Statement by the Minister of Foreign Affairs:
Dear countries, we are very glad that some of you have supported our initiative, but I ask you not to forget that the "Rousseau Card" has a downside, because when using it in provocative, aggressive actions, we, as a country that values its spending and values, will necessarily be forced to impose a number of sanctions, so that the action of the card does not lead to human casualties, but only leads to the revival of the national spirit and the prosperity of cultural values!

No that isn't what it means, it means if used for war then he will be mad. But not otherwise, only if IT is used for war.

In addition to all this, we also want to inform you that from tomorrow our cards will allow not only to attend cultural events, but also to finance new ones, because the card already has automatic payment for services, money for which in turn is drawn from the world cultural center!

Ok, then I’m in

You can fight as much as you want, but on condition that the card will not be used as a means of paying for the war or as a whole as a method of provocation
