The Vanguard Oath (To Serov)

Every member, upon induction, must recite the Oath of the New Dawn, which explicitly ties their loyalty to the President’s office:

"I stand before the Eagle, under the gaze of President Serov. I surrender my will to the Empire’s need. His voice is my command; his vision is my light. Should I falter, let the earth reclaim me; should I succeed, let the Empire soar."

Through the National Youth Vanguard, President Serov has effectively eliminated the generation gap, ensuring that the youth of the FEE are his most fanatical supporters.
