Dammamiyyan Pyerovan kori-The Dammamiyyan Pyerovan kori is a veg curry originated in the Dammamiyyan state Pyerov which was introduced in 1687 in Pyerov,Dammamiyya.

Steps:
1.Wash it
2.cut the vegetables into pieces
3.put the 3/4 of the vegetables into the wok and the eggs in the pressure cooker
4.grind the other vegetables in the blender
5.put water and the grinded vegetables in the wok and the pressure cooker
6.spread some oil on the vegetables and
7.Cook the vegetables and eggs for around 20-25 min
8.add some butter on the curry (spiral)
9.and condiments like spices into the vegetables as they're getting cooked
10.add salt as well
11.After 20-25 min serve it in a plate

2.let the dough rest for 25-30 min
3.make the dough into a smooth ball
4.roll it using the rolling pin,remember more the tight,less the right!so roll it until it becomes thick

7.let it in the pan for 15 min
8.after it gets cooked,serve it on da plate!.

All Purpose Flour / Maida-1.5 cup / 180 grams
Sugar×1/2 cup / 100 grams powdered
Unsalted Soft Butter×100 grams
Cashews×1/2 cup chopped
Vanilla Essence×1 tsp
Salt×2/4 tsp tsp
Milk×1 to 2 tbsp
Raisins×1/2 cup chopped
Vanilla×1/4 cup
Sugar×2 tsp
Butter×2/3 tsp
Steps:
1.Preheat oven to 180 Degree C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Set aside.
2.Take butter, sugar, salt, vanilla in a bowl and whip till creamy.
3.Add in flour, cashews and mix well.
4.Add in milk and make it into a soft dough.
5.Take small portion of dough, shape it into balls.
6.Place a cashew in the center, arrange it in a foil or parchment lined baking tray and bake for 14 to 15 mins.
7.Remove it and let it cool down completely.
8.Store in a air tight container.
9.After 30 minutes take out the cookies from the air tight container and its done
10.You can add extra sugar in it as well for extra sweetness

4.Transfer the potatoes into the pan and roast them for 30 min until they become crispy and brown

Dammamiyyan finikovaya pal'ma bread-The Dammamiyyan finikovaya pal'ma bread is a Date palm bread snack originated in 1389 in Barodnii,Dammamiyya
Ingredients:
Dates×1 cup
Sugar×2 tsp
Milk×1 cup
2 Cups flour
dry yeast×1 tsp
sugar×1 tbsp
oil×1 tsp
Lukewarm water (to knead dough)greased milk×1 tin (to brush)
Steps:
1.Oven temp: 400 F-204 C
2.Dissolve sugar in 1/2 cup lukewarm water and sprinkle yeast over it. Leave in a draught-free place to froth.
3.When frothy, add salt, oil and yeast to flour and knead to a soft dough with the lukewarm water and leave to rise in a draught-free place covered with cling film or wet cloth.
4.When it rises, punch and knead again and leave to rise again.
5.When it rises for the second time,knead a bit and shape to fit into a greased baking tin (not more than half filled) and leave to rise for 1/2 an hour.
6.Brush with the milk and bake in the pre-heated oven for 30-40 minutes.
7.Take the tin out of the oven and when cool, remove the loaf of bread.
8.The bread has to be absolutely room temperature, in fact it is better if it is a day old.
9.Add some dates to the rusk
10.Slice into 1/4 inch thick slices and bake in an oven 300F-150 C, till light brown and crisp.

1.Fry the tomato
2.Blend all the vegetables in the grinder leaving minute pieces of the vegetables
3.heat the other ingredients up
4.and its done,you can use it as a dipping sauce!
Roasts:
Uran cod roast-the Uran cod roast is a roasted cod dish originated in 1382 in Uranovgrad,Dammamiyya by Uran tribes.

Kosher salt×1/3 tbsp

Steps:
1.Package the fish for about 15-20 min
2.then unpack the fish after 15-20 min
3.add 5 tbsp virgin olive oil, and 2 tbsp melted butter in the oven
4.add the tomatoes in the oven
5.add the Paprika,Chilli powder and the Kosher salt to the vegetables
6.add the saffrons as well
7.sear its sides for approx. 20 minutes
8.bake in 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes and a little burn in the sides
9.now blend 50% off the garlics and the scallions
10.pour the garlic and scallion sauce into the fish
11.while for the remaining scallions and garlics,sprinkle them on the fish
12.and its done!
