Luivatanian Embassy Program Rules

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF AN EMBASSY
01: Applying country must have positive diplomatic relations with Luivatania and be recognized as neutral or an ally

02: Applying country must submit appropriate documentation by the end of 3 weeks or the council shall be given an order to reject. Applying country can resubmit after a 5 day grace period following rejection

03: Applications are viewed case by case with direct allies taking biggest priority indirect contacts are added to a queue and reviewed when there is availability and resources to review the case.

04: Applying countries are contacted within 2 days if the application is accepted and construction of the embassy begins in the next following week once resources are transported

05: Embassies are regularly maintained on a by monthly basis to ensure safety standards are met as they change constantly with every new threat.

06: Should a country cancel the construction of an embassy via an opt out letter. Construction will halt day after opt out letter arrives. Discussions will open into the reasoning behind cancellation

07: Cancellation does not mean indefinite it just means the country needs more time to decide on adding a more permanent way for diplomats and citizens to interact within the countries where embassies are located.
