Yeah, that makes sense.

This is your daily reminder that IRL politics is, in all respects, heretical and blasphemous against Ademar. Thank you for your time.

Huh. So a super woke college class then?

I’m guessing by your tone you aren’t a big fan of it lol.

Libright libertarianism wrote:Yeah, that makes sense.

I already mentioned my views, but I’m basically a liberal/progressive with conservative undertones. Socially moderate too.

It's more so that the professor is just harping and harping on the same thing... like to the point that he is running out of feasible assignments and is just cooking up crap.

Yeah that sounds annoying. Bad way to advertise woke ideas.

I'm all about social progress and diversity but it does have a limit, cynical as that sounds. Hence why I'm socially center-left and not a moderate liberal or leftist.

That's college for ya(I wouldn't know I never went- mostly because I am a HS freshman).

Ah no I agree with you. It does have a limit.

My economic views vary some, but they are anywhere from moderate to center left. I support some welfarist policies and preventing corporate corruption, capitalist excesses, ect. Social views are pretty moderate to liberal.

Attitude wise I’m more conservative. I’m a little scared of the left- some leftists strike me as really nihilistic and angry. I also miss the days when America was more respected in the world and more prosperous... even though I never lived through those decades.

Tbh though a lot of that "respect" really came from America propping up far-right dictatorships that would support and follow them like good dogs. Even at its height, America wasn't respected like countries such as Finland and Norway are now.

That’s true, however America and Europe were on far better terms- the better European-American relationship is the kind of respect I’d be looking for.

And ofc, if I ever get into politics and reach a point where I’m able to influence this- I can always have my ideas supersede previous ones.

True. Also, don't forget that during the Cold War the US would do anything to defeat communism(even forcing men to join useless wars and propping/supporting dictators), even though they just had to sit and wait for it to fail. But enough politics, for now, I think I hear a Pakitsk tank.
