Achias those 10 days felt like a lifetime.
The disc containing the storage broke. It was extremely serious as it could of ment we lost everything. Luckily the good people at Nationstates managed to save much of our progress.
Maybe we could use this to expand our colonial claims.
Funnily enough, when I said this the server was online and then the server immediately went down again for another 4 hours.

A infamous Serial Killer by the name of Aurelian Shin has finally been captured. His crimes consist of 67 murders. All of the bodies have been found mutilated and strung up like dolls. Unfortunately, the death penalty hasn’t been in use for over 20 years. However, due to the situation we have decided to reinstate it. Though only for him, after he is killed, it will be illegal again.

UFF #1:
Tytania is split into 2 major areas, The Upper Area, and the Lower Area, The Upper Area is located on the surface and is made for buisnesses, government buildings, muesems and generally more touristy destinations.
The Lower Area is made for living areas, mansions tunnels very well lit and many houses and apartments located here, and transportation is actually dominated b the metro rather than actual cars, bikes are also well used here.

So what is the 
Uberio flag mean and symbolise for your country?
Why the purple and black stripes?
Is the upper area in Tytania actually higher in altitude or more northwards? Or is it something else. Does your capital city have any cool landmarks?
Where is it located, is it more inland or is it on the coast?
Can the articles of your country be overruled in the event of an emergency and if so who is authorised to do so?
Sorry I just had some questions of the top head. Sorry if it's a bit much.

1. The flag is known as an emergency flag, one used in the case where a new flag is needed, no flag could've been voted on by the public in time, and the reason it's been kept is the public kind of likes the flag, Rose Pheonix has annouced changing it in the near future.
2. Believe it or not Upper Tytania is refrencing just the surface parts of the city, mostly normal looking, Lower Tytania, which is much more special depending on who you are is located underground. and the most visted tourist attraction for both parts is UT (upper Tytania) The Castle of Commanders, which was up to the point of the Civil war, where most presidents, and other important government officals. as for LT, That's the National Indoor Pool Park, with entire slides carved into rock.
3. There is not a rule stated in the articles that any of these can be overruled, however, since this has been brought to attention, I may try and see if i can 'pass laws' (use a randomizer) to see if certain articles can be bypassed, most likely not because the whole point is that they are THE laws.

The Corsiantia, I also forgot to mention, Tytania is canonically located in the Uda Gulf, around the town/city of Chumikan, Russia.

I've been on Nation states for too long and I still don't know how to do it.
Also, should this server acknowledge the server downtime as an event of some kind in the RP?

You reminded me Achias that my friend wanted to put a serial killer story into my nation. A while back, I never got around to it but I remembered and put it in my Factbook.

Lol, Honestly the only reason I put it in was because I read something with a serial killer that was kind of traumatizing so I wanted to add it. After I posted it I had the idea possibly to put on my Factbook our stand on the death penalty. Will probably never get to that just like I will probably never get to the past lore of my country.
