You'll pick up a lot of it as you go. At first it looks like there's nothing to do, but the more you learn, the more you realize there's too much to do.

Feel free to read up on the reconstruction conversations I've tried to start on the forum. You don't have to know too much about NS to participate, so go ahead and throw your ideas out there!
