Voting Recommendation on: Protections During Territorial Transitions
Voting Recommendation: FOR
This proposal seeks to lay out concrete restrictions and rights towards those who have been the victims of crimes such as restricting the accused from interacting with the victim and giving the victim of a crime the right to have compensation for any damages, financial or otherwise, that they may have suffered due to the crime persecuted. It also seeks to assist the victim of the crime by giving them a right that is beyond restriction to be represented by an attorney or themselves and that one will be provided for them if they are incapable of defending themselves guaranteeing that the victim of a crime will have adequate representation.
This proposal is well written and seeks to lay out some necessary and sensible restrictions and boundaries in court and governing the effects of the result of court. These restrictions are common sense policies to have in place to guarantee the safety of the victim of a crime. It does this without infringing upon the rights of accused and without violating that the accused is innocent until proven guilty.

When did you first watch Dr Strangelove?

Around May or so of this year. I’m generally a fan of classic movies (“classic”, in this case, being from the 40s to the 80s), like Casablanca, A Hard Day’s Night, Hunt for the Red October, Breaker Morant, and so on. My father and I finally resolved to watch Dr. Strangelove, having heard good things about it, and being especially large fans of Peter Sellers. We watched and we loved it. Simple as.
