I'm dealing with it fine. In general, I've been at home at staying there for far longer than the outbreak since I'm off school and was job hunting online before it, so right now, all I have is a bunch of free time.
Not sure really, I think I have reached a point where they will be fine. I can RP them from time to time to. I can just keep them and my other nation separated from eachother

Not been outside, haven't been following the news too heavily, so I can't really say. I don't like that people are doing it, but I also understand that Canada is probably in one of the best positions in the highest developed nations. Not necessarily because of Trudeau and his policies, but for reasons I don't really know.
As far as I can tell, Trudeau hasn't been handling this extremely well, but acceptably enough. He's social distancing, and his wife has the virus, but so far, to my knowledge, he hasn't gotten tested himself. But, he does talk to the press/address the public often, as far as I know, which is what I think every leader should do.
Ive been forced to continue working well the rest of my family sits on their asses, i agree with him. Canadains outside the gta have no respect for the financial crisis the state is putting themselves through so they can stay home and only get the essentials. Yet weve had more business at mcdonalds than the last few months in these past weeks. With morons like that its just gonna get worse here

I've been reading a book called Battle Scares by a guy named Jason Fox. Hes an ex SBS operator who's now on a show here in the UK called SAS who dares wins. It's a decent enough show but the book goes in depth to his time as an operator and the mental trauma its left on him, as well as how its affected the rest of his life.

Well mental health is fragile. for sure. Its interesting to see how it differs person to person.
It differs greatly. Lots of people face similar problems, so identifying what problems a person has as well as how to deal with it isn't incredibly difficult. It's applying it and also getting people to open up and come over so that you can identify said things. Lots of disorders or other things can come from vastly different causes, and have some different symptoms or elements, but for the most part, they end up in a similar place.
Sorry for the spiel. When I want to say something, I don't exactly have a huge filter if it's not going to lead to anything negative deriving from the words themselves.
