The World Assembly Delegate is the highest ranked officer. They are responsible for updating the "Roleplays of the Cobalt Network," voting in the World Assembly, and assisting all other officers with their various tasks, such as keeping order in the RMB and recruiting good roleplayers.
Discord
The World Assembly Delegate is responsible for keeping order within the Discord and managing the server, along with assisting all other officers in their tasks such as banning and gulaging.

Nationstates
The Communications officer is responsible for keeping order in the RMB, recruiting good roleplayers, and getting out important notices and messages to the citizens of the Cobalt Network.
Discord
The Communications officer is responsible for keeping order in the chats, enforcing the rules of the Discord, Gulaging or muting, and creating needed/destroying unnecessary chats.

Nationstates
The Security officer is responsible for keeping raiders from entering the region, changing the regional password based on the monthly system, and banning or kicking dissenters who are causing region-wide issues.
Discord
The Security officer is responsible for banning and kicking dissenters from the Discord, managing servers to guarantee that only Citizens of Cobaltia can view them, and gulaging or muting when necessary.

Nationstates
The Diplomacy officer is tasked with managing embassies with other regions, and to keep the reputation (When the region is large enough to garner one) of the Cobalt Network up if it is ever threatened.
Discord
The Diplomacy officer is responsible for entering all Cobaltian roleplay Discords as an envoy from the Cobalt Network, but they have no direct task in the Cobalt Network Discord.

Nationstates
The Research officer's only task is to put up polls to get a better idea of what the Citizens of Cobaltia are like.
Discord
The Research officer's task is to make polls to probe opinions in the Discord, and to see weather the officers are well-liked and how those who are disliked can improve.

Nationstates
The Homeland officer's task is to manage the internals of the region and to upkeep dispatches and the World Factbook, along with making sure all Foreign Citizens (Citizens with alternate accounts in the Cobalt Network) keep their alts from being deleted.
Discord
The Homeland officer is responsible for managing servers on the Discord, pruning those which aren't required and adding those which are.
