Welcome to Domicilium
Welcome to DOMICILIUM!
What is Domicilium?
Domicilium is a Roman-themed region and community. We have a fully functioning
constitution, forums, and even a Discord server (A voice and text chatroom)! We're dedicated to providing a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for all players, no matter if you wish to take part in our regional government or simply want to come along and chat on the RMB or on Discord. We hope to be able to cater to all kinds of people, no matter their backgrounds, ideologies or personal opinions. We simply ask that you remain courteous and respectful to your fellow residents throughout your stay.

As a newly created and growing community we have many great opportunities you can take part in. If you have an interest in leadership and management, you can take a role in the regional government either as a Consul or on our Council of Magistrates. For more information on these institutions you can read Articles II and III of theconstitution. If legislating is more your thing you can head over to our regional forums and take part in our legislative process through the Senate by writing and proposing legislation as well as voting on legislation written by your fellow Senators. If you're more interested in law you may also wish to take a seat on the Praetor Council, our equivalent to the Supreme Court. This institution is made up of 3 Praetors or judges. If you wish to be appointed to the Council you may wish to ask one of the ruling Consuls who are in charge of appointing Praetors to serve 6 month terms. For more information on the Praetor Council you may read Article V of the regional constitution. Please be aware that all of these opportunities require you to first obtain citizenship. For information on how to obtain these things check out the rest of this document.

You may wish to simply chill on the RMB or take the opportunity to start up some regional roleplay over on the regional forums or on the NS forums.
How do I obtain citizenship?
Obtaining citizenship is a simple process. First you must ensure that your nation is part of the World Assembly. You can join the World Assembly (or simply WA) by going here and selecting 'Apply to join'. This process requires you to associate an email with your nation. If you do not wish to join the WA on your main nation you may create an additional nation (known as a puppet) and join the WA with that. After you have done this, all you have to do is fill out a simple application form found here and send it off to Domicilian citizenship via telegram. It may take a short amount of time for your application to be processed, but barring any incidents you should become a full citizen of Domicilium with the right to vote in elections, take part in the Senate and run for office!
