The conversation with [Dawagh ping] goes on - but it has been far from the only country Ciscannia would look for. A plenitude of nations sparked interest to the Ciscannian group, known for its heavy involvement in foreign policy - albeit, perhaps lacking the influence of the likes of the hosting nation. Scherzinger

Another troubling relation was that Ciscannia had with Scherzinger, who appeared to show mild sympathy, but no more than that. Despite Ciscannian attempts to unfreeze the relations, and despite the introduction of more liberal policies and the private industry in the country, there seemed to be a reluctance in warming up to the nation of Ciscannia.

Perhaps, it is just not meant to happen. Scherzinger too represents plenty that the Ciscannian populace - or most of it - does not agree with. With good relations unlikely to flourish in the near future - all one could hope was to not develop bad relations, and maintain neutrality as the status quo.

While the prime-minister and minister of Defence chose to move on, with simple glances and acknowledgement of presence, Virginia Frota had decided to make an approach to Erwin.

"Greetings," she began, bending her head down slightly in a swift gesture. She took a more serious tone with the nation than with DA WAAAAGH - such matters required to have it be that way. "We have heard you were following our elections closely..." She stopped here, seemingly switching to another matter - almost as if giving Erwin an option of what he would, or not, prefer to approach. His stoic expression forced Virginia to think - think of a topic that would maybe warm him up for other topics. "How has your spouse been since our last encounter?"

Erwin decided at this point to take a seat. He placed his cane in his lap and continued peering about the room, simply people-watching while he looked about for refreshments. The 23 year old Emperor thought of what he might have to drink. Until the loss of Momo's parents, Erwin had become somewhat of a habitual drinker. Sake was his drink of choice, and he had at least 3 glasses a day. After it was revealed that the person who killed Momo's parents was a drunk driver, Erwin had rapidly sobered up. He located a server and requested a cup of Darjeeling, which was fulfilled. With a sweet cup of Darjeeling tea, he laid back in the chair he had found. After a couple of sips from his tea, which he found to be delicious and divine, he noted that a female delegation had begun to approach him. He noted that it was a delegate from Ciscannia and resisted the urge to roll his eyes and dismiss her without even saying a word. He remembered, however, the words of his dear wife. About how operating on prejudices can ruin his reputation, which would violate his promise to the people to bring the Empire into a positive light. Seeing that she was obviously approaching to hold a conversation with him, he set down his cup on the table beside him, and used his cane to pull himself upright, his numerous medals clanking together as he rose. He adjusted the Scherzo Iron Cross around his neck as she was just within conversation distance.

Hearing the woman greet Erwin, he replied silently with the Scherzo salute-and-bow. He banged his extended hand into his upper chest, again causing his medal wall to clink around, and bowed silently. Still, Erwin did not speak. Again, having very little to say, if anything, to the Ciscannian delegation. Though he was surprised that at least one of them had the guts to speak to him at all, the other two clearly uninterested in speaking to the young Emperor. The woman had spoke in a tone that expressed sincerity and a genuine interest in holding a meaningful conversation. She opened with the discussion of Erwin's public interest in the elections that occurred in Ciscannia. Erwin simply gave the same neutral and unimpressed expression. He found this to be an incredibly foolish attempt to start a conversation. They both knew the outcome of the elections and perhaps even more, they both knew Erwin's opinion on them. She quite skillfully switched near immediately to a different conversation.

Erwin gave a surprised reaction to the woman asking about Erwin's wife, Momo. Momo was Erwin's rock. He enjoyed spending time with her, though not nearly to the extent that Momo did. Momo would go out of her way to be close to Erwin for as many hours a day as she could, and the normally scowl-faced girl couldn't help but smile when around her husband. Erwin's heart began to tingle, thinking about how nice it would be to return home and embrace his goddess once more. Tied around his right wrist was a lavender bow ribbon. It was one of Momo's night bows she tended to wear to bed, she had tied it around Erwin's wrist to that in a way, part of her would always be with him. Erwin decided it couldn't hurt to speak to the Ciscannian woman. "My dear Momo is well. She opted to stay home to rule in my absence. I would very much like to return home and be with her again."

Virginia would attempt to choose her words carefully. Bringing Momo up had seemed to at least generate a response. And out of that (along with some curiosity), she continued. "I am glad to hear she is well. I am sure that time will be merciful in its passing, and soon you may set your eyes on her again." She pauses for a moment, though she knew what to ask: "It does seem you care for her a lot - how have you met her?"

Initial Interactions and Thoughts
As a few of the diplomats continued the conversation with the Big Boss, the rest of the delegation continued on. The Dekronian delegation felt indifferent to most of the nations participating in the meeting, their nation having taken a isolationist stance diplomatically for decades. However, they were still willing to interact with some of the other participants.

They walked around the room, occassionally talking with the foreign delegates that had also attended.

The Pacific Maritime Federation

Unlike a few of the other nations attending, Dekronia had no interest regarding the ongoing wars involving the PMF. Therefore at worst, both nations still had neutral relations between each other. However, no interactions took place between the two nations for now.

Axcyic program

A nation a large distance away both geographically and diplomatically, the Axcyic Kingdom was mostly unnoteworthy for the Dekronian delegation, with them ignoring the Axcyic delegation completely during the early hours of the meeting.

Achinoam

The delegation did not have much to discuss with the Achinoami representatives yet, although they stopped by them before saluting at them and greeting them. "Greetings. We are to glad to see Achinoam attending this meeting, and hope to develop our relations." Shortly after, they continued on.

Russrashtria

The delegation did not have anything to discuss with Russrashtria's representatives either yet, but they still decided to greet them like they did with Achinoam. They stopped near the representatives before greeting them. "Great to see you all, we're glad to see Russrashtria is still alive in the diplomatic and political sphere." Then, they continued on again.

Speerland

A ridiciously technologically outdated nation, but very diverse. Dekronia had no reason to interact with the Speerlandic delegation for now, so they continued walking on. The diplomats went to sit down, while the President and MFA continued walking around.

Greater erland

The relations between Dekronia and the new government were tense. Dekronia had refused to acknowledge the new separatist government in control of Greater erland, therefore the two refused to interact with the Erlish delegation before the big discussion would begin.

Ciscannia

Quickly adjusting themselves, the two greeted back to the Prime Minister. After the PM finished talking, they responded. "Indeed. There's still much more progress to make, though. Our satellites have only reached one astronomical object, and all progress has gone to a standstill after that. Regarding our relations, we'd like to make a trade agreement with Ciscannia. We want to import medicine in exchange for anything you need. Regarding KUSA membership, what nations do you plan to invite to the organization?" Thomas said as he waited for a response.

Scherzinger

The Dekronian government was grateful to Scherzinger for helping at all in the search for the lost cargo ship, and wanted to return the favor. The two sat down next to the Scherzo Emperor and greeted him before talking between each other again.

Suspicious Desertions Reported Across All Military Branches; Government Officials Disappear

Over the last couple of days, tens of thousands of soldiers, as well as few higher-ranking officers, have been reported missing from the likes of the land force, air force and navy. At the moment, these have been declared deserters- although the timing of these happening together seems rather suspicious. The EIA (Erlish Intelligence Agency- renamed from Royal) has launched multiple investigations attempting to locate the whereabouts of the traitors. Why this has happened, is unknown.

Additionally, many governmental workers have mysteriously quit their positions coinciding with the military desertions. Multiple crucial members of the governing party have gone missing in suspicious circumstances. Furthermore, the third-General Of The State has been found murdered in his estate in Qarshi. As the second-General Of The State is currently in Da waaaagh, only one member of The Triarchy remains in power. Information about His death remains scarce- some reporters claim that the assigns brutally desecrated His body as well as killing his entire family.

Scarily, little information has come from Achinoam about the whereabouts of the Qarqueen. This connection has been proposed by multiple independent media organizations recently.

More information will come out sooner during the upcoming press release tomorrow afternoon.

Kavolympics 2026 plans!

The Kavolympics (2026) is in just under a year and the plans are in action, so lets run through all the things you need to know about the event.

Host Nation
The host nation is being decided soon, all you have to do is make a bid (money is optional), have the facilities, have a list of host cities and if there is any small details that is fine. Anyone can enter, and a vote will be held soon on who will be the host of the upcoming Kavolympics.

Football
Extensive coverage of the football will be given, which ties into the next segment...

Sports
There will be a list of sports made soon, and I am asking if anyone can give coverage or/and put in results about the sports to give an insight on the sport, because 2023 was just football and we didn't even get the results of other sports.

RP
Rp will tie in, so wars, civil wars and other events will effect the event. Rp, like last time, will be slowed to 1 day=1 day, the event time is undecided but it will most likely take place in mid-late November and will go on for 1-2 weeks (preferably).
