Do read the relevant laws of writing a proposal, and also go through the previous proposals which made it to voting. You'll get a rough idea how to do it.

Making a proposal which is legal is certainly not a big deal, however, making a proposal which has enough approvals to go to voting is a bit difficult.

I Propose To Create The Western Anea Regional Assembly(WARA) it is like the WA But me and you are the General Sec. we go by WA Proposal Rules, We vote on Proposals such as "Protect Homeless People" the proposals will be sent to me and i will see if they are good to be voted on and then WACA and the WACA Foreign Embassies Can Also Vote
