It was a cold day, the normally common cheers of the citizens of Ruskov ceased to be heard across the now abandoned streets of the capital city of Russia. Marching and singing of the Iberian forces was the last thing that remained in the now pacified city. Execution squads were eliminating any civilians suspected of working with the resistance, most captured russian foxes were hanged or impaled on spikes across the red Square and Kremel was brightly burning in the distance. Destruction of Moscow was in full swing. Factories, homes, prisons, churches... all was set ablaze upon the orders of the Black League. While the soldiers were enjoying their massive triumph none were more concerned then Marshall Dragov. After all, he was expecting a very very important and easily angered guest of high importance. In the distance he could see the quickly approching armored convoy that has been approaching the red square at a rapid speed. Once the convoy stopped 10 figures came out of the 5 armored transports. All soldiers of the Hell Guard, and among them the 11th figure emerged. With a white trenchcoat, gas mask, officer hat and a light machinegun. As Dragov looked upon him, he knew that it was now or never. The most terrifying thing anyone could imagine was to stand in front of the Supreme Khan himself after abandoning his orders and acting independently. Even if the khan was presumed dead, abandoning direct orders was as good as a death sentence as retreating in a fight. Behind Dragov 50 of his personal guards gathered and all cheered together with Dragov the standard salute to their psychotic leader.

Marshall Dragov: My Khan, i hope your arrival was pleasant.

Supreme Khan: It indeed was Marshall Dragonovich. I heard that you have brought me good news..... and as i look around... i must say. I am impressed. I expected your men to be slaughtered at the hands of the enemy without my oversight. Yet even without me you still managed to outdo even my greatest feats during the Unification War. I must say... I am proud of you. Very much proud, you may stop with the saluting, after all it is me who should salute you comrade.

Dragov felt immense relief to know he wouldn't be executed, yet what confused him even more was the fact that the one who executes his people on a whim would give anyone, much less a "racially inferior" underling of his praise. But for now Dragov decided to enjoy the moment while he still could.

Dragonov: Please my leader, my feats are nothing compared to yours truly. Only you could unify Iberia under a true Tyranny. Taking Moscow was the clear show of the Iberian spirit, and the eventual triumph of our revolution over the reactionary forces of the world. Even then, many of our soldiers died taking this city from the hands of the reds. They fought for every meter of ground, capture of this city was so recent we didn't even had time to clear the corpses off the streets and to burn them. We did capture some, but most either died resisting or ran for their lives before we could get our hands on them. I doubt we could have taken moscow without the "Russian National Liberation Front" those collaborators who adopted our ideology. Its not the first time we used russians to fight other russians but compared to the original war they have been far more useful then i would have expected. While their numbers are only about 200 we believe that with proper education and destruction of russia we can convert many to our way of thinking. Ideological Purity Squads have already begun spreading our faith and the word of the world revolution.

Our full extend of our operations is now across most of russia, the red army basically ceased to exist as an actual army. Without their government and leading military structure they are now just a line of resistance fighters, still trained army but they should be broken soon enough. We are crushing them in industry and numbers. Sooner or later, we will starve them to death. And I will be able to present to you all of Russia at its knees, looking up to its new Liberator.

This begs the question, from our capture of Moscow we have about 721 captured prisoners... what shall their faith be my Lord?

Supreme Khan: Execution by firing squads, let us show them at least some "mercy" for standing up to us. As for the RNLF let them handle the execution. I want to see them myself, however also present the option to the prisoners.... if they seek to save their lives. To take a gun and shoot their friends After all.... causing mental trauma to others is one of the more creative methods of torture that I prefer. Now.... i want to mention 2 special announcements i want to make. From now on we will be leading a strictly defensive war. We want to starve the russian remnants into capitulation and to deal with the partisans in our back lines. Additionally. I declare the reign of terror over Leningrad! The ENTIRE city is to be rounded up, and mass executed as a tribute to the God of War. And also as a revenge for what those bastards did to our families in Madrid..... and those that have fallen during the first battle of Leningrad. All will be avenged.... spare no one. First,,,, as the leader of the Iberian Hordes, the Mad Tyrant of Askana. I declare you the Supreme Marshall of The Entire Horde. From now on, you will have full independence to lead our armies with no oversight, for you have been promoted to our highest rank. Crusader Marshall. But feel free to refer to yourself as Supreme, i don't particulary care which of the 2 titles you prefer. And second. With your excellent service for the people of Iberia, and me All Russians living in Iberia will now be fully classified as class 1 citizens. From honorary members of the horde, to fully accepted Blood Iberians... impressive gift isn't it?

Supreme Khan: Indeed you will, you have never failed me before so i have high expectations of you. I also crown you as the Conqueror of Russia, and a great Statue will be build to be placed in middle of the red square to tribute your achievements. All over Iberia people have begun praising your name, as the propaganda TV and radio have begun to steam war footage from Moscow itself. I will now go and rest... i am not feeling too well.
