Secondly, Elections and parliament meetings can be held over voice chat with the chancellor carrying the meeting forward to discuss plans. Enadia does this best and features open sessions to the public which includes voting, discussions, and parliament plans.

Thirdly, if Minister were to be appointed by prime minister, there would need to be some universal reward system to recognize hard work based on merit and to be featured on the main discord as well as a dispatch.

Fourthly, more recruitment would be way better tbh. At this point if it’s population we are concerned with, then getting individuals without WA should be our main target area.

Just to clarify events can be more Voice chat based on discord and could feature these things:
-Movie Nights
-karaoke
-Debate Nights
-Chill talk vcs

quite honestly are selling the main point is dead mainly because:

1. Essentially 3 out of 4 of the parties are now are just practically the same but just have differences on how far is it in policy should you go, and then RIP.

2. There has been no competition right wing competition ever in this region so far it's everybody in the left having a slight disagreement with each other.

3. The political party landscape has not been stable at all in this region.

This is true, however, I think there needs to be some sort of information on what a NS right wing government would look like. Obviously we can’t apply irl policy making to this game, Chief. I thought about these things:
-Border control(however even leftist regions has this, it’s smart and let’s trusted and desirable people in)
-Establishment of Consulates into Foreign Affairs. (Root out trusted and neutral standing regions, basically establish embassies with regions you want.)
-Ministry of Security or a staff team consisting of average people. (Enforce rules on the server, however, I think that with flack coming from regions it needs to be strictly OOC and not be an IC department. The idea that average people can have less power than the custodians but still maintain moderation powers in the border and outside of it would be a better idea.)
-government appointed officials directly by the prime minister or emperor. (Department heads will be chosen by the executive and assign people as they can to these positions.)
-Regulating legislator requirements. (Belief that legislators need to be competent and could push for executives appointing statesmen or an extra process to become a senator.)

Thats all I could think about right now, but if you have more add onto it.

Ive been saying this for years. Imo thats the biggest issue with our region and the constant issues we have with the behavior and toxicity that happens every month or so. Is not recognizing that this is basically an online club, and there need to be rules about running it as a such that arent influenced by the gameplay
