It was some silly issue that assumed my history is the same as most of America's in that my country is the result of colonisers... which I'm kinda salty about, so I'm jokingly mentioning the issue's result as to take the piss out of that US centered issue. In actuality Grimmechania is open to visitors in greater capacity than before, as we've recently expanded our airports and we've made our cities more tourist friendly by banning cars within city limits.
In other words, worry not, we were only closed for some short renovations.

I've since removed the old Constitution that mandated some old stuff for the region. In light of my resignation, I've replaced this with a temporary document that'll have basic regional policy.
Section I. Regional Rules
Eientei Gensokyo remains a member of the Iwakusphere. The region shall still be bound by The Glorious Nations of Iwaku regional rules, as stated in “Rule breakers will be shot! Then sent to Gulag!”. page=dispatch/id=608445
All provisions of this section can only change with approval of Kaguya Hime (Founder).
Section II. Regional Government Provisions
The Founder retains absolute authority over the region.
The new World Assembly Delegate (WAD), being any nation in the position that isn’t Albrook on or after September 30, will have full executive power over Eientei Gensokyo.
Hina kagiyama (Albrook’s puppet) shall continue in an office initially named “Senator of Foreign Affairs”, whose authorities and office title may be changed at any time by the WAD. This office will primarily interface Eientei Gensokyo with The Consortium, as we are engaged in foreign interests with this organization, and the rest of the Iwakusphere.
The Armada of Refuge shall continue in an office initially named “Senator of Enforcement”, whose authorities and office title may be changed at any time by the WAD. This office will continue enforcement of Iwaku’s rules in the RMB.
The WAD is urged against changing any of these initial appointments at first. However, the officeholders insist that neither are the WAD’s father.
Section III. Election Process
The nation with the most World Assembly Endorsements (Endos) is the WAD.
Should the WAD wish to remain in the position, with the region’s approval, the World Factbook Entry (WFE) shall indicate that the region endorse the WAD.
If the WAD is usurped by another nation with more endos, they are the new WAD.
Replacing this document will be an exercise for the new WAD.
EDIT: I also removed all extra ROs not specified here and simplified all office names. I want this to be as easy as possible for the new WAD.
