At last! It seems that there was a problem with the password accepter. my first three attempts were rejected. BTW, it seems that our allies are no longer in existence. Our allies are getting thin!
I hope you guys will be more active than the message board indicates. This will show us: Captain Kirk was wuss!
Picard had more sense, stability, and reason, Janeway had determination and luck, Sisko had faith and an inner strength, Archer's strength was curiosity, and the urge to explore. Kirk had determination, urge to explore at times, luck, and inner strength. If nothing else, in most ways, hes like a combo of all of the captains. The best of them all, with Spock at his side he also had Picard's strengths.
My point? Kirk may not have been my favorite personally, but in a reality where I would have to choose one of them to captain a ship, Id go with Kirk any day as my first pick.

Frankly, I wouldn't pick Kirk as my captain because he doesn't care a brass farthing for the lives of his redshirts. I would only sign on his ship if I was one of his best friends.

Kirk nearly goes into tears. or gets very angry, whenever he loses a redshirt. He just hasn't figured it out, that they always get killed. :P
I'd definitely choose Kirk, & his crew, if I needed help, making sure to bring the Family along, for protection from Kirk, just in case he accidentally splits himself in half again.

Non aggression pact with Stargate revoked as the region seems to have experienced a hostile takeover.
Alliance with Galactic Quadrant revoked as the region no longer exists.
War with Star Wars cancelled since the region has shown itself to be no threat to us.
Our ambassador position remains vacant and of course anyone is welcome to suggest new opportunities for relations with other regions.
