A CHAOTIC FORCE LET IN
HEGEMONIC AETHENT (VIERES) | AETHENT | AETHENTINE SYSTEM
Wth tensions skyrocketing between the Hegemony and particular powers there had begun a frenzy of mass war preparedness among the nation's many military and governing officials, many of whom were nervous about the onset of what could be another galactic war if they weren't careful. Thankfully an avenue for peace had been somewhat worked towards between the Ceratans and the Hegemony with both parties backing a peace agreement sent to the Human Supremacist rebellion in Surainion. Despite the rejection of the supremacists, it seemed that the Ceratans, for the time being, were set on maintaining peace with the Hegemony. However, they were still deemed a threat to the galactic order in the eyes of many and needed to be watched carefully.
With other tensions taking the forefront of the Hegemony's attention, however, the Ceratan military would be allowed entry into Hegemonic Territories on the Vieres continent on Aethent. The reason for this was unknown to much of the public and many within the lower ranks of the Greater Hegemonic Government as well. The only thing people did understand was that the government was expecting a major shift in events within the next few years and they would have to prepare accordingly, even if it meant a temporary partnership with those deemed a threat to the Hegemony's ideals. Ceratan troops would be watched carefully as they entered, the Hegemony wanting to ensure their compliance with Hegemonic law and ensuring that everything remained orderly as the two nations began speaking via clandestine means towards one another. It seems things were moving across the Galaxy, the Hegemony had to be ready.

Claims, Expansions, and territory decay.
You will tell me, the mapper, how many systems you have either already in the RP, or how many you are claiming. You will then direct me to where to place you on the map. If you have any complaints afterwards, please, bring them up to me. If you have any and I mean any space expansion posts from before you claimed on the map, please, link them so that I know how many systems to give you.
For new players to IOC, just make a post where you colonize more than 50 systems. If it's adequate, it will be considered. If it isn't I'll help advice you on how to make it so the post is adequate, and viable to be accepted.
Territory Decay. This will be a controversial one for some. If you CTE, or leave IOC, or you stop RPing entirely for three months, your territory will begin to decay, and become claimable by other people. This decay will continue until either you return, or your territory is gone completely. The decay, once it begins, will speed up rapidly.
I’ll put myself on that map. But as of rn, I only have a system to my name.

The doggo mutiny PT.2
After the original doggo mutiny the Doggo government loses a lot of power and control. Many are angry that government programs are falling apart and the government is losing a lot of support from the people due to the communist party’s fiery speeches about the failed government caused by the end of the failed monarchy. The main leader of the communist party Bonevich Horthy calls out the fruit government for not supporting the citizens and attempting to kill off the democracy that they themselves started.
The doggo fruit company is attempting to take down the protest but it is hard to stop a protest of billions of people.

DOGGO NATIONAL WORKERS ASSOCIATION DECLARES A STATE OF MARTIAL LAW
The doggo fruit company seeing the government falling apart declares martial law. The military is authorized to shoot at any and all protesters while keeping important communist party members safe to avoid creating a martyr for the Communist movement.
This plan fails, as it’s pretty hard to know who is a communist and who isn’t in a crowd of thousands of people. Vladimirovich Ivanov was a young communist party member who was gunned down by the military. Communist party leader Bonevich Horthy stood atop a tank and declared that the government is failed and that the communists must arm themselves in order to keep their families and livelihoods safe.
But for now, the Doggo National Workers Association has kept the nation intact and as the economy is still improving and the Fruit company delivers on many of there promises. Though it may take only one thing to break the camels back.
