The Government of the United Republic of Aesica has today published Executive Order 006 Nomination of New Rustonia as Associate Justice to outline the nomination of the next Associate Justice.

Following Hakardat ceasing to exist, vacating their citizenship and position on the Court, a Justice seat has opened up. Our nominee provides a unique viewpoint from the Court, and is vastly experienced in Aesican politics with time as Speaker under his belt, and has served since the very first Congress in Aesica. A truly experienced legislator who will make a great Associate Justice. Additionally, having served as a member of the Alliance Party, he will provide a left-wing balance to the court, with the currently serving Justices being an until-recently member of Constructive, and an independent, so this nomination will successfully represent both the left, center, and right, of Aesican politics, allowing the Court to come to better conclusions as a result of having more viewpoints.
