We shall attend this this talks in Rio de Janeiro. The Prime Minister is headed to the city as we speak along with his Minister of Defence, Minister of Natural Resources, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and his young child whom his wife forced to take so she can go on a shopping holiday to Paris.
