Following a plebiscite carried out by Anakona regarding the official language of Edoca, it was decided that Portuguese should become the second language for Edoca.

But that posed a question:

‘What should happen to the region’s Spanish speakers?’

And so Ladies and Gentleman, I present to you… MONTENAY

Just like Edoca, Montenay offers roleplay, sports, polls and–
I should probably stop making this sound like a recruitment telegram…

Anyways, I’m sure you get the gist of it.

While currently a small region consisting of 12 nations (information true at the time of being written), a future of a greater Montenay shines bright.

On behalf of the rest of Edoca, we wish our sister region the greatest success!

And therefore I made it my mission to find out what our favourite bread type was by making a poll with votes from Edoca (of course) alongside our embassies.

Now this article caused me some great difficulty…

While the poll was made June, the results were finalised in July. This posed a serious question: should this be included in the June edition or the July edition?

My dilemma was resolved by the beloved regional loaf Bread by Bread who requested me to include this :)

They are as followed:

• The Sacred Elite

These lovely 3 regions form together to make the ‘Council of the Three Thrones’, which is a defensive alliance formed with the intention of preserving stability, protecting more vulnerable regions and promoting interregional diplomacy.

Proposed by Ardelburg, this alliance was accepted by Marenmia-Ocasia and Los Glaciares.

This alliance serves as a pledge to defend each other in the instance of an attack against one region as I quote from the official dispatch ‘an attack against one member region is considered an attack against all’.

Together we are driven by neutrality while maintaining an ideological stance against fascists and imperialists while upholding stability, justice and regional dignity.

May this alliance last for eternity.

A day or two before the voting period: Moneymakervill runs for president

June 21st–June 26th: Voting period begins

June 27th:Anakona wins, results here

June 30th: I was promoted to ‘Secretary of Domestic Affairs’ (other promotions mentioned in dispatch)

The reason why Anakona’s campaign dispatch has been viewed so many times is because I had no clue on how to make a factbook so kept looking at hers' for reference :p
