Was i blocking the telegram? was I supposed to get it?

It says this in the document "(2 telegrams were not delivered due to regional telegrams being blocked by the recipients)." so I think this is the case.

Some happy music is needed here. From two weeks ago. Filmed in Puerto Rico. One singer from Colombia the other from PR.

That’s exactly what happened. If you blocked regional telegrams you wouldn’t have gotten the link for the questionnaires.

How do I get a place on the map?

You need 2 sponsors from nations already on the map. So check out the map, see who is on, see where you would like to be located, and then maybe write up some factbooks so we can get an idea of what your nation is like. Then ask for sponsors. :)

Welcome new nations :)

Are you from El Salvador?

Santa Thereza expresses its sincere condolences to the family of Kevin Nascimento Bueno, known as MC Kevin, after his sudden death on Sunday. The popular Brazilian singer was a beacon of inspiration for many kids in South America, and a pioneer artist in the Paulista 'Funk' genre, which has its roots in my hometown. Rest easy lad, there is no doubt you will not be forgotten anytime soon. Thank you for narrating my childhood and the lives of many other kids in Brazil with your music.

We can now have a regional banner. Any ideas what should go up there first?

Found this really good song from this year. Music is modern. Band is from Mexico. Melissa and Roman (the one in the blue clothes) are from the border town of Mexicali in the State of Baja California. Pablo, green clothes, is from Hermosillo Sonora.

Maybe one of the South American Liberators who fought against Spanish colonial rule? I'm thinking San Martín and/or Bolívar.

Good idea. And appropriate too, as 25th May is the anniversary of the May Revolution in Argentina!

Los Libertadores are up! We can change the banner every so often as well.

How about a banner of what the region our capital cities is located looked like historically.

Rio Cana capital city in 1665

Edit - True facts. Found out the region around Rio de Janiero, which is part of the NS nation of Aurea, was once claimed by France who had a settlement there for 12 years. They use to call it "France antarctique". More true facts. The city we claim has a Capital got its original name from the French. It was to honor King Louis IX. When Portugal tossed the French out after three years of settling the region, the name was kept but in Portuguese. Later on, the Netherlands decided to move in but they left before the year was out.

That's a beautiful banner! Thank you!

Fun fact: my nation's flag was allegedly created by San Martín on October 21st, after the proclamation of the Independence of Guayaquil in the Protectorate of Perú, which he ruled until 1822. Rio Cana also waves an historical Peruvian flag.

And as San Martín said: "Seamos libres y lo demás no importa nada." ("Lets be free and nothing else matters.")

Happy 25th May! ¡Que viva la Patria!

¡Que viva la Patria! What an amazing banner!

We're nearing 120 days as elected WA delegate for South America. Santa Thereza appreciates the privilege of working together with Neragua and Rio Cana in order to progress our region further. We extend our warmest gratitude to all our sponsors!

— Proposed Constitution —

Firstly, my apologies. Real life got in the way for a while there. However, constitution is now drafted.

The provisions are based on the answers you all gave to the questionnaires and surveys I put out.

That said, it is still open to debate and change – so have your say!
