.
Wolfy accepts the meeting with Wallace and states she'll travel to Icewindia to meet with him in his desired location.
RP: To Assist
We wish to assist the nation of Dotivija in their plans to construct a railway network. We also wish to form economic bonds, and political bonds, as well as a Free-Trade-Agreement with the nation. We will send steel to the nation for their railway network.
RP: To Fund
We wish to send funding to the government of Vennos to revive the fishing industry in the nation. We hope that they distribute the money to local fishermen, private and public corporations, and new fishing equipment. We will also send old warships to be used by the Vennosian Navy and fishermen of Vennos. May we become allies.
RP: Opportunities
Vennos is grateful for the generous offer, and currently the Grand Parliament of Venetia will schedule a vote on whether we should take the funding or if we should refuse, should it pass a meeting will be scheduled and we will send a diplomat over for the negotiation. As it currently stands, Vennos is very likely to open up for diplomatic relations.
RP: Solution
Kaldis Raulis, the head of Vennosian Purple Party has officially agreed to have a meeting in Basaran to discuss the issue of overfishing. Hopefully we will work out a solution, and in the process bring the two of our nations closer together.
RP: Assurance of Independence
As Incheon city no longer has any international backers, the Solis Imperium of Atraland has formally announced that it will continue with the old National Union of Atralands decision to formally recognize and guarantee Incheon City as an independent nation-state separate from the Kowenian states as part of the policy of postcolonial aid.
RP: New State in Empire.
After long meeting was made Hemlock became Marshall of both Icewindia and Werewolf Islands. Despite Dynastic Differences they are all now Considered One Family with all that implies. Wallace as head of Family with Hemlock to take over afterwards. This means an Attack on a Royal is an Attack on Icewindia and Werewolf Islands.
New State within Empire will form however the Details were never discussed.... Or Borders... or what level of Autonomy.... Is it A Province? or as Autonomous As Aslania in Werewolf Islands. Princess Wolfy II however is confirmed leader of this state but what title she will hold has yet to be determined.
With all this Work Wallace thinks Hemlock is too busy to try to overthrow him. However he has underestimated Hemlock's work Ethnic.
RP: Alex and Aslanians.
Hemlock having only brief free time before work piles up decides to schedule an meeting with Alex to re-negotiate terms on Halloween Treaty. Something Something New King of Aslania is thrown around.... it was left vague until meeting.
RP: Uhhh I feel there might be issues
With the meeting concluded, Wolfy has expressed to Aerial and Hemlock about the vauge proposal and how it could lead to many issues down the line in the foreseeable future. Wolfy and Aerial have noted that as time goes on, the older they get, the more likely it may become for them to abdicate because of their growing age...however Wolfy wishes to keep it private.
RP: The Aslanian Issue
Alex, an increasingly aged, and tired lioness, wearly agrees to a meeting with Hemlock, she has some idea on what he may say, but she hasn't seem him in some time so may as well see what he must say about the Halloween Treaty.
RP: Investigation
With the Home Guard closing off the section of the air port where the plane landed; a swarm of CIS Investigators would have already assembled and been on the scene to inspect the aircraft with the effort to do so being spearheaded by Captain William Pryce who was a member of the CIS’s Investigation Department and was the Head of the Department’s Aviation Division.
RP: Whiplash
The country's scientists, in despite of their efforts, are unable to explain what had just happened. Some try to explain it in a religious matter, perhaps it was part of Gods plan? Whatever it was, they could only sit there and scratch their heads. In this 'reality', it seemed that the Northern Wars had been haphazardly ripped out of the timeline, with related events such as Conglagateia joining the Serene Ether still being recognized. The Conglagateians still had their same problems with the alliance, its ineffectual nature with the rest of the world, its inability to combat the rise of the Nationalist League, and its controversial status within their nation remained as prominent issues. So they were stuck. Perhaps they could do some good.
Before any action could be taken, however, the old enemy made its presence known.
RP: Shadows
As the expedition marched north, they began to uncover tracks of civilization. A horse trail, an abandoned camp, and finally, a decrepit town. The town had a name, but it was indecipherable. What they found there was disturbing. Remains and signs of battle littered the area, mostly containing human skeletons with strange uniforms, but also Icewindian corpses along with some of their client races. The largest find was the remains of a strange tank carrying the inscription "ВПЕРЕД!" on its side. The most common pattern among the dead human soldiers was a badge. The badge looked like a blue field with a golden double barred cross.
It seems they had been here before somehow, but none of them knew when, why, or how. Before they could collect their thoughts however, they noticed figures in the treeline. These figures swiftly disappeared before they could get a good look at them. It could not mean good news though, as an airplane thundered through the skies a few hours after, leaving as quickly as it came. Something has taken notice of the explorers, and it is not happy.
