Proposal Overview:
The proposal, Space Transport and Astronomical Research aims to establish and improve international cooperation in space. It begins by defining key terms such as spacecraft, outer space, and civilian spacecraft. Additionally it establishes the Space Transport and Astronomical Research (STAR) Administration to enforce, improve, and implement space research and cooperation throughout all member states.
Ministry Analysis:
The purpose of this proposal is made clear: to improve research and cooperation in space. It then creates the STAR administration to ensure the goals are met. Overall the intent, goals, and restrictions or this proposal is made clear. With the added benefit of a promise to respect national sovereignty. As such the Europeian Ministry of WAA strongly recommends a vote FOR this proposal.
