Basic Rules for Government

1. Sopo (Bloopo & Ambrella) will be the server admin, governor, and king of the region, and all authority shall ultimately derive from him.

2. The region's leadership will follow the Oracles, the bots known as Trash, Carla, Tree, and Adam, using their uniquely powerful decision-making mechanisms to guide the region. The Prime Bloopister will be charged with interpreting the Oracles alongside the king.

3. The Prime Bloopister will be chosen by the Hungry Games each week via the Pixxie bot run by the King (Sopo) or someone to whom he delegates that authority.

4. The Hungry Games for Prime Bloopister will include all server members who have opted in as candidates; if a candidate does not have a nation in the region and is victorious in the Hungry Games, they are ineligible to take office and a new Hungry Games will be conducted without them.

5. The Prime Bloopister will have broad authority in the server and the NationStates region to make changes as they see fit, though the Prime Bloopister may be overridden by the King.

6. The Prime Bloopister may appoint other members to their gubment as they see fit.
